Description

This disclosure relates to a stick-shaped cosmetic container that contains a solid stick-shaped cosmetic.

Various types of stick-shaped cosmetic containers have been known in the past. Patent No. 3415750 describes a stick-shaped cosmetic container. The stick-shaped cosmetic container comprises a container body, a push rod attached inside the container body so as to be movable in the axial direction, and a cartridge that is detachably attached to the container body. The cartridge has a storage tube that functions as a front tube, and a holder that is movable in the axial direction inside the storage tube.

The holder has multiple holding pieces that elastically hold the stick-shaped cosmetic material. The storage tube has a noncircular section that is noncircular in cross section, and the noncircular section is elliptical in shape, with the cross section becoming smaller and flatter toward the front. Inside the noncircular section, a through hole with an elliptical cross section extends in the axial direction. The cross-sectional shapes of the holder and the stick-shaped cosmetic material are similar to the cross-sectional shape of the through hole. This prevents the holder and the stick-shaped cosmetic material from rotating relative to the storage tube.

Utility Model Registration No. 3151931 describes a stick-shaped cosmetic material dispensing container. The stick-shaped cosmetic material dispensing container comprises a main body tube, an operating tube rotatably connected to the rear end of the main body tube, and a front tube located at the front of the main body tube. A stick-shaped cosmetic material support is provided inside the main body tube and the operating tube. The stick-shaped cosmetic material support holds a polygonal stick-shaped cosmetic material.

The cross section of the stick-shaped cosmetic material is polygonal, such as triangular or star-shaped. The front tube has an opening that exposes the stick-shaped cosmetic material. The opening has multiple peaks and valleys that are aligned along the circumferential direction of the front tube, and the corners of the stick-shaped cosmetic material are exposed from the opening while fitting into the valleys. Because the polygonal stick-shaped cosmetic material is exposed from the opening, the user can apply the cosmetic material using the corners of the stick-shaped cosmetic material.

The stick-shaped cosmetic material dispensing container described above makes it possible to draw thin lines by touching the corners to the area to be coated. However, simply providing corners means that the corners become rounded relatively quickly as you draw, making it gradually more difficult to draw thin lines. Therefore, in order to draw thin lines at the corners, you must frequently dispense the cosmetic material to expose new corners, which can create the problem that it is difficult to draw thin lines.

The present disclosure aims to provide a stick-shaped cosmetic container that allows for easy drawing of thin lines.

In this stick-shaped cosmetic container, a solid stick-shaped cosmetic is contained inside the front tube, and the stick-shaped cosmetic is exposed from the opening of the front tube. When the stick-shaped cosmetic is cut in a plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the front tube, the cross section of the stick-shaped cosmetic has multiple protrusions protruding radially outward from the front tube. Since the stick-shaped cosmetic has multiple protrusions protruding radially outward, thin lines can be easily drawn by placing the tip of the protrusion against the part to be applied. The length of the protrusion in the protruding direction is longer than the width of the base of the protrusion. Therefore, even if the tip of the protrusion is placed against the part to be applied and application is continued, the width of the tip of the protrusion is unlikely to increase. Therefore, the width of the protrusion is unlikely to increase even with continued use, so thin lines can be continued to be drawn. The opening of the front tube has a protrusion that fits between the multiple protrusions, and the shape of the protrusion when viewed from the radial outside of the front tube may be acute-angled and tapered toward the front. In this case, by providing an acute-angled protrusion that fits between the multiple protrusions of the stick-shaped cosmetic material, the stick-shaped cosmetic material can be held more firmly at the opening of the front tube. This further reduces the possibility of the stick-shaped cosmetic material breaking.

In the stick-shaped cosmetic container described above, the holding portion of the cosmetic holding member located on the opposite side to the opening of the stick-shaped cosmetic fits between the multiple protrusions to hold the stick-shaped cosmetic. This allows the cosmetic holding member inside the front tube to hold the stick-shaped cosmetic more firmly, making it possible to more reliably prevent breakage of the stick-shaped cosmetic.

The recess in the front tube into which the protruding portion of the stick-shaped cosmetic fits extends along the axial direction from the opening to the cosmetic holding member, so that the stick-shaped cosmetic can be held more firmly between the opening and the cosmetic holding member.

The opening of the front tube may have multiple recesses that expose the protruding portion of the stick-shaped cosmetic material and recess toward the rear. In this case, by providing the opening of the front tube with recesses that extend toward the rear, the length of the exposed portion of the protruding portion can be increased. This allows a longer area to be secured for the exposed tip of the protruding portion, making it easier to draw thin lines.

When the stick-shaped cosmetic is cut in a plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the tip tube, the cross section of the stick-shaped cosmetic may have a wide protruding portion protruding on the opposite side to the multiple protruding portions. In this case, in the cross section of the stick-shaped cosmetic, multiple protruding portions are provided on one radial side, and a wide protruding portion is provided on the other radial side. Therefore, multiple thin lines can be easily drawn by the multiple protruding portions protruding on one side. Also, thick lines can be easily drawn by the wide protruding portion protruding on the other side. Therefore, multiple thin lines can be drawn simultaneously, and thick lines can also be drawn. As a result, the cosmetic can be applied quickly.

This disclosure makes it easy to draw thin lines.

Below, an embodiment of a stick-shaped cosmetic container according to the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings. In the description of the drawings, the same or corresponding elements are given the same reference numerals, and duplicated descriptions will be omitted as appropriate. In addition, the drawings may be partially simplified or exaggerated for ease of understanding, and the dimensional ratios and angles are not limited to those shown in the drawings.

