Description
図7に示されるように、対向壁410に対して下向きの荷重が作用した場合においても、対向壁410の変形を抑制できる程度にケース400の対向壁410及び側壁420の厚みを増大することや、対向壁410の上面に補強材500を設けることが考えられる。しかしながら、この例では、ケース400の大型化や、補強材500の設置スペースの確保が必要となる。
図8に示されるように、対向壁410と機器部品300との間の空間を確保するために、対向壁410及び機器部品300間の距離を増大することが考えられる。しかしながら、この例では、ケース400の大型化が不可避となる。
Claims (5)
- 取付け面を有する電池スタックと、
前記取付け面に固定されており、機器部品を保持可能な保持部材と、
前記保持部材に保持された前記機器部品と、
前記電池スタックに固定されており、前記機器部品を収容するケースと、を備え、
前記ケースは、前記機器部品と対向する対向壁を有し、
前記保持部材は、
前記取付け面に固定された一対の固定部と、
前記取付け面から離間した位置で前記機器部品を保持する保持部と、
前記一対の固定部及び前記保持部の双方と交差しており、かつ、前記固定部と前記保持部とを連結する一対の連結部と、を有し、
前記保持部材は、前記対向壁が前記機器部品に向かって膨出するように当該対向壁を変形させる荷重が前記対向壁に作用したときに、前記機器部品が前記対向壁から離間する向きに変位するように変形し、
前記一対の固定部は、
前記取付け面に固定された第1固定部と、
前記取付け面のうち前記第1固定部から離間した部位に固定された第2固定部と、を有し、
前記対向壁及び前記第2固定部間の距離は、前記対向壁及び前記第1固定部間の距離よりも大きく、
前記一対の連結部は、
前記第1固定部と前記保持部とを連結する第1連結部と、
前記第2固定部と前記保持部とを連結する第2連結部と、を有し、
前記保持部材は、前記対向壁に前記荷重が作用したときに、前記第1連結部と前記第1固定部とのなす角が前記対向壁に前記荷重が作用する前における前記第1連結部と前記第1固定部とのなす角よりも大きくなるとともに前記第1連結部と前記保持部とのなす角が前記対向壁に前記荷重が作用する前における前記第1連結部と前記保持部とのなす角よりも大きくなり、かつ、前記第2連結部と前記第2固定部とのなす角が前記対向壁に前記荷重が作用する前における前記第2連結部と前記第2固定部とのなす角よりも小さくなるとともに前記第2連結部と前記保持部とのなす角が前記対向壁に前記荷重が作用する前における前記第2連結部と前記保持部とのなす角よりも小さくなるように変形する、電池パック。 - 前記対向壁は、前記機器部品の上方に配置されており、
前記第1固定部及び前記第2固定部を結ぶ方向は、前記対向壁と交差している、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記第1固定部及び前記第2固定部を結ぶ方向と前記対向壁とのなす角は、鋭角である、請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記保持部材の曲げ剛性は、前記対向壁の曲げ剛性よりも小さい、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電池パック。
- 前記機器部品は、前記電池スタックの電圧及び温度を監視する監視ユニットを含む、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の電池パック。
