前記バスバーの少なくとも一部分が挿入されるように構成された挿入空間が形成され、前記電極リードを押し付けるように構成された溶接治具を前記溶接治具の押圧方向とは反対方向に支持するように構成された治具支持部を備えるバスバーフレームと、を含む。
前記溶接治具の押圧方向とは反対方向に前記溶接治具を支持するように構成された治具延長部をさらに備え得る。
前記治具支持部が挿入される凹んだ空間が形成されたフレーム挿入部をさらに備え得る。
一部分が外部方向に突出し、突出した一部分に、前記電極リードの端部が貫通するように構成された貫通スリットが形成され得る。

Claims (10)
- 電極リードを備える複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルのそれぞれに設けられた前記電極リードと接合するように構成されたリード接合部を備えるバスバーと、
前記バスバーの少なくとも一部分が挿入されるように構成された挿入空間が形成され、前記電極リードを押し付けるように構成された溶接治具を前記溶接治具の押圧方向とは反対方向に支持するように構成された治具支持部を備えるバスバーフレームと、
を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バスバーは、
前記溶接治具の押圧方向とは反対方向に前記溶接治具を支持するように構成された治具延長部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バスバーは、
前記治具支持部が挿入される凹んだ空間が形成されたフレーム挿入部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バスバーは、
