ある。[Problem to be solved by the invention] Concentration of paper materials such as waste paper after dissolution is different from paper manufacturing, and the dissolved material is not uniformly supplied onto the fabric in small amounts, but the solid content is dispersed unevenly. It is released in a state that As a result, a large load is applied unevenly to the woven fabric, causing the rotating endless woven fabric to travel diagonally and sometimes come off the inner roll. In order to prevent this phenomenon, an attempt was made to provide a groove in the inner roll and provide guide protrusions that fit into the grooves at both ends of the fabric in the width direction, but the fabric was It breaks off in a short time while driving. Cutting also occurs when the inner roll is not provided with a fitting groove and the side surface of the guide protrusion is brought into contact with the end face of the inner roll to prevent skewing. In the prior art disclosed in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2-14090, guide protrusions are sewn onto the fabric to prevent this cutting. Fixing by suture is different from fusion bonding because there is play between the protrusions and the fabric, so cutting of the fabric is considerably alleviated. However, cutting cannot be completely prevented, and there is a drawback that guiding performance deteriorates. The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks and provides a fabric having good guiding properties and cut-resistant strength, and provides a method for concentrating paper materials such as waste paper using this fabric.

Therefore, when an endless fabric is rotated, the fabric moves from the side with greater elongation to the side with less elongation. Also, due to the arrangement of crimps on the running surface of the fabric, the fabric runs diagonally and shifts to one side. Furthermore, if the center of the running of the endless rotating device is insufficiently adjusted, the fabric will also drift to one side.

Therefore, if the direction of oblique movement is determined, it is sufficient to provide guide protrusions on the ears on the opposite side, but since the direction of oblique movement is usually unknown, it is preferable to arrange guide protrusions on both ears. By the way, paper materials such as waste paper are concentrated by supplying the dissolved material onto the fabric or between the fabric and an inner roll, compressing it between the fabric and the inner roll, or dewatering it by centrifugal force. Therefore, when a heavy object is placed on the fabric or between the fabric and the inner roll, the tension changes and skewing is promoted. If the skew is severe, the fabric will come off the inner roll.

When guided by fitting into the groove provided on the inner roll,
If the depth of the groove is approximately equal to the guide protrusion, and the fabric tries to move inward with respect to the guide protrusion, the inner surface of the guide protrusion will be the inner wall surface of the groove in the part of the fabric that is in contact with the inner roll. However, as the fabric tries to move further inward, the guide protrusion is pulled by the inner force and tries to come off the groove, causing the outside of the guide protrusion to lift and the fabric to bend near the inner surface of the guide protrusion.

As the fabric tries to move, the guide protrusion is pushed outward and tries to come off the groove, causing the inner side of the guide protrusion to lift up and the fabric to be pressed against the guide protrusion and bend. Then, when it leaves the inner roll, the bend is removed. As this bending motion is repeated, the fabric is cut near the inner side surface of the guide protrusion.

I can't do that. Moreover, if the guide protrusion is loosely fixed, the guide performance is reduced and there is a disadvantage that the guide protrusion has a greater tendency to escape from the groove of the inner roll. The protrusions may be provided at one end of the fabric in the width direction, or may be provided at both ends. Of course, the guide protrusion may be guided by contacting the end surface of the inner roll. In this case, it is preferable to arrange the guide projections at both ends in the width direction of the fabric. In this case, when the fabric is stretched, since the guide protrusions are not directly stretched over the inner roll, no tension is directly applied to the guide protrusions, and the tension is lower than that of the fabric. Therefore, in the portion of the fabric that is in contact with the inner roll, the guide protrusion is bent at the end face of the inner roll in the direction of the central axis of the inner roll. Therefore, the fabric bends near the inner surface of the guide protrusion. When separated from the inner roll, the bending is relaxed to a gentle degree. When this bending is repeated continuously, the fabric near the guide protrusion is abraded by the end shoulder of the inner roll due to the bending of the guide protrusion in the direction of the central axis of the inner roll, and the fabric is worn out near the inner surface of the guide protrusion. disconnect. Note that when an inner roll having grooves with a depth greater than that of the guide protrusions is used, cutting is performed in the same manner as above.

By fusing in this manner, it is firmly bonded to the fabric, resulting in a good guide. The anti-bending portion is formed by stacking a polyurethane resin sheet on the width direction end portion of the fabric and bonding it under heat. The polyurethane resin permeates into the fabric structure and is integrally bonded to the fabric to form an unbendable selvedge. The anti-bending part needs to have a width of 30 mm x 50 mm. 30m

% or less, the anti-bending effect will be small and the fusion with the guide protrusion will be insufficient. Since the guide protrusion is fused to the anti-bending portion, it is most preferable that the guide protrusion be molded from the same polyurethane resin as the polyurethane resin sheet described above. The shape of the protrusion may be any suitable shape such as rectangular, circular, or triangular in cross section as long as it fits the groove of the inner roll, but a protrusion with a trapezoidal cross section is preferable because it has a large fusion area.

Penetrate to near the side surface. Next, a protrusion made of the same polyurethane resin is heat-pressed from the opposite side of the woven fabric sheet, and the two polyurethane resins are fused and integrated. The endless fabric for concentrating paper materials of the present invention continuously removes ink particles, ash, fine fibers that do not form paper, etc. from the aqueous solution of paper materials using the nip pressure between the inner roll and the fabric and the centrifugal force caused by high-speed rotation. That's what I do.

It can be seen that the polyurethane resin sheet heat-pressed onto the fabric penetrates into the structure of the fabric and even penetrates near the opposite surface. Example: The endless woven fabric shown in FIG. 2 is made of a polyurethane resin sheet with a thickness of 1 mm and a polyurethane resin sheet with anti-bending portions provided at both ear portions and guide protrusions fused thereto. Comparative example 1. An endless fabric described in JP-A-2-14090, in which guide protrusions made of polyurethane resin are sewn onto both ears with thread. Comparative example 2. Endless fabric with no anti-bending parts, with guide protrusions made of polyurethane resin fused to the ears. Test method: The apparatus shown in Figure 4 was used. That is, the woven fabric was stretched between two rolls with the right and left circumferential lengths changed in advance and arranged so that the woven fabric ran diagonally, and rotated at 400 m/min. The results are shown in Table 2.