First Embodiment
Fig. 1 is a side view showing a stick type cosmetic container 1 according to a first embodiment. Fig. 2 is a side view of the stick type cosmetic container 1 viewed from a different direction than Fig. 1. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the stick type cosmetic container 1 has a rod shape extending along an axial direction D1. In this disclosure, the "axis" refers to the central axis of the front tube of the stick type cosmetic container, and the "axial direction" refers to the direction in which the axis of the front tube of the stick type cosmetic container extends. The "axial direction" coincides with the longitudinal direction of the stick type cosmetic container 1, for example.

The cap of the stick-shaped cosmetic container 1 can be attached and detached, and Figs. 1 and 2 show the state with the cap removed. The stick-shaped cosmetic container 1 has an external configuration of a front tube 2, a middle tube 3, and a container body 4. In the following description, the direction in which the front tube 2 is provided as viewed from the container body 4 is referred to as the "front", and the direction in which the container body 4 is provided as viewed from the front tube 2 is referred to as the "rear". However, these directions are for convenience of description and do not limit the directions.

The stick-shaped cosmetic container 1 is, for example, a pencil that dispenses (pushes out) the stick-shaped cosmetic M contained therein. The front tube 2 has a long, thin cylindrical shape that extends in the axial direction D1. As an example, the front tube 2 is molded from ABS resin (a copolymer synthetic resin of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene).

The front tube 2 has an opening 2c through which the stick-shaped cosmetic M is exposed. The stick-shaped cosmetic M is solid and has multiple protrusions M1 that protrude radially outward from the front tube 2. Hereinafter, the "radial direction perpendicular to the axis of the front tube 2" may be simply referred to as the "radial direction." In this embodiment, the stick-shaped cosmetic M may be an eyebrow, in which case the stick-shaped cosmetic container 1 is an eyebrow dispenser.

The opening 2c has a protrusion 2d that fits between the multiple protrusions M1, and a recess 2f that recesses to the rear. When viewed from the outside in the radial direction, the shape of the protrusion 2d is an acute angle that tapers toward the front. The recess 2f corresponds to the portion that exposes the protrusion M1 of the stick-shaped cosmetic material M. The shapes of the stick-shaped cosmetic material M and the front tube 2 will be described in detail later.

The middle tube 3 is molded, for example, from POM (polyacetal) and is formed into a substantially cylindrical shape. The middle tube 3 engages with the front tube 2 at the rear side of the front tube 2 along the axial direction D1. The middle tube 3 has an outer peripheral surface 3b extending in the axial direction D1, an inclined surface 3c located on the front side of the outer peripheral surface 3b, a first convex portion 3d protruding from the outer peripheral surface 3b, and a second convex portion 3f protruding forward of the first convex portion 3d of the outer peripheral surface 3b.

The inclined surface 3c is a tapered surface that inclines so that the diameter of the middle cylinder 3 decreases as it moves forward. For example, the middle cylinder 3 has a plurality of first convex portions 3d and a plurality of second convex portions 3f. As an example, the number of the first convex portions 3d and the second convex portions 3f is three. For example, the three first convex portions 3d are arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the middle cylinder 3, and the three second convex portions 3f are arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the middle cylinder 3. The shape of the first convex portion 3d as viewed from the radial outside of the middle cylinder 3 is, for example, circular, and the shape of the second convex portion 3f as viewed from the radial outside of the middle cylinder 3 is linear extending along the axial direction D1. The above-mentioned cap that covers the front cylinder 2 engages with the first convex portion 3d and the second convex portion 3f.

Figure 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 1. As shown in Figure 3, the stick-shaped cosmetic container 1 comprises the front tube 2 that constitutes the front part of the container described above, a middle tube 3, a container body 4 that constitutes the rear part of the container, a cosmetic holding member 5 housed inside the container body 4, and a holding member 6 that holds the cosmetic holding member 5 inside the container body 4.

In this embodiment, the front tube 2, the middle tube 3, the cosmetic holding member 5, and the holding member 6 constitute an expelling mechanism 10 that advances the stick-shaped cosmetic M forward. The front tube 2 includes a front tube portion 2A that includes the opening 2c, the protrusion 2d, and the recess 2f described above, and a rear tube portion 2B that is located behind the front tube portion 2A.

The front tube section 2A is the section exposed at the front of the stick-shaped cosmetic container 1, and the rear tube section 2B is the section inserted into the middle tube 3 from the front. The front tube section 2A has a step section 2g that extends from the rear end of the front tube section 2A in the direction in which the front tube 2 reduces in diameter. The front tube section 2A expands in diameter from the step section 2g relative to the rear tube section 2B, and gradually reduces in diameter from the step section 2g toward the front.

For example, the front end of the middle cylinder 3 faces the rear surface of the step 2g. The rear cylinder portion 2B is an insertion portion that is inserted into the middle cylinder 3. The front cylinder 2 is engaged with the middle cylinder 3 in the axial direction D1 by inserting the rear cylinder portion 2B, located behind the step 2g, into the middle cylinder 3, and is engaged with the middle cylinder 3 so as to be rotatable relative to the middle cylinder 3. Inside the front cylinder portion 2A, a storage space 2h that stores a stick-shaped cosmetic material M extends along the axial direction D1.

As shown in FIG. 4, the storage space 2h is formed with a number of recesses 2k into which the protrusions M1 of the stick-shaped cosmetic M fit. Each of the recesses 2k is formed on the inner surface 2r of the front tube 2. In addition, a storage space 2s in which the holding member 6 is stored and a U-shaped slit 2t are formed behind the inner surface 2r. The slit 2t includes a pair of first holes 2v extending in the axial direction D1 and aligned along the circumferential direction of the front tube 2, and a second hole 2w extending in the circumferential direction of the front tube 2 between the front ends of the pair of first holes 2v. When the front tube 2 and the middle tube 3 rotate relative to each other, the outer periphery of the second hole 2w comes into contact with the inner periphery of the middle tube 3, and the slit 2t (first hole 2v) can generate an appropriate rotational resistance, and the slit 2t also exerts a function of suppressing rattling of the front tube 2.

