Description
ポリアミドブロックを含み、ポリエーテルブロックを含むコポリマーを用意して、これを粉砕すること、及び、
コポリマーを流動剤と接触させること、
を含む調整方法に関する。
本発明は、ポリアミド(PA)ブロックを含み、ポリエーテル(PE)ブロックを含むコポリマー、又は「PEBA」コポリマーを使用する。
1)ジアミン鎖末端を含むポリアミドブロックと、ジカルボキシル鎖末端を含むポリオキシアルキレンブロックとの重縮合、
2)ジカルボキシル鎖末端を含むポリアミドブロックと、例えば、ポリエーテルジオールとして知られる脂肪族α,ω-ジヒドロキシル化ポリオキシアルキレンブロックのシアノエチル化及び水素化によって得られるジアミン鎖末端を含むポリオキシアルキレンブロックとの重縮合、
3)ジカルボキシル鎖末端を含むポリアミドブロックと、ポリエーテルジオールとの重縮合から生じ、得られる生成物は、この特定の場合には、ポリエーテルエステルアミドである。
-X個の炭素原子を有する直鎖脂肪族又は芳香族ジアミンの重縮合、
-Y個の炭素原子を有するジカルボン酸の重縮合、及び
-ラクタム及びZ個の炭素原子を有するα,ω-アミノカルボン酸、並びにX1個の炭素原子を有する少なくとも1つのジアミン及びY1個の炭素原子を有する少なくとも1つのジカルボン酸の等モル混合物から選択され、(X1、Y1)が(X、Y)とは異なる、コモノマー{Z}の重縮合によって調製され、
-前記コモノマー{Z}は、組み合わせたポリアミド前駆体モノマーに対して、有利には50%まで、好ましくは20%まで、より有利にはさらに10%までの範囲の重量割合で、

まず、本発明による方法は、上記のPEBAコポリマーを用意すること含む。ある特定の実施形態によれば、上記のような2つ以上のPEBAコポリマーの混合物を使用することが可能である。しかしながら、上述のように単一のPEBAコポリマーを使用することが好ましい。PEBAコポリマーは、例えば、顆粒の形態であり得る。あるいは、PEBAコポリマーは、例えば、250μmを超えるサイズDv50を有するフレーク又は粗粉末の形態であり得る。
-Dv10は、粒子の10%(体積基準)が閾値未満のサイズを有し、粒子の90%(体積基準)が閾値より大きいサイズを有する粒径の閾値に相当し、
-Dv50は、粒子の50%(体積基準)が閾値未満のサイズを有し、粒子の50%(体積基準)が閾値より大きいサイズを有する粒径の閾値に相当し、
-Dv90は、粒子の90%(体積基準)が閾値未満のサイズを有し、粒子の10%(体積基準)が閾値より大きいサイズを有する粒径の閾値に相当する。
本発明による組成物は、PEBAコポリマーの粒子及び流動剤の粒子を含む。
PEBA粉末は、上述のように、電磁放射線によってもたらされる焼結による三次元物品のレイヤバイレイヤ造形のためのプロセスに使用される。
この実施例では、21μmのサイズDv10、48μmのサイズDv50、及び100μmのサイズDv90を有する(フィラーを含まない)PEBAコポリマー(600g/molのPA11ブロック、1000g/molのPTMGブロック、重量比PA11/PTMG=0.6、Tm=135℃、0.8重量%の安定化添加剤を用いて配合)の粉末を、高速ミキサー内で、異なる重量含有量の以下の流動剤と共に混合した。
剤1:平均サイズ0.1~0.3μm未満、比表面積50m2/gの焼成シリカ、ジメチルジクロロシラン処理、Cabot Corporationによって販売されているTS610)
剤2:平均サイズ1μm未満、比表面積220m2/gの焼成シリカ(Cabot Corporationによって販売されているCT1221)
剤3:平均サイズ7~40nm、比表面積50m2/g超(BET)の焼成アルミナ(Evonikによって販売されているアルミナC)
この実施例では、42μmのサイズDv10、106μmのサイズDv50、及び178μmのサイズDv90(フィラーなし)を有するPEBA粉末(実施例1と同じ特性)を、高速ミキサー内で、異なる重量含有量の流動剤(Cabot Corporationによって販売されているTS610)と共に混合する。
本実施例では、PEBA粉末(実施例1と同じ特性)と、0.3重量%の流動剤(Cabot Corporationによって販売されているTS610)とを混合する。流動剤は、粉末を得るために、粉砕前にPEBA顆粒に添加される。得られた粉末のDv10は24μm、Dv50は73μm、Dv90は217μmであった(組成物A)。続いて、CFS 5 HD-Sセレクタ(Netzsch)を用い、2kg/hの流入流量で、Dv10が38μm、Dv50が88μm、Dv90が231μmの粉末が得られるように回転速度を設定することによって、選択を行った(組成物B)。
フィラーを含まないPEBA顆粒(850g/molのPA12ブロック、2000g/molのPTMGブロック、重量比PA12/PTMG=0.425、0.2重量%の安定化添加剤を用いて配合)を、Mikropul 2DHハンマーミルを用いて極低温条件下で粉砕する。粉砕後に得られるこの粉末組成物(C)は、サイズDv10が66μmであり、サイズDv50が157μmであり、サイズDv90が292μmである。
以下の粉末を試験する。
-EC1(比較):PA12粉末(EOSによって販売されているPEBA 2301 Primepart ST)
-EC2(比較):PA12ブロックのサイズが1068g/mol、PPGブロックのサイズが2000g/mol、PA12/PPG比が約0.53のPA12/PPG PEBA粉末
-EC3(比較):PA12ブロックのサイズが1500g/mol、PEGブロックのサイズが1500g/mol、PA12/PEG比が1のPA12/PEG PEBA粉末
-EC4(比較):PA12ブロックのサイズが1000g/mol、PTMGブロックのサイズが1000g/mol、PA12/PTMG比が1のPA12/PTMG PEBA粉末
-EC5(比較):PA11ブロックのサイズが1000g/mol、PTMGブロックのサイズが1000g/mol、PA11/PTMG比が1のPA11/PTMG PEBA粉末
-E1(発明):PA12ブロックのサイズが850g/mol、PTMGブロックのサイズが2000g/mol、PA12/PTMG比が0.43のPA12/PTMG PEBA粉末
-E2(発明):PA11ブロックのサイズが600g/mol、PTMGブロックのサイズが1000g/mol、PA11/PTMG比が0.6のPA11/PTMG PEBA粉末
