(産業上の利用分野)
この考案は商店の店先やウインドウ、或いは住
宅の窓の軒に設置する巻込み及び繰出し可能な合
成樹脂材を含浸又はコーテイングした布製等のブ
ラインドシートを常時伸張方向へ賦勢するシート
支持装置のアームの張出角度の調節部に関する考

以下、本考案の構成を図面に示しした本考案の
実施例を参照して説明する。先ずブラインドの全
体を示す第3図及び部分の細部を示す第2図a並
びに第2図bに於いてSはブラインドの日除け及
び雨除け用の布製の長尺で幅広のシート、1はシ
ートSの一端部を横長に固着し他端部に向けて逐
次巻込んだ巻取ドラムでその両端に支軸1aを具
備する。巻取ドラム1はアルミニウム合金等の金
属材料若しくは合成樹脂材料の押出中空筒体等で
造りその両端へ鋼製の支軸1aを取付けるが、必
要に応じ巻取ドラム1内に周知のシヤツター等の
巻取ドラム内に設置する巻上バネを内装し回動の
際の操作を楽にする様にしても良い。2はシート

ミニウム合金の押出中空型材等から成る後記のア
ームAの係止体の滑動部を有する前枠、2aは前

により枢支した屈伸可能なアームAの内の第1ア
ームで、管端支持金具6の一端に断面方形又は長
方形若しくは円形のアルミニウム合金の押出中空
部材の筒型アーム材4aを固着し他端には関節金
具K1を固着する。尚連結体5の反対端には後記
の環状係止部17を配備しこれと対向するブライ
ンド3のアーム連結部3bの環状係止部3cに圧
接し固定ボルト3dにより固定する。7は関節金
具K1に枢軸8により係合する関節金具K2及び
これに固着した上記筒型アーム材4aと同じ筒型
アーム材7a並びにその先端に前記前枠2と滑動
的に係止する図示しない係止ローラ等の係止体を
具備するアームAの第2アームで、関節金具K1
及びK2の双方には外側への回動角度を制限する
肩段部8aが設けられ関節金具K2には後記のワ
イヤを案内するガイド溝8bを配備する。尚Mは
例えばウオームホイールとウオームギヤから成る
減速機構で構成した巻取ドラム1の駆動装置で一
方のブラケツト3に固定設置しその回転軸M1を
手動又は電動により回動させる。次にBは第1ア
ーム4内に内装した圧縮バネから成る引張バネで
シートSの繰出時アームAを常時伸張方向へ賦勢
する役目を受持ちこの実施例の場合2本の並列し
た圧縮バネ9a及び9bを装着してある。尚それ
ぞれの圧縮バネ9a及び9bには硬質又は多少軟
質の合成樹脂若しくは金属製のカバー10を嵌装
し引張バネBが伸張した又は伸張状態から圧縮力
により収縮する際の相互間の噛合いを防止する。
11はバネ9a及び9bの端部の双方の輪形部に
挿入したピン11aを両側から挟着し更に第2ア
ーム7の関節金具K2に一端をボルト等により固
定したワイヤ12の反対端の環状の輪形部を係止
するピン11bを両側から挟着する板状連結金具
である。上記ワイヤ12は多数の細い鋼線を撚合
せたものの両端をそれぞれ折返へし止具12aで
止め大小の輪形部12b及び12cを形成し更に
大きい輪形部12bの前記関節金具K2と接触す
る部分には第1図aに示す合成樹脂製のパイプ1
3を装着するか又は合成樹脂材の被覆13を施
す。14は上記板状連結金具11と同様の板状連
結金具で圧縮バネ9a及び9bの前記連結体5側
の環状の輪形部にスペーサーパイプsを介し挿入
したピン14aを両側から挟着し且スペーサーパ
イプsを介しピン14bにより二股連結金具15
を両側から挟着する。16は一端を上記二股連結
金具15に固定し他端を管端支持金具6の端部と
連結体5とを係止する前記枢支ピン5bに掛止め
た連結棒である。次に17は前記した連結体5の
環状係止部で、これと係止するブラケツト3のア
ーム連結部3bの環状係止部3cとの双方に第1
図bに示す同形で小ピツチの環状鋸歯形係合面1
8を配設する。尚第2図a及び第2図bの場合は
連結体5の円形皿状端面5c及びそれと対向する
アーム連結部3bの筒底円形面3eをそれぞれ環
状係止部17として上記環状鋸歯形係合面18を
設けたが場合によつては皿状の連結体5の外周に
環状鋸歯形係合面18を設け第2図aの凹設した
アーム連結部3bの筒状内周面3fを環状係止部
17とし連結部5の環状鋸歯形係合面18に対向

の作用を説明すると、先ずアームAの張出角度を
調節する為ブラケツト3のアーム連結部3bの固
定ボルト3dを弛めアーム連結部3bの環状係止
部3cの環状鋸歯形面18を、アームAの第1ア
ーム4の連結体5の環状係止部17の環状鋸歯形
面18から離しアームAを握んで回動させ、所要
の角度位置に於いて再度固定ボルトを緊締すれば
ブラインドのシートSの張出角度は決定する。次
ぎに巻込んであるシートSを繰出す際は一方のブ
ラケツト3に設けた駆動装置Mの回転軸M1を手
動又は電動により反時計方向へ回動させれば例へ
ばウオーム及びウオームホイールから成る駆動装
置Mにより巻取ドラム1が時計方向へ回転しシー
トSを繰出す。そしてシートSの繰出しにつれア
ームAの第2アームの図示しない先端の係止ロー
ラ等の係止体によりシートSの前枠2へ滑動的に
係止したアームAはその第1アーム4の筒型アー
ム材4a内に装着し一端を板状連結金具11を介
し第2アーム7の基部の関節金具K2のボルトに
固定し関節金具K2のガイド溝8bに案内された
ワイヤ12に接続し他端を板状連結金具14を介
し第1アーム4の基部の管端支持金具6を連結体
5の受穴部5aに固着した枢支ピン5bへ係止し
た連結棒16の二股連結金具15に連結した引張

ワイヤと関節金具の接触に因る騒音の発生が無
い。亦引張バネBの並列したパネ9a及び9bに
はカバー10を装着してあるので並設した圧縮バ
ネ9a及び9bの伸張状態又は伸張状態からの圧
縮力に因る収縮に際し圧縮バネ相互間の噛合いは
起きない。上記と反対にシートSを巻取ドラム1
へ巻取る場合には前記駆動装置Mの回転軸M1を
繰出しの時と反対の時計方向へ回動させると巻取
ドラム1が反時計方向へ回転しシートSの布地を
巻込んで行くが、その際前枠2によつて第2アー
ム7の先端が押されアームAは枢軸8を支点とし
て次第に屈曲し折畳まれ、それにつれて圧縮バネ
9a及び9bから成る引張バネBは第2アーム7
のボルトに係止したワイヤ12に引張られ圧縮状