As shown in Figures 3 and 4, each recess 2k extends along the axial direction D1 from the opening 2c of the front tube 2 to near the rear of the holding portion 5A of the cosmetic holding member 5 in the initial position. The multiple recesses 2k are arranged in a line along the circumferential direction of the front tube 2. The recesses 2k will be described in detail later.

The middle cylinder 3 comprises, from its front end to its rear end, a front cylinder section 3A, a rear cylinder section 3B, and a spring section 3C, in that order. The front cylinder section 3A comprises the outer peripheral surface 3b, the inclined surface 3c, the first convex section 3d, and the second convex section 3f described above. The spring section 3C of the middle cylinder 3 protects the stick-shaped cosmetic container 1 and the stick-shaped cosmetic M by absorbing the shock transmitted to the inside when an external force acts on the stick-shaped cosmetic container 1, such as when the stick-shaped cosmetic container 1 is dropped. In addition, the spring section 3C has the function of returning the release of the engagement between the holding member 6 and the protrusion 4b of the container body 4 in the rotational direction when the clutch rotates at the forward limit of the stick-shaped cosmetic M.

Between the front cylinder portion 3A and the rear cylinder portion 3B, a flange portion 3D is provided, which protrudes radially outward from the middle cylinder 3 and fits into the front end of the container body 4. An annular protrusion 3g is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the rear cylinder portion 3B. The spring portion 3C is provided behind the annular protrusion 3g. The spring portion 3C is a resin spring that is expandable and contractable in the axial direction D1. The spring portion 3C is formed by a main body portion 3j and a slit 3k that extends spirally along the circumferential surface of the main body portion 3j and communicates between the inside and outside of the main body portion 3j. The spring portion 3C contracts when an external force is applied, thereby absorbing impact.

The retaining member 6 is molded, for example, from POM and is formed into a substantially cylindrical shape. The retaining member 6 has a front cylinder portion 6b extending from its front end in the axial direction D1, and a rear cylinder portion 6c that expands in diameter behind the front cylinder portion 6b. A helical protrusion 6d that constitutes one side of the screw-on portion 20 is formed on the inner surface of the front cylinder portion 6b. The rear cylinder portion 6c engages with the ridge 4b of the container body 4 in the rotational direction, and abuts against and is rotatably engaged with the rear end 2j of the front cylinder 2.

The cosmetic holding member 5 is molded, for example, from PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) and formed into a round rod shape. The cosmetic holding member 5 functions as a moving body that moves inside the container body 4, and as a holding member that holds the stick-shaped cosmetic M. The cosmetic holding member 5 includes a holding portion 5A that holds the stick-shaped cosmetic M, and an axial portion 5B that extends rearward from the holding portion 5A. The holding portion 5A and the axial portion 5B may be integral with each other or may be separate. A male screw 5b that constitutes the other end of the screw-fitting portion 20 is formed on the outer surface of the axial portion 5B.

In the above-described stick-shaped cosmetic container 1, when the container body 4 is rotated relative to the front tube 2, the middle tube 3 and the holding member 6 rotate synchronously with the container body 4. At this time, since the front tube 2 and the cosmetic holding member 5 are engaged in the rotational direction, the cosmetic holding member 5 and the holding member 6 rotate relative to each other.

The above-mentioned relative rotation causes a screwing action of the screwing portion 20 formed by the male screw 5b of the cosmetic holding member 5 and the protrusion 6d of the holding member 6. This screwing action causes the cosmetic holding member 5 to advance from the holding member 6, and the cosmetic holding member 5 slides relative to the leading tube 2. In this way, when the cosmetic holding member 5 advances relative to the leading tube 2, the stick-shaped cosmetic M emerges from the opening 2c of the leading tube 2, making the stick-shaped cosmetic M available for use.

Next, the front tube 2 and the stick-shaped cosmetic material M will be described in more detail. Figure 5 is a perspective view showing the opening 2c of the front tube 2 and the stick-shaped cosmetic material M. As shown in Figures 1, 2, and 5, the front tube 2 has a tapered surface 2m that gradually reduces in diameter from the step portion 2g of the front tube 2 toward the opening 2c. The tapered surface 2m reduces in diameter in a curved manner toward the opening 2c, for example, and the curvature of the tapered surface 2m gradually increases as it approaches the opening 2c.

In the front tube 2, for example, acute-angled protrusions 2d and depressions 2f are arranged alternately along the circumferential direction of the front tube 2. When viewed from the outside in the radial direction, the shape of the protrusions 2d is mountain-like, and for example, the protrusions 2d have rounded tops 2p. Furthermore, the shape of the protrusions 2d when viewed from the axial direction D1 (front side) may also be mountain-like.

The shape of the recess 2f when viewed from the radially outer side is, for example, acute-angled. The recess 2f is formed to extend rearward between the pair of protrusions 2d, and has, for example, an acute-angled bottom 2q. The bottom 2q may or may not be rounded.

The protrusion 2d may also protrude radially inward from the front tube 2. In this case, the protrusion 2d is recessed into the radially inward portion of the stick-shaped cosmetic material M. The stick-shaped cosmetic material M has the protrusion M1 described above and a recess M2 recessed radially inward. The stick-shaped cosmetic material M has, for example, multiple protrusions M1 and multiple recesses M2, and the protrusions M1 and recesses M2 are arranged alternately along the circumferential direction of the front tube 2 (stick-shaped cosmetic material M).

When viewed from the front along the axial direction D1, the shape of the stick-shaped cosmetic M is, for example, a radial shape in which each of the multiple protrusions M1 extends radially outward. As an example, the stick-shaped cosmetic M has six protrusions M1. The angle between the protrusion direction (longitudinal direction D2) of one protrusion M1 and the protrusion direction of the protrusion M1 adjacent to that one protrusion M1 is, for example, 60°. In this case, the six protrusions M1 are arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the stick-shaped cosmetic M.

