Description
本実施形態における電子部品搭載用基板1は、第1面11aを有する金属基体11と、第2面21aを有し、第2面21aに、枠状の第1金属層22を有する絶縁基板21と、第1面11aと第1金属層22とを接合する接合材31と、を備えている。接合材31は、平面透視で、第1金属層22を含み、かつ、第1金属層22に囲まれた領域に位置している。平面透視で、第2面21aの第1金属層22に囲まれた領域に第2金属層23が位置している。絶縁基板21の第2面21aと対向する面には、配線層24が位置している。図1A~図5において、上方向とは、仮想のz軸の正方向のことをいう。なお、以下の説明における上下の区別は便宜的なものであり、実際に電子部品搭載用基板1等が使用される際の上下を限定するものではない。
次に、第2の実施形態による電子部品搭載用基板1について、図7~図8Bを参照しつつ説明する。

Claims (4)
- 第1面を有する金属基体と、
第2面を有し、該第2面に、枠状の第1金属層を有する絶縁基板と、
前記第1面と前記第1金属層とを接合する接合材と、
を備え、
前記接合材は、平面透視で、前記第1金属層を含み、かつ、前記第1金属層に囲まれた領域に位置しており、
前記絶縁基板は、前記第2面の正面視における前記第1金属層の内側に位置する第2金属層を有し、
前記第1金属層と前記第2金属層との間に前記接合材が位置しており、
前記接合材は、前記第1金属層に囲まれた領域において、平面透視において、前記第1金属層と前記第2金属層とを除く領域においては、前記第2面に接合しておらず、
前記接合材は、縦断面視において、前記第1金属層に囲まれた領域における高さは、前記第1金属層または前記第2金属層と接合する領域における高さよりも高くなっている、電子部品搭載用基板。 - 前記第2金属層は、前記正面視において前記第1金属層と離れている、請求項1に記載の電子部品搭載用基板。
- 前記第2金属層の一部は、前記正面視において前記第1金属層と繋がっている、請求項1に記載の電子部品搭載用基板。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の電子部品搭載用基板と、
該電子部品搭載用基板に搭載された電子部品と、を有している電子装置。
