ツパーの出口を長孔になるよう板金加工で加工を

発明が解決しようとする問題点
上述したように、ホツパーを板金加工で行なつ
ていたからホツパー製作上非常に時間と手間を要
し、かつ、ホツパーの断面形状が連続的に曲率が
変化するように加工しなければならず、連続的な
曲率の変化が得られなかつたり、シリンダーの成
形材料の供給口の長孔とホツパーの出口の長孔間
に段差が生じたりすると、成形材料の流れが悪く
なつたり、成形材料が残留する原因となつてい
た。そのため着色剤が加えられ成形材料を使用し
た後、他の異なつた色の着色剤が加えられた成形
材料を使用するときなどは、前に使用した成形材

加工により略円錐形状に形成され、第2図に示す
ように該アダプター3の第1図におけるX1−Y
1〜X5−Y5の断面形状A〜Eがプレート5に
設けられた長孔6に適合するような長孔(X1−
Y1断面形状A)から、上部ホツパー部材4の第
1図における下部断面形状に合致するような円状
(X5〜Y5断面形状E)になるよう連続的に曲
率が変化するように形成されている。そして、該
アダプター3の第1図における下部3′はプレー
ト2の長孔6に嵌合する形状とされ、かつ、上部
3″は上部ホツパ部材4の下部の孔と第1図に示
すように嵌合するようになつており、それぞれ、
プレート2及び上部ホツパ部材4と接着剤で接合

発明の効果
シリンダーの成形材料供給口である長孔に合致
するよう連続的に曲率が変化する成形材料供給の
ためのホツパーの下部部分をアダプターとして、
曲率が連続的に変化するよう成形加工によつて該
アダプターを作成し、上部ホツパー部材と接合し
てホツパーを製作するようにしたから、従来のよ
うに曲率が連続的に変化するよう手間のいる板金
加工を行なう必要がなく、ホツパーの製作が簡単
である。また曲率が連続的に滑らかに変化してい
るから、成形材料のペレツトの流れはスムーズで
停滞することもなく、また、残留することもない
ので材料を変え、先に使用した成形材料とは色の
異なつたものにしても、色が混じり変色すること