The cross-sectional shape of the stick-shaped cosmetic M when cut on a plane perpendicular to the axial direction D1 is radial, as described above. The cross-sectional shape of the stick-shaped cosmetic M is the same at any position in the axial direction D1, for example. The cross-sectional shape of the stick-shaped cosmetic M and the shape of the stick-shaped cosmetic M when viewed from the front are mutually identical.

Figure 6(a) is a cross-sectional view taken along line B-B in Figure 3. Figure 6(b) is a cross-sectional view showing an enlarged view of the protruding portion M1 of the stick-shaped cosmetic material M. As shown in Figures 5, 6(a) and 6(b), the protruding portion M1 of the stick-shaped cosmetic material M is U-shaped. The protruding portion M1 has a base portion M3, and for example, the base portion M3 indicates the boundary between the protruding portion M1 and the recessed portion M2. For example, the protruding portion M1 indicates a portion in which the center of the radius of curvature in the cross-sectional shape of the stick-shaped cosmetic material M is located on the radial inside, and the recessed portion M2 indicates a portion in which the center of the radius of curvature is located on the radial outside of the stick-shaped cosmetic material M. In this case, the base portion M3 indicates the boundary of the curvature in the cross-sectional shape of the stick-shaped cosmetic material M.

As shown in Figures 6(a) and 6(b), the length L of the longitudinal direction D2 of the protrusion M1 is longer than the width W of the base portion M3 of the protrusion M1. In this case, the protrusion M1 has a flat shape. That is, each of the multiple protrusions M1 is a flat portion (plate-shaped portion, wing-shaped portion) that is aligned along the circumferential direction of the front tube 2. Therefore, even if the tip portion M4 of the protrusion M1 is applied to the application portion such as the skin and is scraped off, the thickness of the tip portion M4 is unlikely to change.

The tip M4 of the protrusion M1 is, for example, arc-shaped. However, the tip M4 may be a shape other than an arc, such as a parabolic shape. The recess M2 is arc-shaped like the tip M4. For example, the radius of curvature of the recess M2 is smaller than the radius of curvature of the tip M4.

As described above, the front tube 2 has a number of recesses 2k into which each of the multiple protrusions M1 of the stick-shaped cosmetic M fits, and the multiple recesses 2k are arranged in a line along the circumferential direction of the front tube 2. The multiple recesses 2k are provided corresponding to the multiple protrusions M1, and the tips M4 of the protrusions M1 fit into the recesses 2k. The shape of the recesses 2k follows the shape of the tips M4, and is, for example, arc-shaped.

In the storage space 2h of the front tube 2, the holding portion 5A of the cosmetic holding member 5 fits between a pair of protrusions M1 aligned along the circumferential direction. More specifically, the holding portion 5A fits into the area defined by the inner surface 2r of the front tube 2, which is located between a pair of recesses 2k aligned along the circumferential direction, the pair of protrusions M1, and the recesses M2.

Figure 7(a) is a side view showing the cosmetic holding member 5. Figure 7(b) is a side view of the cosmetic holding member 5 seen from a different direction than that of Figure 7(a). Figure 8 is a perspective view of the cosmetic holding member 5. As shown in Figures 3, 7(a), 7(b), and 8, the cosmetic holding member 5 is a rod-shaped cosmetic holding body (also called a core chuck push rod) that holds a rod-shaped cosmetic M at the holding portion 5A.

The cosmetic holding member 5 is movable along the axial direction D1 relative to the front tube 2, and moves the stick-shaped cosmetic M along the axial direction D1 while holding the stick-shaped cosmetic M. The cosmetic holding member 5 is disposed inside the front tube 2 and the holding member 6, and extends in the axial direction D1. The shaft portion 5B of the cosmetic holding member 5 has a male screw 5b, and for example, the male screw 5b is formed over the entire axial direction D1 of the shaft portion 5B.

The holding portion 5A of the cosmetic holding member 5 is provided on the front side of the shaft portion 5B. The holding portion 5A includes a base portion 5c against which the rear end face of the stick-shaped cosmetic M abuts, and multiple holding pieces 5d that extend forward from the base portion 5c and hold the rear portion of the stick-shaped cosmetic M. The holding pieces 5d protrude forward from the base portion 5c.

The base 5c indicates a portion extending in the circumferential direction of the cosmetic holding member 5 at the rear end of the multiple holding pieces 5d, and has a protruding portion 5f that protrudes radially outward from the cosmetic holding member 5. The protruding portion 5f is arc-shaped. The protruding portions 5f and the holding pieces 5d are, for example, arranged alternately along the circumferential direction of the cosmetic holding member 5.

As shown in Figures 6(a), 6(b), 7(a), 7(b) and 8, the holding portion 5A has, for example, the same number of holding pieces 5d as the protrusions M1 of the stick-shaped cosmetic material M. The holding portion 5A holds the stick-shaped cosmetic material M by each holding piece 5d fitting between a pair of the protrusions M1 (in other words, the protrusions M1 fitting between a pair of the holding pieces 5d). When the holding portion 5A holds the stick-shaped cosmetic material M, the holding pieces 5d and the protrusions M1 are arranged alternately in the circumferential direction.

The holding piece 5d is, for example, arm-shaped extending along the axial direction D1. As an example, the holding piece 5d has a wide portion 5g extending from the base 5c, a narrow portion 5h located in front of the wide portion 5g, and a tip portion 5k having an inclined surface 5j facing radially outward. The outer peripheral surface 5r of the holding piece 5d (wide portion 5g and narrow portion 5h) is curved, for example, in an arc shape. The wide portion 5g is located on the root side (base 5c side) of the holding piece 5d, and a transition portion 5p with an inclined surface that transitions from the wide portion 5g to the narrow portion 5h is provided between the wide portion 5g and the narrow portion 5h. The base 5c also functions as a contact portion at the forward limit.

