以下、図1から図4を参照して、本発明による排気ガス処理装置の第1実施形態について説明する。

Claims (9)
- 排気ガスに含まれている排出規制ガスを処理液に接触させて排出規制ガスを吸収除去する気液反応器と、
前記気液反応器に前記処理液を供給する処理液供給タンクと、
前記排出規制ガスを吸収した処理液である廃処理液を、排出規制ガスを吸収していない処理液として再生し、再生された処理液を前記処理液供給タンクに供給する気液分離処理液再生ユニットと、を含み、
前記気液分離処理液再生ユニットは、気体は通過するが、液体は通過しない気液分離膜を含み、気液分離膜が、廃処理液が流動する液体流動路と、排出規制ガスが流動する気体流動路とを区画し、
廃処理液に吸収された排出規制ガスは、前記液体流動路を流動しながら気液分離膜を通過し、低い排出規制ガス分圧が形成されている気体流動路に移動することで、排出規制ガスと処理液に分離され、
前記気液反応器は、排気ガス排出装置に連結されるハウジングと、前記ハウジングを流動する排気ガスに処理液を噴射する処理液噴射ユニットと、を含む、排気ガス処理装置。 - 前記気液反応器に連結された廃処理液配水管が前記液体流動路の一側に連結され、前記液体流動路の他側は、処理液回収管により前記処理液供給タンクに連結される、請求項1に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
- 前記廃処理液配水管には、廃処理液に含まれる排出規制ガスを除いた汚染物質を濾過する濾過処理ユニットが備えられる、請求項2に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
- 前記気体流動路の一側に、真空ポンプが備えられたガス回収管が連結され、前記気体流動路に低い排出規制ガス分圧が形成されるようにする、請求項1に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
- 前記気体流動路の他側に、流量調節弁が備えられた空気流入管が連結され、気体流動路に形成される排出規制ガス分圧を調節する、請求項1に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
- 前記気液分離膜は、前記気体流動路または前記液体流動路が形成された中空糸膜である、請求項1に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
- 前記処理液噴射ユニットは、前記処理液供給タンクに連結され、前記ハウジングの一面を貫通して前記ハウジングの内部に備えられる処理液流動管と、前記ハウジングの内部に備えられた前記処理液流動管の部分に備えられる処理液噴射ノズルと、を含む、請求項1に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
- 前記処理液供給タンクに貯蔵された処理液を冷却するように、前記処理液供給タンクには熱交換器が連結される、請求項1に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
- 前記排出規制ガスは硫黄酸化物または二酸化炭素であり、前記処理液は海水またはアルカリ水溶液である、請求項1に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