-E3(発明):PA12ブロックのサイズが600g/mol、PTMGブロックのサイズが2000g/mol、PA12/PTMG比が0.3のPA12/PTMG PEBA粉末
-E4(発明):PA11ブロックのサイズが600g/mol、PTMGブロックのサイズが2000g/mol、PA11/PTMG比が0.3のPA11/PTMG PEBA粉末
42μmのサイズDv10、106μmのサイズDv50、及び178μmのサイズDv90を有し、充填剤を含まず、流動剤(Cabot Corporationによって販売されているTS610)が添加されたPEBA粉末(PA11ブロックのサイズが600g/mol、PTMGブロックのサイズが1000g/mol、PA11/PTMGブロックの重量比が0.6)を、焼結プロセスを受ける前に、EOS Formiga P100マシンを通過させることによって160μmでふるい分けする。標本は、103.5℃の造形温度で、350mJ/mm3のレーザエネルギーによって製造され、これにより、良好な精細度及び最適な機械的特性を得ることが可能になる。電磁放射線が触れていない床の粉末は、冷却後、再び160μmでふるいにかけられる。
実施例6のPEBA粉末を用いて、EOS Formiga P100マシン(造形温度103.5℃、レーザエネルギー350mJ/mm3)でレーザ焼結プロセスを実施する。引張試験を行うための1BA試験標本、及び常温及び-30℃でのシャルピー衝撃強度を測定するための試験標本(焼結後にノッチを付ける)を得る。
PEBA顆粒(実施例1と同じ特性)を粉末充填剤である20重量%のドロマイトと混合し、次いで、Mikropul 2DHハンマーミルで粉砕し、続いて粉末を160μmでふるい分けする。粉末のサイズDv10は33μm、サイズDv50は62μm、サイズDv90は111μmである。
Claims (19)
- ポリアミドブロックを含み、ポリエーテルブロックを含むコポリマーの粉末を含む組成物であって、コポリマーが0%~10重量%の含有量の粉末充填剤を有する粒子の形態であり、コポリマーが、0.7以下のポリエーテルブロックに対するポリアミドブロックの重量比を有し、ポリアミドブロックが、1000g/mol以下の数平均モル質量を有し;組成物が流動剤を0.3重量%以上の含有量で含む、組成物。
- ポリアミドブロックが、900g/mol以下の数平均モル質量を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- ポリエーテルブロックに対するポリアミドブロックの重量比が0.65以下である、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 流動剤が、2重量%以下の含有量で存在する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 流動剤が、シリカ、アルミナ、ガラス状リン酸塩、ガラス状ホウ酸塩、ガラス状酸化物、二酸化チタン、ケイ酸カルシウム、ケイ酸マグネシウム、タルク、マイカ、カオリン、アタパルジャイト、及びそれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 粉末の粒子が、30μm以上のサイズDv10を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 粉末の粒子が、250μm以下のサイズDv90を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 粉末の粒子が、80~150μmのサイズDv50を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- コポリマーが、20~75ショアDの瞬間硬度を示す、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- コポリマーのポリアミドブロックが、ポリアミド11、若しくはポリアミド12、若しくはポリアミド6、若しくはポリアミド1010、若しくはポリアミド1012、若しくはポリアミド610のブロックであり;かつ/又は、コポリマーのポリエーテルブロックが、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール、若しくはポリテトラヒドロフランのブロックである、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- コポリマーのポリアミドブロックが、ポリアミド11、若しくはポリアミド12、若しくはポリアミド1010、若しくはポリアミド1012のブロックであり;かつ/又はコポリマーのポリエーテルブロックが、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール、若しくはポリテトラヒドロフランのブロックである、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- ポリエーテルブロックが、400~3000g/molの数平均モル質量を有する、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の調製方法であって:
ポリアミドブロックを含み、ポリエーテルブロックを含むコポリマーを準備して、これを粉砕すること、及び、
コポリマーを流動剤と接触させること、
を含む方法。 - コポリマーを、粉砕の前に流動剤と接触させる、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 粉砕が-10℃以下の温度まで冷却された混合物に対して行われる、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
- コポリマーが顆粒の形態で準備される、請求項13から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 粉砕から生じる粒子がふるいにかけられ、ふるいのオーバーサイズが粉砕にリサイクルされる、請求項13から16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の、電磁放射線によってもたらされる組成物の焼結による三次元物品のレイヤバイレイヤ造形のための使用。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の組成物から、電磁放射線によってもたらされる焼結によるレイヤバイレイヤ造形によって製造された三次元物品。
