Claims (12)
- 回路基板、および
前記回路基板上に設けられる複数の発光ユニットを備え、
前記複数の発光ユニットの少なくとも一つは、
300nmから470nmの範囲内のピーク波長を有する第1発光ダイオード;
前記第1発光ダイオードよりも短い波長を有する第2発光ダイオード;及び
前記第1発光ダイオードを覆い、前記第1発光ダイオードから放出された光の波長を変換するための波長変換機を含み、
前記波長変換機は、前記光の一部を、細胞内のミトコンドリアによって吸収され、前記ミトコンドリアがより多くのATPを生成して代謝を増進する赤色光または近赤外線に変換する波長変換物質を含み、
前記複数の発光ユニットは、白色光を放出すると共に、ビタミンDの生成に適した光及びを容易にし、細胞活性物質の生成に適した光を放出し、
前記赤色光または前記近赤外線の照度は、570W/m 2 未満である、照明装置。 - 前記波長変換機は、前記第1発光ダイオードによって生成する前記光の一部を長波長の可視光に変換し、
前記第1発光ダイオードによって生成され、外部に放出される前記光の照度は、前記波長変換物質によって波長変換された光の照度よりも低い、請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 前記発光ユニットは、互いに同じ或いは異なる色温度の白色光を具現する、請求項2に記載の照明装置。
- 前記波長変換機は、青色蛍光体、緑色蛍光体及び赤色蛍光体を含む、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第2発光ダイオードは、291nm~301nmの範囲内のピーク波長を有する紫外線を放出する、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第2発光ダイオードは、前記波長変換機から離隔される、請求項5に記載の照明装置。
- 前記細胞活性物質は、ミトコンドリア内のシトクロムcオキシダーゼ活性によって生成された一酸化窒素である、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記波長変換機は、685nm~705nm、790nm~840nm、又は875nm~935nmの範囲内のピーク波長の光に波長を変換する波長変換物質を含む、請求項7に記載の照明装置。
- 第3発光ダイオードをさらに含み、
前記第3発光ダイオードは、685nm~705nm、790nm~840nm、又は875nm~935nmの範囲内のピーク波長の光を放出する、請求項7に記載の照明装置。 - 前記685nm~705nm、790nm~840nm、又は875nm~935nmの範囲内のピーク波長の光を有する波長変換物質から放出された光の放射照度は、570W/m2以下である、請求項9に記載の照明装置。
- 病原性微生物の殺菌に適した光を放出する第4発光ダイオードをさらに含み、
前記第4発光ダイオードは、前記波長変換機から離隔される、請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 前記第4発光ダイオードは、400nm~420nmの範囲内のピーク波長を有する、請求項11に記載の照明装置。
