健康増進シールの構造的特徴
図1(a)、(b)は本発明のシールの平面図及び正面図、図2は全体の分解斜視図である。
このシールAは、イオン化傾向の異なる複数種別の金属板を、同一輪郭にして層状に貼り合わせた簡単な構造である。
複数種別の金属板としては、例えばアルミ板10と銅板20とステンレス板30との3種類で構成してもよいし、アルミ板10と銅板20との2種類としてもよい。
金属板はこれらに限定されず、人体等に無害なものであれば適宜使用できる。
また、金属板の厚みは特に制限されないが、例えば数百ミクロン程度でよい。貼り合わせは接着剤等で行えばよく、その際に電気的に導通するものが好ましい。
アルミ板10、銅板20、ステンレス板30については、それぞれの粘着剤付金属テープが市販されているので、これらを使用すれば簡単かつ安価に製造できる。
複数種別の金属板は、イオン化傾向に基づいた順序で貼り合わせられている。
例えば、アルミ板10、銅板20、ステンレス板30の場合は、イオン化傾向はアルミ>銅>ステンレスになっているので、その順序で貼り合わせればよく、この場合は、銅板20が真ん中に位置する。
シールAの寸法、形状は、幅及び長さを1~2センチ程度とし、少なくとも対向する2頂点の角度がいずれも略120度の六角形とするとよい。このような寸法、サイズは使い勝手がよく、また実験においても良好な結果が得られている。

The plurality of types of metal plates are bonded together in an order based on their ionization tendency.
For example, in the case of the aluminum plate 10, the copper plate 20, and the stainless steel plate 30, the ionization tendency is aluminum>copper>stainless steel, so it is sufficient to attach them in that order, and in this case, the copper plate 20 is located in the middle.
The size and shape of the seal A is preferably a hexagon with a width and length of about 1 to 2 cm, and at least two opposing vertices each having an angle of about 120 degrees. Such dimensions and sizes are convenient to use, and good results have been obtained in experiments.

健康増進シールの動植物細胞に対する効果
本発明者によれば、次のような様々な効果を確認している。
食品等の対象物に、シールAを貼付けると(対象物に直接又はラップ等越しに接触させる)、対象物の酸化(腐敗)が抑制された。シールAの貼付には医療用テープを用いるとよい。
図3(a)~(d)はそのような酸化抑制効果の実験例を示す写真である。この実験では、カットした2つのリンゴ果実を用い、その一方の果実は図3(a)に示すようにラップに包み更にシールAを貼付けた状態、他方の果実は図3(b)に示すようにラップに包んだだけで両者の時間変化を観察比較した。
10日経過後、前者のリンゴ果実は黒く変色しているもののカビの発生はわずかであったのに対して、後者のリンゴ果実は黒く変色しかつカビの発生も顕著であった。
この実験から、シールAによる酸化抑制効果が確認できた。

After 10 days, the former apple fruit had turned black but had only slight mold growth, whereas the latter apple fruit had turned black and had significant mold growth.
From this experiment, the oxidation suppressing effect of Seal A was confirmed.

シールAを、水を入れた容器の外表面に貼付し、その水を対象植物に吸収させて育成させることで、野菜等、植物の成長効果が確認できた。
図4(a)、(b)はそのような植物の成長促進効果の実験例を示す写真である。
この実験では、豆苗の株を2つに分けて、その一方の豆苗には前記のように、シールAが外表面に貼り付けられた容器に水道水を入れて時間経過させたあとの水を与えて育成し、他方には水道水をそのまま与えて育成して、両者の成長具合を観察比較した。
6日経過後、前者の豆苗は背が高く葉も多く付けているのに対して、後者の豆苗は背も低く葉も少なかった。
この実験から、シールAによって前記のような成長促進効果が確認できた。
シールAを用いて生成された水は時間経過後も濁ったり、異臭、ヌメリ等を生じることがなく、植物による吸収量もずっと多かった。また、シールAを水に沈めて所定時間経過させたあとの水を用いた場合も同様の効果が得られた。

From this experiment, it was confirmed that Seal A had the above-mentioned growth promoting effect.
The water produced using Seal A did not become cloudy, have strange odor, slime, etc. even after a period of time had passed, and the amount absorbed by plants was much higher. A similar effect was also obtained when water was used after Seal A was submerged in water for a predetermined period of time.

また対象植物を、シールAが近傍に配置された状態で育成しても、植物の成長が促進された。具体的には、シールAを植物の近傍に埋めてもよく、植物の茎等に貼り付けてもよい。
図5(a)、(b)はそのような植物の成長促進効果の実験例を示す写真である。
この実験では、2つのチューリップの苗を用い、一方のチューリップ苗の根近傍にシールAを埋め、他方のチューリップ苗は小型効能器具Aを埋めず、両者の成長具体を観察比較した。
7日経過後、前者のチューリップ苗は葉の先端側が幅広く力強い印象なのに対して、後者のチューリップ苗は葉の先端側が幅広いということはなく力強い印象もなかった。
この実験から、シールAによって前記のような成長促進効果が確認できた。

また人体の適所にシールAを貼り付けて生活させることで、健康増進が促進される。
図6(a)、(b)はそのような実験例を示す写真である。この実験では、外科手術による皮膚縫合部位にシールAを貼付けて時間経過を観察した。
貼付け部位は、「 ( )及び「 ) 」マークで示している。
シールAを貼付ける前の段階では、図6(a)に示すように縫合部位の下側に内出血跡が目立ち患者もその部分に違和感を訴えていたが、21日経過後には内出血跡が縮小し患者もその部分の違和感を訴えなくなった。
この実験から、シールAによる健康増進、回復の促進作用が確認できた。
更に、シールAを構成する銅板20を銀箔あるいは金箔で包んだ場合は人体に対して低刺激性になって、同様な効果があることも他の実験によって確かめられた。

Furthermore, it has been confirmed through other experiments that when the copper plate 20 constituting Seal A is wrapped with silver foil or gold foil, it becomes less irritating to the human body and has a similar effect.

以上説明したように、本発明シールAは様々な効果を発揮することが前記のような実験を繰り返すことによって確認できた。また、これらの実験に再現性もあるが、作用原理は現時点では明確になっていない。
しかしながら、本発明者らが敢えて推論すると、シールAを構成する銅板20による抗菌作用、また複数種別の金属板を貼り合わせることで形成される電池による微弱電流の刺激作用、対象物に貼り付けることによる電位レベルの調節作用、静電気の空中放電作用(形状が特定の六角形の場合に強い効果が確認された)等の複数の作用が複合的に加わったものであると推測している。