The inclined surface 5j of the tip 5k faces radially outward of the cosmetic holding member 5 and is inclined radially inward toward the tip 5q of the cosmetic holding member 5. The tip 5k becomes thinner toward the tip 5q that faces forward. The shape of the tip 5q as viewed along the axial direction D1 (from the front side) is, for example, triangular with corners that are rounded radially inward.

The cross-sectional shape of the holding piece 5d when cut on a plane perpendicular to the axial direction D1 is triangular, similar to the tip 5q described above. The holding piece 5d has a curved corner 5s that fits into the recess M2 of the stick-shaped cosmetic M, a pair of inclined surfaces 5t that extend from the corner 5s along the protruding portion M1 of the stick-shaped cosmetic M, and an outer circumferential surface 5r that extends between the pair of inclined surfaces 5t. The holding piece 5d is capable of firmly holding the stick-shaped cosmetic M by fitting the corner 5s into the stick-shaped cosmetic M so that it faces the recess M2 and each inclined surface 5t fits along the protruding portion M1.

Next, the effects obtained from the stick-shaped cosmetic container 1 according to this embodiment will be described in detail. As shown in Figs. 5, 6(a) and 6(b), in the stick-shaped cosmetic container 1, a solid stick-shaped cosmetic M is contained inside the front tube 2, and the stick-shaped cosmetic M is exposed from the opening 2c of the front tube 2. When the stick-shaped cosmetic M is cut on a plane perpendicular to the axial direction D1 of the front tube 2, the cross section of the stick-shaped cosmetic M has multiple protrusions M1 protruding radially outward from the front tube 2. As the stick-shaped cosmetic M has multiple protrusions M1 protruding radially outward, thin lines can be easily drawn by placing the tip M4 of the protrusions M1 against the part to be coated.

The length L of the protrusion M1 in the protruding direction is longer than the width W of the base M3 of the protrusion M1. Therefore, even if the tip M4 of the protrusion M1 is placed against the part to be applied and application is continued, the width of the tip M4 of the protrusion M1 can be made to be unlikely to widen. Therefore, even if use is continued, the width of the tip M4 of the protrusion M1 can be made to be unlikely to widen, so that thin lines can be continued to be drawn. Furthermore, by having multiple protrusions M1 whose length L in the protruding direction is longer than the length in the width direction (width W) of the stick-shaped cosmetic M, multiple thin lines can be drawn together and breakage of the stick-shaped cosmetic M can be suppressed.

The opening 2c of the front tube 2 has a protrusion 2d that fits between the multiple protrusions M1, and the shape of the protrusion 2d when viewed from the radial outside of the front tube 2 may be acute-angled and tapered toward the front. In this case, by providing an acute-angled protrusion 2d that fits between the multiple protrusions M1 of the stick-shaped cosmetic material M, the stick-shaped cosmetic material M can be held more firmly in the opening 2c of the front tube 2. This further reduces the possibility of the stick-shaped cosmetic material M breaking.

As shown in Figures 3, 6(a) and 6(b), the stick-shaped cosmetic container 1 is provided with a cosmetic holding member 5 located inside the front tube 2 on the opposite side of the opening 2c from the stick-shaped cosmetic M, and the cosmetic holding member 5 may have a holding portion 5A that fits between the multiple protrusions M1 and holds the stick-shaped cosmetic M. In this case, the holding portion 5A of the cosmetic holding member 5 located on the opposite side of the opening 2c of the stick-shaped cosmetic M fits between the multiple protrusions M1 to hold the stick-shaped cosmetic M. Therefore, the cosmetic holding member 5 inside the front tube 2 can hold the stick-shaped cosmetic M more firmly, so that breakage and falling off of the stick-shaped cosmetic M can be more reliably prevented.

As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the front tube 2 has multiple recesses 2k inside the front tube 2 into which the multiple protrusions M1 of the stick-shaped cosmetic M each fit, and the recesses 2k may extend in the axial direction D1 between the opening 2c and the cosmetic holding member 5 that holds the stick-shaped cosmetic M. In this case, the recesses 2k of the front tube 2 into which the protrusions M1 of the stick-shaped cosmetic M fit extend in the axial direction D1 from the opening 2c to the cosmetic holding member 5, so that the stick-shaped cosmetic M can be more firmly held between the opening 2c and the cosmetic holding member 5.

As shown in FIG. 5, the opening 2c of the front tube 2 may have multiple recesses 2f that expose the protruding portion M1 of the stick-shaped cosmetic M and recess backward. In this case, by providing the recesses 2f that extend backward in the opening 2c of the front tube 2, the length of the exposed portion of the protruding portion M1 can be increased. Therefore, the area of the exposed tip M4 of the protruding portion M1 can be secured to be longer, making it easier to draw thin lines.

The above describes the stick-shaped cosmetic container 1 according to the first embodiment. However, the shape, size, number, material, and arrangement of each part of the stick-shaped cosmetic container are not limited to the above-mentioned example, and can be modified as appropriate. For example, in the first embodiment, an example was described in which the stick-shaped cosmetic M has six protrusions M1, and the six protrusions M1 are arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the stick-shaped cosmetic M.

However, the number of protrusions on the stick-shaped cosmetic material and the arrangement of the protrusions are not limited to the above examples. As shown in Figures 9(a), 9(b) and 9(c), three, four or five protrusions M1 may be arranged in a line along the circumferential direction of the stick-shaped cosmetic material M. The angle between the protrusion direction of one protrusion M1 and the protrusion direction of the protrusion M1 adjacent to that one protrusion M1 is, for example, 120°, 90° or 72°.

