【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】  冷温水を通す地域冷暖房用の地下管路
で、管路に設けたバルブ等の制御装置をピット内に収容
させ、ピットの管挿通部を止水構造に防水するものにお
いて、上記管挿通部には、ピット外壁寄りの孔内にモル
タルを充填して外部シールを施す一次止水と、ピット内
壁寄りの孔内にウレタン樹脂層,モルタル層,エポキシ
樹脂層を多重に充填硬化して形成した二次止水と、さら
にピット内壁より露出する管体外周に対し断熱シートを
囲繞して管体の伸縮作用に対し影響を断つ断熱層と、該
断熱層の周囲に囲繞された環状のOリングと、該Oリン
グを管体外周に機密に押し付けて圧接するようにピット
内壁面に固定された鞘管と、鞘管及びOリングの内面と
ピット内壁面との間に充填硬化された樹脂層よりなる三
次止水の手段を施してなることを特徴とするピットの管
挿通部防水装置。
