前記用紙挿通孔5を覆う形状の規制部18とにより形成

定刃6を含む前記案内板3と直交する線上に位置付けら

用紙4がA方向に押されるほど用紙4と規制部18との
接触面積が大きくなって増大する。よって、用紙4と規
制部18との摩擦抵抗という面からも、案内板3の隙間
に用紙4が引き込まれにくい状態が保たれる。したがっ
て、用紙4は、可動刃2と固定刃6との噛み合いにより
