Claims (5)
- 溶接せずにチューブレス車両ホイールを製造する方法であって、
金属材料からなる外側端部101、中央領域102、及び内側端部103を備えるフープ100を提供することと、
前記フープ100の前記外側端部101をスピニングして、ディスク領域202を得ることと、
前記ディスク領域202のディスク端部203をスピニングして、予成形のこしき領域301を得ることと、
前記ディスク領域202を成形して、ディスク輪郭401及びこしき領域403を得て、前記フープ100の前記中央領域102及び前記内側端部103を成形して、直線的にリム輪郭402を得ることと、
前記直線的なリム輪郭402の外端部405をスピニング及び成形して、外側フランジ502aを得ることと、
前記直線的なリム輪郭402をスピニングして、予成形の内側フランジ602aを備える凹状のリム輪郭601aを得ることと、
前記凹状のリム輪郭601aをスピニングして、ビードシート701a及びウェル領域703aを得ることと、
前記予成形の内側フランジ602aを成形して、内側フランジ704aを得ることと、
前記ディスク輪郭401aに複数のベントホール801aを設け、前記ビードシート701aにバルブホール802aを設けることと、
を含み、
前記外側フランジ502a及び前記内側フランジ704aは、プレス成型プロセスを使用して得られること特徴とする方法。 - 複数のボルト孔404を前記こしき領域403に設けることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のボルト孔は、パンチングプロセスを使用して得られることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のベントホール801a及びバルブホール802aは、パンチングプロセスを使用して得られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ディスク輪郭401、前記こしき領域403、及び前記直線的なリム輪郭402は、フロー成形プロセスを使用して得られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
