Description
Claims (14)
- 1つ以上の心電図誘導(lead)を算出するための携帯用心電図測定装置であって、
第1電極、第2電極及び1つ以上のプロセッサーを含むメイン測定部;及び
第3電極を含むサブ測定部;を含み、
前記プロセッサーは、少なくとも2つ以上の測定可能な状態にある電極から電気信号を受信して心電図を測定するが、
測定可能な状態にある電極の数や付着位置によって算出される心電図誘導の種類が異なるようにし、
前記第1電極及び前記第2電極は、前記メイン測定部の一面に位置し、前記サブ測定部は、前記一面の後面に付着する、
携帯用心電図測定装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記プロセッサーは、
前記電極から受信される電気信号の品質に基づき、各電極が測定可能な状態にあるか否かを判断する、
携帯用心電図測定装置。 - 請求項2において、
前記電気信号の品質に、
電気信号の強さ、電気信号の波形、電気信号の入力時間の間隔のうち、少なくとも1つが含まれる、
携帯用心電図測定装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記第3電極は、
乾式タイプの電極と湿式タイプの電極のうち少なくとも1つである、
携帯用心電図測定装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記携帯用心電図測定装置は1本以上のケーブルを、
さらに含み、
前記メイン測定部は、有線連結のための1つ以上の端子挿入部を含み、
前記ケーブルは、一端に有線連結のための端子を含むが、他の一端は、前記第3電極を含むサブ測定部と繋がる、
携帯用心電図測定装置。 - 請求項5において、
前記携帯用心電図測定装置は、
前記ケーブルを収納するための回転部;
をさらに含む、
携帯用心電図測定装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記メイン測定部と前記サブ測定部は、いずれも無線データ通信を行うためのネットワーク部を含み、
前記メイン測定部と前記サブ測定部は、無線でデータを送受信する、
携帯用心電図測定装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記メイン測定部の一側に、前記サブ測定部が、
磁力による結合、粘着力による結合、嵌合による結合のうち、少なくとも1つの方式により結合されることが可能である、
携帯用心電図測定装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記メイン測定部は、
前記サブ測定部を収納することのできる、
携帯用心電図測定装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記プロセッサーは、
前記第3電極を含むサブ測定部が、前記メイン測定部に収納されている場合、前記第3電極が測定不可能な状態にあると判断する、
携帯用心電図測定装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記プロセッサーは、
前記心電図を測定している途中で、前記測定可能な状態にある電極の数及び付着位置が変化した場合、前記変化後の測定可能な状態にある電極の数及び付着位置に基づき、心電図誘導の種類を変えて改めて算出しなおす、
携帯用心電図測定装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記測定可能な状態にある電極の数が2つの場合、
前記プロセッサーが算出する前記心電図誘導は、
2つの電極が付着されている位置が:
左手(LA)と右手(RA)の場合に誘導I;
左足(LL)と右手(RA)の場合に誘導II;
左足(LL)と左手(LA)の場合に誘導III;
であることを特徴とする、
携帯用心電図測定装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記プロセッサーが算出する前記心電図誘導は、
測定可能な状態にある電極の数が3つの場合、
誘導I、誘導II、誘導III、誘導aVR、誘導aVL又は誘導aVFのうち少なくとも1つを含む、
携帯用心電図測定装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記携帯用心電図測定装置は出力部をさらに含み、
前記出力部は、
各電極の電気信号測定に係る情報、プロセッサーの心電図測定方式に係る情報、ユーザーへの通知に係る情報のうち、少なくとも1つを出力する、
携帯用心電図測定装置。
