Abstract

PURPOSE:To surely and smoothly perform a sowing work while preventing a bridge phenomenon of beans in a bean feeding hopper to prevent the clogging of the hopper. CONSTITUTION:A bean-feeding device comprising a feeding hopper 31 for storing beans and a bean-delivering roll 33 disposed below the feeding hopper 31 and having transverse grooves 34 parallel to the bus-bar thereof on the peripheral surface is disposed at a position above a seedling box carrier 6 for horizontally carrying the seedling boxes 1. In the bean-feeding device 31, a mountain-shaped bean bridge-preventing member 37 is disposed in the lateral direction at a prescribed distance above the bean-delivering roll 33 so as to have intervals 39 permitting the passage of several beans between the bridge-preventing member 37 and the side plate of the feeding hopper 31.

The bean supply device 31 is configured by providing a supply hopper 32 in the upper part and providing a left-right direction feed roll 33 in the lower part of the supply hopper 32. A horizontal groove 34 parallel to the generatrix direction is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the feed roll 33, and the horizontal groove 34 is parallel to the generatrix direction.
The beans fitted in 4 are delivered to the seedling growing box 1 passing below. 3

[Effect] Next, the effect will be described. Since the present invention has the above configuration, the soil 25 is supplied to the supply hopper 11 of the soil supply device 10 of the seedling box transfer table 6, and the soil 25 is immersed in water for a predetermined time to the supply hopper 32 of the bean supply device 31, and then dehydrated once. supply beans. The reason why the beans are dehydrated once after being soaked is because if there is excess water, the beans will stick to each other and will not fall smoothly downward within the supply hopper 32.

[0016] Then, the seedling box supply section 9 of the seedling box transfer table 6
When a plurality of seedling growing boxes 1 are supplied to the seedling growing box 1 and the motor is energized, the seedling growing boxes 1 supplied to the seedling growing box supply section 9 sequentially fall onto the transfer roll 7 and are continuously transferred, reaching below the soil supplying device 10. The cultivation soil 25 in the supply hopper 11 of the cultivation soil supply device 10 is transferred to the feedout port 14 by the feeding ridge 13 of the feedout belt 12, and the cultivation soil 25 is supplied into the seedling raising box 1 passing below the feedout port 14.

The cultivation soil 25 is made of wood chips, synthetic resin (for example, urethane), and has no or little fertilizer content, and is shaped like a piece with air bubbles inside. The cost itself is low, and when raising seedlings, it itself has a high water retention capacity.
When stacked on top of each other, they form a space, so they can be expected to have good air permeability, and when harvested after raising seedlings, there is no need to wash the harvested products.

However, the piece-shaped soil 25 such as wood chips or the like may become entangled with each other and not fall smoothly onto the delivery belt 12, and may become clogged in the supply hopper 11. In the present invention, since the upper stirring body 15 is provided in the supply hopper 11 of the soil supplying device 10, the soil 25 is stirred by the stirring arm 17 of the rotating upper stirring body 15, and until the last soil 25 is reached, the feeding belt 12
The seedlings can be supplied into the seedling raising box 1 by falling so as to gradually collapse upward. Further, since a lower stirring body 20 is provided in the supply hopper 11 near the outlet 14, when the rotating shaft 18 rotates, the inclined disc 19 rotates, and the upper part of the disc 19 rotates in the left-right direction. Therefore, the movement of the disc 19 agitates and breaks up the soil 25 above the outlet 14 to prevent the soil 25 from clogging the bridge.
To prevent part of the soil 25 from clogging the outlet 14 and to supply it smoothly.

[0020] The seedling raising box 1 that has received the water is transferred to the bean supply device 31.
It reaches below and receives a supply of beans. A chevron-shaped bridge prevention body 37 is provided in the supply hopper 32 of the bean supply device 31, and a gap 39 is formed between the front and rear edges of the bridge prevention body 37 and the side plate of the supply hopper 32. A certain amount of beans accumulates above the feeding roll 33, and the feeding roll 33
The beans fitted in the horizontal grooves 34 are sown on the upper surface of the soil 25. As mentioned above,
Since the soil 25 forms a space when stacked on top of each other, it has appropriate elasticity, and unlike a single plate of urethane, it does not have excessive elasticity, so it prevents the sown beans from scattering. do.

The seedling raising box 1 supplied with beans is further transferred, and the front and rear walls 3 and the left and right walls 4 of the seedling raising box 1 are moved by the sliding member 41.
The beans that have fallen onto the top are removed and crushed by a crushing roll 42. Since the pressing roll 42 presses the soil 25 together with the beans from above, the overlapping beans are flattened. The subdued seedling raising box 1 is irrigated by the irrigation device 43 to complete the sowing. Since the sown beans are once dehydrated and supplied to the supply hopper 32 of the bean supply device 31, they are watered to sufficiently replenish moisture and improve sprouting. Furthermore, since the soil 25 is watered twice, water sufficiently permeates into the interior of the soil 25, thereby increasing the water retention property of the soil 25.

[0022] The seedling raising box 1 in which seeding has been completed is placed on a suitable frame or the like and allowed to germinate for about 5 days in a dimly lit place. If you move the sprouts to a bright place and let them green up for about 5 days, you will have a young bean vegetable about 5 to 10 cm long with several leaves. During this time, there is no need to apply fertilizers or spray chemicals. Since there is no fertilizer in the soil 25, this young vegetable does not have much growth of bacteria, and since it is not fertilized or sprayed with chemicals, it can be eaten as it is without washing.
Harvest by cutting from the root.

A bean supply device comprising a supply hopper 31 for storing beans and a delivery roll 33 provided below the supply hopper 31 and having horizontal grooves 34 parallel to the generatrix direction formed on the outer circumferential surface of the supply hopper 31. Inside the hopper 31, a bridge prevention body 37 in the shape of a chevron in the left and right direction is provided above the feed roll 33 at a predetermined interval, and the front and rear edges of the bridge prevention body 37 are located between the side plate of the supply hopper 31. Since this is a sowing device for obtaining young vegetables arranged with a gap 39 through which several beans can pass, the gap 39 between the front and rear edges of the bridging preventer 37 and the side plate of the supply hopper 32 Since the beans flow downward, only a certain amount of beans accumulates above the feed roll 33 to prevent bridging, and the beans flow into the feed roll 33.
The seeds fit neatly into the horizontal grooves 34 of the seedlings, resulting in smooth seeding.
