水受樋(以下漏水受樋という)に関する。[Detailed description of the invention] (Field of industrial application) The present invention has a cushioning feature in which the inner tip portions are inclined inward at the longitudinally opposing side edge portions of the mounting pieces provided on both sides of the water leak receiving portion. By attaching a watertight material, the mounting piece can be attached to an uneven concrete inner wall surface to ensure sufficient watertightness, and water leakage received at the water leakage receiving part can be leaked from the mounting piece. This invention relates to a water leakage gutter (hereinafter referred to as "leakage gutter") that is installed in a leaky part of a tunnel, underground passage, etc., and that reliably guides and drains water without any problems.

必ずしも満足できるものではなかつた。(Prior art and its problems) For example, one method for conducting water treatment for water leakage that occurs from leakage areas such as concrete construction joints such as tunnels and underground passages, or from leakage areas such as cracks that occur on the inner wall of concrete is to There is a construction method that uses a water leakage gutter provided with a mounting piece on the side, and attaches both mounting pieces to the inner wall surface of the concrete so that the water leakage receiving part of the water leakage gutter covers the leakage part. When such a construction method is adopted, it is necessary to install both mounting pieces to the concrete inner wall surface while ensuring watertightness. Therefore, in the conventional construction method, as shown in Fig. 7, for example, a flat cushioning watertight material c is interposed between the mounting piece a and the concrete inner wall surface b, but the cushioning watertight material c is Since it is in surface contact with the concrete inner wall surface b, the cushioning watertight material c often does not adhere sufficiently to the uneven inner wall surface, and the watertightness of the mounting piece part is not always satisfactory. .

1を取付けたばあいを例示する。 However, as shown in FIG. 1, the water leakage gutter 1 of the present invention is applied to the concrete inner wall surface 25 so that the water leakage receiving part 2 covers the water leakage part 23, and the mounting piece 3 is attached.
When the nut 24 is screwed onto the anchor bolt 16 which is inserted through the bolt insertion hole provided so as to pass through the packing material 13 in the central part of the cushioning watertight material 5, 5, the inner wall surface 25, 2 is tightened.
Pressed towards 5. Cushion watertight material 5,
5 is subjected to such a pressing force, the cushioning watertight materials 5, 5, because their inner tip portions are inclined inward as described above, (parts shown)
As shown in FIG. 2, the tip portion is curved outward and comes into contact with the inner wall surface 25 at the tip side portion of the inclined surface portion 20. Moreover, due to the elastic action of the cushioning watertight material 5, the degree of curvature changes arbitrarily in accordance with the degree of unevenness of the inner wall surface 25, so the width of the contact surface portion 27 is not constant. However, regardless of the degree of curvature, the inner wall surface 2
The contact state of the cushioning watertight material 5 with respect to 5 is as follows:
Compared to the conventional surface contact state described above, the width of the contact surface portion 27 is considerably smaller, and it can be said that the contact surface portion 27 is in a line contact state or a state close to it (hereinafter collectively referred to as a line contact state). In such a line contact state, the pressing force acting on the mounting piece 3 is concentrated on the contact portion with the inner wall surface 25, so by tightening the nut 24, the pressing force acting on the mounting piece 3 is reduced. The pressing force exerted is distributed not only in the vicinity of the tightened portion by the nut 24 but also on the contact portion between the cushioned watertight material 5 and the inner wall surface 25 over the entire length, and acts on the contact portion. The adhesion of the parts is very good. In this embodiment, since the cushioned auxiliary watertight material 21 is attached to the cushioned watertight material 5, the auxiliary cushioned watertight material 21 does not cover the inclined surface portion that occurs when the tip portion of the cushioned watertight material 5 is curved. 20 and the inner wall surface 25, and as a result, the pressing force is distributed more evenly, and more reliable watertightness can be ensured at the mounting portion of the mounting piece 3. In addition, when fixing the mounting piece 3 to the inner wall surface 25, in order to further improve the durability of the watertightness at the mounting part of the mounting piece 3, before installing the mounting piece 3, the cushioning watertight material 5, 5 is If the caulking agent 29 is filled in the first
~2 As shown in Figure 2, when the mounting piece 3 is pressed toward the inner wall surface 25, both cushioning watertight materials 5,
5 is curved in a ``V'' shape while suppressing the protrusion of the caulking agent 29 as much as possible, in other words, while enclosing the caulking agent between the two cushioning watertight materials 5, 5, the caulking agent 29 is wide. As a result, the caulking agent 29 can be sufficiently filled into the narrow gap between the inclined surface portion 20 and the inner wall surface 25. In addition, FIG. 4 illustrates the case where the water leakage gutter 1 of the present invention is attached to the inner wall surface 25 of the tunnel.

こととなる。(Effects of the invention) The water leakage gutter of the invention has a structure in which a cushioned watertight material whose inner tip portion slopes inward is attached to the longitudinally opposing side edges of the mounting pieces provided on both sides of the water leakage catcher. Therefore, when the nut is screwed onto the anchor bolt that passes through the mounting piece and tightened,
The cushioning watertight material comes into contact with the concrete inner wall surface in a line contact state with its tip portion curved outward, and the extent of the curvature is controlled by the elastic action of the cushioning watertight material. Changes arbitrarily in accordance with the level of land, and as a result, the pressing force acting on the mounting piece is distributed almost uniformly over the entire length of the contact area between the cushioned watertight material and the inner wall surface. Therefore, compared to the case where the cushioning watertight material is in surface contact with the inner wall surface as in the conventional construction method described above, the adhesion at the contact portion is extremely excellent. Furthermore, since a pair of cushioning watertight materials are attached on the left and right sides, the mounting piece can be attached to the concrete inner wall surface while ensuring sufficient watertightness. Therefore, leakage water received in the water leakage receiving part can be reliably guided and drained without leaking from the mounting piece.

しめられることともなる。 In addition, when installing the water leakage gutter of the present invention, if caulking is filled between the two cushioned watertight materials, the mounting piece is pressed, and both cushioned watertight materials prevent the caulking agent from protruding. In order to hold the caulking agent as much as possible, in other words, to contain the caulking agent between the two cushioning watertight materials, and to curve it into a “V” shape and spread the caulking agent widely.
The caulking agent can be sufficiently filled into the narrow gap between the inclined surface part and the inner wall surface, and in combination with the watertight action of the cushioned watertight material and the watertight action of the auxiliary watertight material provided as necessary, The watertight reliability and durability of the mounting portion of the mounting piece can be further improved. In addition, when attaching a cushioning auxiliary watertight material to a cushioning watertight material or filling a caulking agent between both cushioning watertight materials, the included caulking is removed by pressing the attachment piece. The agent and the like are also forced out, and as a result, both cushioned watertight materials are properly curved outward without buckling.