Even with each of the above protrusions M1, the stick-shaped cosmetic M has multiple protrusions M1 whose length L in the protruding direction is longer than their width W, so that multiple thin lines can be drawn together and breakage of the stick-shaped cosmetic M can be suppressed, resulting in the same effect as in the first embodiment described above. The number of protrusions M1 may be seven, eight, nine or more. Furthermore, the multiple protrusions M1 do not have to be arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the stick-shaped cosmetic M. Furthermore, the angle between the protruding direction of one protrusion M1 and the protruding direction of the protrusion M1 adjacent to that one protrusion M1 is not limited to the example described above and can be changed as appropriate.

Second Embodiment
Next, a stick type cosmetic container 31 according to a second embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 10 and 11. Figure 10 is a side view showing the stick type cosmetic container 31. Figure 11 is a side view of the stick type cosmetic container 31 as viewed from a different direction than that of Figure 10. Note that a portion of the configuration of the stick type cosmetic container 31 is the same as a portion of the configuration of the stick type cosmetic container 1 described above. Therefore, in the following, a description of the same configuration as the stick type cosmetic container 1 will be omitted as appropriate. Also, the same reference numerals will be used to denote the same configuration as the stick type cosmetic container 1.

The stick-shaped cosmetic container 31 has an external configuration of a front tube 32, a middle tube 3, and a container body 4. The front tube 32 has an opening 32c from which the stick-shaped cosmetic N is exposed. The stick-shaped cosmetic N has multiple protrusions N1 and a wide protrusion N2 that protrudes on the opposite side of the protrusions N1. The front tube 32 also has a tip surface 32d that is inclined with respect to a plane perpendicular to the axial direction D1, and an opening 32c is formed in the tip surface 32d. The tip surface 32d has a pair of protrusions 32g that protrude forward, and the stick-shaped cosmetic N is extended between the pair of protrusions 32g until it is in a usable state and is exposed forward.

The opening 32c has a pair of recesses 32f that extend rearward along the tip surface 32d and are aligned along the width direction of the front tube 32. The protrusion N1 fits into each of the pair of recesses 32f. The opening 32c has a shape that imitates the tip surface N3 of the stick-shaped cosmetic N, for example. The tip surface N3 is inclined with respect to a plane perpendicular to the axial direction D1, and extends along the tip surface 32d of the front tube 32. The inclination angle of the tip surface N3 may be approximately the same as the inclination angle of the tip surface 32d.

The leading tube 32 has a tapered surface 32m that gradually narrows toward the opening 32c. The tapered surface 32m has a pair of curved recesses 32p provided on each side of the arrangement direction D3 in which the pair of recesses 32f are aligned. By pinching the pair of curved recesses 32p with the fingers, the leading tube 32 can be lifted with the fingers and multiple thin lines can be easily drawn with the multiple protrusions N1.

Figure 12 is a cross-sectional view taken along line C-C in Figure 11. As shown in Figure 12, the stick-shaped cosmetic container 31 comprises a leading tube 32 constituting the front of the container, a middle tube 3, a container body 4 constituting the rear of the container, a cosmetic holding member 35 housed inside the container body 4, and a holding member 6 that holds the cosmetic holding member 35 inside the container body 4. In the stick-shaped cosmetic container 31, the configurations of the leading tube 32, cosmetic holding member 35, and stick-shaped cosmetic N are different from the configurations of the leading tube 2, cosmetic holding member 5, and stick-shaped cosmetic M described above.

Figure 13 is a perspective view showing the opening 32c of the front tube 32 and the stick-shaped cosmetic material N. As shown in Figures 11 and 13, the front tube 32 has, for example, an acute-angled protrusion 32h, which is provided between a pair of recesses 32f. When viewed from the radially outside, the shape of the protrusion 32h is mountain-like, and for example, the protrusion 32h has a rounded top. In addition, the shape of the protrusion 32h when viewed from the axial direction D1 (front side) may also be mountain-like.

When viewed from the radially outward side, the shape of the recess 32f is, for example, acute-angled. The recess 32f is formed so as to extend diagonally rearward on each side of the protrusion 32h. The bottom (rear end) of the recess 32f may or may not be rounded.

The protrusion 32h protrudes radially inward from the front tube 32. The protrusion 32h penetrates into the radially inward portion of the stick-shaped cosmetic N. The stick-shaped cosmetic N has the protrusion N1 described above and a recess N4 recessed radially inward. The stick-shaped cosmetic N has, for example, multiple protrusions N1 and recesses N4, and the protrusions N1 and recesses N4 are aligned along the circumferential direction (arrangement direction D3) of the front tube 32 (stick-shaped cosmetic N).

Figure 14 is a cross-sectional view taken along line D-D in Figure 12. As shown in Figures 13 and 14, the shape of the stick-shaped cosmetic material N as viewed along the axial direction D1 is such that, for example, each of the multiple protrusions N1 extends in one direction D4 intersecting the juxtaposition direction D3, and the wide protrusion N2 protrudes in the opposite direction D5 of the one direction D4.

The stick-shaped cosmetic N includes, for example, two protrusions N1, and the angle between the protruding direction of one protrusion N1 and the protruding direction of the other protrusion N1 is an acute angle. However, the angle may be a right angle or an obtuse angle. The cross-sectional shape of the stick-shaped cosmetic N when cut along a plane perpendicular to the axial direction D1 is, as described above, such that the multiple protrusions N1 extend in one direction D4 and the wide protrusion N2 protrudes in the opposite direction D5. The cross-sectional shape of the stick-shaped cosmetic N is, for example, the same at any position in the axial direction D1.

The protruding portion N1 of the stick-shaped cosmetic N is U-shaped. The protruding portion N1 has a base portion N5. The length L of the protruding portion N1 in one direction D4 (longitudinal direction, protruding direction) is longer than the width W of the base portion N5 of the protruding portion N1. The protruding portion N1 has a flat shape. In other words, each of the multiple protruding portions N1 is a flat portion (plate-shaped portion, wing-shaped portion) aligned along the circumferential direction of the front tube 32.

