配管や配線を点検する際に床下への入口として使
用される床点検口に係り、特に、内蓋の開閉を規

し、また、この掛止受部から脱離して解錠するよ
うにしたものが記載されており、その第1図には
この様な構成の錠装置を内枠体の互いに相対する
二辺の近傍位置に設けた例が、また、その第9図
にはこの様な構成の錠装置を内枠体の中央位置に
設けた例が記載されている。

また、それが錠装置を内枠体の中央位置に設けた
ものである場合には、掛止片として床点検口の一
辺の長さの1/2を越える長さの一対のロツドが必
要になり、しかも、鍵付取手による回転運動をク
ランクを介してこれら一対のロツドのスライド運
動に変えているため、床蓋開放時にこれらロツド
を誤つて変形させる場合があり、錠装置の作動不

トロークで出没して相対する外枠体側壁の係止受
部に係脱するロツク装置を取付け、これら係止ピ
ンとロツク装置のロツクピンとにより外枠体の側
壁と内枠体の側壁との間を係止したロツク装置付
