Description
Claims (2)
- 夫々の高圧タンクの頭と尻に開口が設けられている複数の高圧タンクが連結されたタンクユニットの製造方法であり、
複数の高圧タンクを連結するのに先立って夫々の前記高圧タンクに対して前記尻の前記開口をプラグで封止し、前記頭の前記開口から液体を注入して耐圧検査を行う検査工程と、
前記耐圧検査に合格した複数の前記高圧タンクにガス流路を連結する連結工程と、
を備えており、
前記連結工程では、
前記プラグを外して夫々の前記高圧タンクの内側を乾燥させた後に前記尻の前記開口にエンドキャップを取り付け、
複数の前記高圧タンクの前記エンドキャップを尻側連結具に嵌めて複数の前記高圧タンクを連結する、
タンクユニットの製造方法。 - 前記連結工程は、複数の前記高圧タンクの頭を頭側連結具で連結することを含んでおり、
前記尻側連結具と前記頭側連結具を包含する最小直方体の中に全ての前記高圧タンクが含まれる、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