The wide protruding portion N2 of the stick-shaped cosmetic N is a portion that protrudes in the opposite direction D5 and has a width H greater than the width W of the protruding portion N1. In this embodiment, the wide protruding portion N2 is a portion that protrudes in a curved shape in the opposite direction D5. As an example, the wide protruding portion N2 is arc-shaped. However, the wide protruding portion N2 may have a shape other than an arc, such as a parabolic shape.

The front tube 32 has multiple recesses 32s into which the multiple protrusions N1 of the stick-shaped cosmetic N fit, and the recesses 32s continue rearward from the recesses 32f of the opening 32c. That is, the recesses 32s extend along the axial direction D1 from the opening 32c to the cosmetic holding member 35. The multiple recesses 32s are arranged in a line along the circumferential direction of the front tube 32. The multiple recesses 32s are provided in correspondence with the multiple protrusions N1, and the tips N6 of the protrusions N1 fit into the recesses 32s. The shape of the recesses 32s follows the shape of the tips N6, and is, for example, arc-shaped.

In the storage space 32t for the stick-shaped cosmetic N in the front tube 32, the holding portion 35A of the cosmetic holding member 35 fits between a pair of protrusions N1 aligned along the circumferential direction, and on both ends of the arrangement direction D3 of the stick-shaped cosmetic N. More specifically, the holding portion 35A fits into the area defined by the inner surface 32v of the front tube 32 located between a pair of recesses 32s aligned along the circumferential direction, the pair of protrusions N1, and the recesses N4, and into the recesses 32w of the front tube 32 formed on both ends of the arrangement direction D3 of the stick-shaped cosmetic N.

Figure 15 is a perspective view of the cosmetic holding member 35. As shown in Figure 15, the cosmetic holding member 35 comprises a holding portion 35A and a shaft portion 5B. The holding portion 35A functions as a stick-shaped cosmetic holding portion (zipper) that holds the stick-shaped cosmetic N. The holding portion 35A comprises a base portion 35c against which the rear end of the stick-shaped cosmetic N abuts, and a first holding piece 35d and a second holding piece 35f that extend forward from the base portion 35c and support the rear portion of the stick-shaped cosmetic N.

The base 35c has a protrusion 5f that protrudes radially outward from the cosmetic holding member 35. The position of the protrusion 5f corresponds to the position of the protrusion N1 of the stick-shaped cosmetic N. That is, the protrusion 5f is provided on the rear side of the protrusion N1. The base 35c has, for example, a pair of protrusions 5f, and the first holding piece 35d is provided between the pair of protrusions 5f. The base 35c also functions as a contact part at the forward limit.

The shape of the first holding piece 35d is, for example, the same as the shape of the holding piece 5d of the cosmetic holding member 5 described above. As an example, the second holding piece 35f has an extension portion 35g extending from the base portion 35c and a tip portion 35j having an inclined surface 35h facing radially outward. The outer peripheral surface 35k of the extension portion 35g is, for example, curved in an arc shape.

The extension portion 35g has a rib portion 35p on its inner peripheral surface 35m that protrudes radially inward. The rib portion 35p extends, for example, along the axial direction D1 and is a portion that penetrates into the stick-shaped cosmetic material N. In this way, the rib portion 35p penetrates into the stick-shaped cosmetic material N from both sides in the parallel arrangement direction D3, so that the cosmetic material holding member 35 can hold the stick-shaped cosmetic material N even more firmly.

The inclined surface 35h of the tip 35j faces radially outward of the cosmetic holding member 35 and is inclined radially inward toward the tip 35q of the cosmetic holding member 35. For example, the width (circumferential length) of the tip 35j narrows toward the tip 35q. The tip 35j becomes thinner toward the tip 35q that faces forward. The shape of the tip 35q as viewed along the axial direction D1 is, for example, a curved shape that extends circumferentially of the cosmetic holding member 35.

The cross-sectional shape of the first holding piece 35d when the first holding piece 35d is cut along a plane perpendicular to the axial direction D1 is a shape that imitates the recess N4 of the stick-shaped cosmetic material N. In other words, the first holding piece 35d has a protrusion 35r that is provided along the inner peripheral surface of the stick-shaped cosmetic material N that defines the recess N4.

As shown in Figures 14 and 15, the cross-sectional shape of the second holding piece 35f when cut on a plane perpendicular to the axial direction D1 is a curved shape extending in the circumferential direction, similar to the tip 35q described above. The first holding piece 35d fits into the recess N4 between the pair of protrusions N1, and the second holding piece 35f has a rib portion 35p formed on the inner peripheral surface 35m that fits into the stick-shaped cosmetic material N and supports the stick-shaped cosmetic material N on the inner peripheral surface 35m, making it possible to firmly hold the stick-shaped cosmetic material N.

As described above, in the stick-shaped cosmetic container 31 according to the second embodiment, the stick-shaped cosmetic N has multiple protrusions N1, so that thin lines can be easily drawn by contacting the tip N6 of the protrusion N1 with the area to be coated. The length L of the protrusion N1 in the protruding direction is longer than the width W of the base N5 of the protrusion N1.

Therefore, even if the tip N6 of the protrusion N1 is placed against the part to be coated and coating is continued, the shape of the tip N6 of the protrusion N1 is unlikely to expand. Furthermore, by providing the stick-shaped cosmetic N with multiple protrusions N1 whose length L in the protruding direction is longer than their width W, breakage or falling off of the stick-shaped cosmetic N can be suppressed, and the same effect as that of the stick-shaped cosmetic container 1 in the first embodiment can be obtained.

