1 to 4 show a state in which the electric pulse motor 9 is not operated, and the motor shaft 11 receives the rotational force of the opposing action caused by the elastic force of the first spring 4 and the second spring 20, and the stop member 21 The rotation transmitting member 17 is set and held at the stop position, that is, the neutral position. The valve member 3 blocks off the flow paths P, A, B, and R. Now, from this state, when an electric pulse signal is applied to the electric pulse motor 9 and the motor shaft 11 is rotated clockwise when viewed from above in the drawing, the displacement member 15 is rotated as the output shaft 10 rotates in the same direction. The valve member 3 is pressed and moved to a target position in the right direction in the figure through the roller member 7 against the first spring 4, and the valve member 3 switches and communicates the flow paths to control the fluid. At this time, the rotation transmission member 17 remains at the position stopped by the stop member 21 because the pin member 16 is rotated in the direction in which the engagement state is released.

Further, from the illustrated state, when an electric pulse signal is applied to the electric pulse motor 9 and the motor shaft 11 is rotated counterclockwise when viewed from above in the figure, as the output shaft 10 rotates in the same direction, the first Due to the elastic force of the spring 4, the valve member 3 is moved along the cam shape of the displacement member 15 to a target position in the left direction in the figure, and performs fluid control between the flow paths P, A, B, and R, and rotates the rotation transmitting member. 17 is the output shaft 10 by engagement with the pin member 16.
The second spring 20 is rotated integrally against the rotational force caused by the elastic force of the second spring 20. At this time, the protrusion 22 of the rotation transmission member 17 rotates in a direction in which it is disengaged from the stop member 21. Next, the electric pulse motor 9
When the applied signal is cut off, the rotation force of the second spring 20 causes the rotation transmission member 17 to move along with the output shaft 10 via the pin member 16, and the protrusion 22 moves to the stop member 2.
It is rotated back to the original position where it engages with 1. Due to the return rotation of the output shaft 10, the valve member 3 is returned to its original position via the displacement member 15 against the first spring 4,

1. A valve member that is inserted into the valve body and performs fluid control by moving in the axial direction, a first spring that applies elastic force to the valve member to restore movement of the valve member in one direction, and an electric pulse signal. an electric pulse motor that rotates in forward and reverse directions depending on a rotation transmission member provided to be rotatable integrally with the motor shaft only when the rotation transmission member rotates, and a second spring that applies elastic force to the rotation transmission member to restore rotation of the rotation transmission member in one direction; The valve member and the displacement member are disposed in eccentric engagement so that rotational force is generated in the displacement member due to the elastic force of the first spring, and the first spring and the second spring are arranged in eccentric engagement with each other.
The rotational force caused by the elastic force of the spring is applied oppositely to the motor shaft, and the rotational force of the second spring is set to be larger than the rotational force of the first spring, so that it is possible to stop the rotation of the rotation transmission member due to the elastic force of the second spring. A digital valve characterized by the fact that it is equipped with a.
