最初に、本開示の実施形態の内容を列記して説明する。
本開示に係る光電気複合ケーブル及びその製造方法の具体例を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。本発明はこれらの例示に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。図面の説明においては同一要素には同一符号を付し、重複する説明を省略する。
ここで、図7を用いて、ケーブルユニット10の変形例について説明する。図7は、変形例に係るケーブルユニット10Aの断面図である。以下の説明では、図2を用いて前述した他の実施形態との相違点を主に説明し、共通する点については説明を省略する場合がある。

Claims (8)
- 複数の光ファイバ心線及び前記複数の光ファイバ心線の周囲に巻き回される樹脂テープを含む光ファイバ心線束と、前記光ファイバ心線束に更に撚り合わされた少なくとも1本の撚り対線とを有するケーブルユニットであって、前記ケーブルユニットの延在方向に沿って直線状に延びる抗張力繊維を内側に更に有する、ケーブルユニットと、
前記ケーブルユニットの周囲に配置される少なくとも1本のメタル線と、
前記ケーブルユニット及び前記メタル線を被覆する外被と、
を備える、光電気複合ケーブル。 - 前記ケーブルユニットは、前記外被の略中央に配置される、請求項1に記載の光電気複合ケーブル。
- 前記樹脂テープは、50μm以上で且つ500μm以下の厚みを有するポリエチレンテレフタレートから形成されている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の光電気複合ケーブル。
- 前記樹脂テープは、前記複数の光ファイバ心線の周囲を前記延在方向に沿って螺旋状に巻き回わされている、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の光電気複合ケーブル。
- 前記ケーブルユニットは、前記光ファイバ心線束及び前記撚り対線の周囲に更に巻き回されるテープを有する、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の光電気複合ケーブル。
- 前記テープは、金属材料と合成樹脂とを含む複合材料から形成されている、請求項5に記載の光電気複合ケーブル。
- 前記抗張力繊維は、前記複数の光ファイバ心線に隣接する領域、前記複数の光ファイバ心線と前記撚り対線との間の領域、及び、前記撚り対線を構成する線同士の間の領域の少なくとも1つの領域に配置される、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の光電気複合ケーブル。
- 複数の光ファイバ心線及び前記複数の光ファイバ心線の周囲に巻き回される樹脂テープを含む光ファイバ心線束と少なくとも1本の撚り対線とを撚り合わせると共に、前記光ファイバ心線束及び前記撚り対線と抗張力繊維とを束ねてケーブルユニットを形成する工程と、
前記ケーブルユニットの周囲に1本以上のメタル線を配置する工程と、
前記ケーブルユニット及び前記メタル線を被覆する外被を形成する工程と、
を備える、光電気複合ケーブルの製造方法。