When the stick-shaped cosmetic N is cut in a plane perpendicular to the axial direction D1 of the front tube 32, the cross section of the stick-shaped cosmetic N has a wide protruding portion N2 protruding on the opposite side of the multiple protruding portions N1. Thus, in the cross section of the stick-shaped cosmetic N, multiple protruding portions N1 are provided on one radial side, and a wide protruding portion N2 is provided on the other radial side. Therefore, multiple thin lines can be easily drawn by the multiple protruding portions N1 protruding on one side. Also, thick lines can be easily drawn by the wide protruding portion N2 protruding on the other side. As a result, the cosmetic can be applied quickly.

The above describes the stick-shaped cosmetic container 31 according to the second embodiment. As in this stick-shaped cosmetic container 31, each of the multiple protrusions N1 does not have to be radially extending outward in the radial direction. In other words, the protrusion direction of the protrusions is not limited to the above-mentioned examples and can be changed as appropriate. The multiple protrusions N1 do not have to be arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the stick-shaped cosmetic N.

Furthermore, the shape, size, number, protruding direction and arrangement of the protruding portion N1 and the wide protruding portion N2 of the stick-shaped cosmetic N can be changed as appropriate. For example, as shown in FIG. 16(a), the stick-shaped cosmetic N may have three protruding portions N1 and one wide protruding portion N2. As shown in FIG. 16(b), the stick-shaped cosmetic N may have four protruding portions N1 and one wide protruding portion N2. In this case, at least one of the three or four protruding portions N1 can easily draw thin lines, and the wide protruding portion N2 can easily draw thick lines. Furthermore, the number of protruding portions N1 may be five or more, and the number of wide protruding portions N2 may be more than one.

In the second embodiment described above, an example was given of the wide protrusion N2 being arc-shaped. However, as shown in FIG. 16(c), the stick-shaped cosmetic N may have a rectangular wide protrusion N7 instead of the arc-shaped wide protrusion N2. In this case, it is easy to draw thick lines with the wide protrusion N7 while drawing thin lines with the protrusion N1, and it is also possible to apply the cosmetic by using the corners N8 of the wide protrusion N7. In this way, the shape of the wide protrusion of the stick-shaped cosmetic N can be changed as appropriate. The same applies to the shape of the protrusion.

FIG. 17 is a perspective view showing a front tube 52 and stick-shaped cosmetic material Q according to a further modified example. Like the front tube 32 described above, the front tube 52 has an opening 52c with a pair of recesses 52f aligned along the juxtaposition direction D3, and each of the pair of recesses 52f receives a protruding portion Q1 of the stick-shaped cosmetic material Q. Like the stick-shaped cosmetic material N described above, the stick-shaped cosmetic material Q has a pair of protruding portions Q1 protruding in one direction D4, a recess Q4 formed between the pair of protruding portions Q1, and a wide protruding portion Q2 protruding in the opposite direction D5.

As shown in Figures 13 and 17, the stick-shaped cosmetic N described above has a pair of protrusions N1 that protrude diagonally backward (downward in Figure 13) and a wide protrusion N2 that protrudes diagonally forward from the tip of the front tube 32. On the other hand, the stick-shaped cosmetic Q has a pair of protrusions Q1 that protrude diagonally forward (upward in Figure 17) and a wide protrusion Q2 that protrudes diagonally backward. In this way, the protrusion directions and inclination directions of the multiple protrusions and wide protrusions can be changed as appropriate.

Above, various embodiments and modifications of the stick-shaped cosmetic container according to the present disclosure have been described. However, the stick-shaped cosmetic container according to the present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiments or modifications, and can be further modified. For example, in the above-described embodiment, a stick-shaped cosmetic container 1 equipped with a dispensing mechanism 10 has been described. However, the configuration of the dispensing mechanism of the stick-shaped cosmetic container is not limited to the above-described examples, and can be modified as appropriate. Furthermore, the stick-shaped cosmetic container may not have a dispensing mechanism. For example, instead of the dispensing mechanism, a mechanical extrusion mechanism such as a knock type, or a squeeze type extrusion mechanism may be provided.

In the above embodiment, an example was described in which the stick-shaped cosmetic M is an eyebrow cream, and the stick-shaped cosmetic container 1 is an eyebrow cream dispenser. However, the stick-shaped cosmetic container according to the present disclosure can also be used with various stick-shaped cosmetics, such as eyeliner, concealer, or lip liner.

Claims (4)

A stick-shaped cosmetic container that exposes a solid stick-shaped cosmetic material forward,
a front tube that contains the stick-shaped cosmetic material therein and has an opening through which the stick-shaped cosmetic material is exposed ;
a cosmetic material holding member located inside the front tube and on the opposite side of the opening from the stick-shaped cosmetic material;
Equipped with
a cross section of the stick-shaped cosmetic material when cut along a plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the leading tube has a plurality of protruding portions protruding radially outwardly of the leading tube and a plurality of first recessed portions recessed radially inwardly , the protruding portions and the first recessed portions being alternately arranged along the circumferential direction of the leading tube,
a length of the protrusion in a longitudinal direction, which is a direction in which the protrusion protrudes, is longer than a width of the protrusion at a base portion of the protrusion,
the front tube has a plurality of second recesses into which the plurality of protruding portions of the stick-shaped cosmetic material are inserted,
The second recess extends in the axial direction between the opening and the cosmetic holding member,
the cosmetic material holding member has a holding portion that fits between the plurality of protruding portions and holds the stick-shaped cosmetic material,
The holding portion is inserted into a region defined by an inner surface of the front tube located between a pair of the second recesses arranged along the circumferential direction, the pair of the protrusions, and the first recess.
A stick-shaped cosmetic container. the opening of the front tube has a protrusion that fits between the plurality of protruding portions,
The shape of the protrusion when viewed from the radially outer side of the front tube is an acute angle that tapers toward the front.
The stick-shaped cosmetic container according to claim 1. the opening of the front tube has a plurality of recesses that expose the protruding portion of the stick-shaped cosmetic material and are recessed rearward;
