Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a heating and cooking device to cause a deodoring catalyst or a sensor disposed in a discharging duct to be operated well for a long period of time by a method wherein a metallic plate having a plurality of holes and a duct disposed at a discharging duct from the metallic plate are removably installed at an inlet port of the discharging duct from within a cooking chamber. CONSTITUTION:A catalyst heating heater 10, a platinum catalyst 9 and a controlling sensor 11 are disposed within a discharging duct 6. A metallic plate 14 having a plurality of holes and a metallic foam filter 15 overlapped and fixed to have a close contact with a discharging duct of the metallic plate are mounted in an oven wall surface 13 of an opening 12 in such a way as it may be freely fitted therein and it may be removably installed by displacing it in a direction indicated by an arrow (a). As a heating is repeated to a certain degree and oil or salt or the like is adhered to a filter 15, this metallic plate and the filter 15 are removed and cleaned, thereafter they are mounted again and they are used repeatedly. Accordingly, odor is efficiently removed for a long period of time and a superior cooked state can be kept by maintaining an accuracy of a high degree of sensor.

(Prior Art) Generally, when cooking is carried out using a microwave oven or the like, an odor is generated due to the heating of the food being cooked and the oil adhering to the inner wall of the cooking chamber.

One way to eliminate this odor is to use a fan to force the odor out of the exhaust duct while drawing fresh air into the cooking chamber. In this method, the odor is oxidized and decomposed by a deodorizing catalyst installed in the exhaust duct, deodorized, and released to the outside. By introducing fresh air into the cooking chamber in this manner, the odor concentration is exponentially reduced.

Further, in this exhaust duct, a gas sensor, a humidity sensor, and the like are installed as sensors for controlling cooking. Usually, a punching medal is attached to the entrance of this exhaust duct from the inside of the refrigerator, in which a large number of holes with a diameter of 2 to 3a+a+φ are formed to prevent microwaves from leaking when the microwave oven is used. In this case, the pores are larger than the particles of oil, salt, etc. that are scattered from the food during cooking,
Since these particles easily pass through, there is a possibility that they may adhere to the surface of the deodorizing catalyst or sensor in the exhaust duct.

If inorganic substances such as oil or salt adhere to the surface of the deodorizing catalyst, the surface of the catalyst will be covered and the number of active sites will decrease.
There was a possibility that catalyst performance would deteriorate and the life of the catalyst would be shortened due to combination of chloride and chloride with catalyst, solidification of oil, and coking.

However, if such a filter is attached to the inner side of the cooking chamber than the punching surface, it is necessary to attach it closer to the duct than the punching surface because spark discharge is caused by microwave irradiation.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) As described above, in conventional heating devices in which a deodorizing catalyst and sensor are installed in the conventional exhaust duct, the performance of the deodorizing catalyst may deteriorate due to inorganic substances such as oil and salt scattered during cooking. There are disadvantages in that the service life is shortened and malfunctions occur because the surface of the cooking control sensor is covered.

(Function) According to the above configuration, according to the present invention, oil, salt, and other inorganic substances scattered during cooking are removed from the filter surface by a metal plate having a plurality of holes installed at the opening of the exhaust duct in the cooking chamber. This allows the deodorizing catalyst and sensor in the exhaust duct to maintain good functionality without deteriorating.

Then, when the temperature in the cooking chamber rises and an odor begins to appear, power supply to the catalyst heater 10 is started. A household microwave oven uses a 1°2Kw cooking heater and 1. Since it is impossible to simultaneously energize the catalyst heaters of , OKw, the cooking heaters are energized for 2 seconds and the catalyst heaters are energized for 28 seconds in a time-divided cycle. Therefore, the power of the catalyst heating heater is approximately 66W. When electricity is started to be applied to the catalyst heater 10 in this manner, the catalyst 9 is rapidly heated and is sufficiently activated by the time the odor stops.

Furthermore, heating is continued while controlling the temperature according to the output of the sensor 11, and the fish is grilled to a sufficient degree. When the completion of heating is detected from the output of the gas sensor, the door is opened and the fish is taken out. Generally speaking, fish need to be turned over halfway through cooking.

In particular, most of the use of electronic oven grill ranges is to heat food in microwave mode, and dirt accumulates on the filter surface, so by periodically removing and cleaning it, you can easily remove the accumulated dirt. This is extremely effective in maintaining catalyst activation and sensor accuracy.

In addition, although a metal foam filter is used here as a filter, even a sharp one like this is installed integrally with the metal plate 14 having multiple holes on the exhaust duct side, so it may cause some damage to local areas. There is no risk of electrical discharge.

In addition, although a metal foam filter was used in the above example,
A fiber filter may be used without being limited to this. When installing a fiber filter, if metal is used for the jig etc., it is preferable to install it closer to the exhaust duct than the metal plate to prevent the risk of local discharge, but if metal is not used, then may be installed closer to the cooking chamber than the metal plate. Furthermore, the mounting method can be changed as appropriate.
