た不正確でもあった。このためその改善が以前から望ま

よび筒状の釘ホルダを設け、第5図のフローチャートに
示したように、先ずステップaにてビデオカメラを遊技
盤面上の釘の正面位置に移動し、ステップbにて該ビデ
オカメラにより得られた画像の実測データと予めメモリ
させている位置データとを比較してずれ量とずれ方向を
検知し、ステップCにてそのずれが許容範囲内にあるか
どうかを判定し、許容範囲内にあれば遊技盤面上の次の
釘へビデオカメラを移動させ、許容範囲外である場合は
ステップdにてマニプレータのXY方向移動により釘ホ
ルダをその釘の正面に持って来てステップeにより該釘
ホルダを下降(Z方向移動)させてその釘の頭を該釘ホ
ルダ内に嵌合させた後、ステップfにて該釘ホルダを所
要修正方向に所要量移動させて該釘ホルダを折曲修正し
、ステップgにてその釘から該釘ホルダを外してステッ
プaに戻り、繰り返しこの測定と修正が行なわれるよう

ビデオカメラを釘の正面に移動させて釘位置を測定した
後に該ビデオカメラを横にずらし釘ホルダを該釘位置正
面に移動させて修正作動をし、その修正がうまく行なわ
れたかどうかを確認するために再び釘ホルダを横にずら
して再度ビデオカメラを正面に移動させなければならな
かった。このため−本の釘を修正するのにマニプレータ
で両者を頻繁に移動させる必要があり調整に時間を要す

られたハンマー機構と、前記ビデオカメラから得られた
釘の画像データを数値化処理する画像処理装置とよりな
る遊技盤用自動釘調整機であって、遊技盤の釘を前記ビ
デオカメラにより検出してそのずれ方向とずれ量を検知
しそのずれが許容範囲外である不良釘について前記ハン
マー機構をずれ方向に回転させ該不良釘の頭部をずれ量
に基づく強度で叩打して修正するようにしたことを特徴

ビデオカメラ205によりその釘位置を測定し位置デー
タと比較しずれ量およびずれ方向を検知し、ステップ3
の許容範囲判定をし、未だ充分な修正がなされていない
場合に再びステップ4,5にて修正を行なわしめる。な
お、繰り返し修正の場合でハンマー機構212の回転位
置調整を必要としない場合はステップ3からステップ5
にジャンプし繰り返しハンマー214による叩打が行な
われる。このためハンマー214により釘頭を叩打する
度にビデオカメラ205により常時その修正結果が測定
され、その測定結果に基づき繰り返し叩打修正を行ない
