Claims (12)
- ベース基材とセンサシートとを備え、
前記ベース基材は、天面部と側面部とを有する立体形状であり、その表面はタッチ操作を行う操作面を形成しており、
前記センサシートは、センサ電極を有するセンサ本体部と、前記センサ電極に導通する配線を有しており前記ベース基材に対して突出して伸長するテール部とを有し、前記センサ本体部の表面は、前記ベース基材の裏面に積層して固着するセンサにおいて、 前記ベース基材は、前記天面部と反対側の前記側面部の下端において前記センサ本体部と固着しない離間部を有し、 前記センサ本体部は、前記離間部と対向する位置に、前記離間部と固着しないテール支持部を有し、
前記テール部は、前記テール支持部での屈曲を介して、前記ベース基材の前記裏面側に折り曲げられて前記側面部から突出して伸長し、又は、前記テール支持部での屈曲を介して、前記側面部の底面内縁から前記側面部の厚み方向に折り曲げられて前記側面部の側方に突出して伸長することを特徴とするセンサ。 - 前記ベース基材は、前記センサ本体部と固着する接合面部を有し、
前記離間部は、前記接合面部に対して凹ませてなる凹部である
請求項1記載のセンサ。 - 前記離間部は、前記テール支持部と前記ベース基材との間に介在する耐熱性樹脂部材である
請求項1記載のセンサ。 - 前記センサシートの前記離間部に対向する部位に前記テール部の外縁に沿う2つの切り込みを有する

前記センサシートは、センサ電極を有するセンサ本体部と、前記センサ電極に導通する配線を有しており前記ベース基材に対して突出して伸長するテール部とを有し、前記センサ本体部の表面は、前記ベース基材の裏面に積層して固着するものであり、
前記センサシートに樹脂材でなる前記ベース基材を一体成形するセンサの製造方法において、
前記センサ本体部は、前記ベース基材に対して固着せず、前記テール部を屈曲可能に支持するテール支持部を有するものであり、前記テール支持部に前記樹脂材と固着しないマスキング部を設け、
前記マスキング部を覆うように前記ベース基材を一体成形し、
前記テール支持部を屈曲することで前記ベース基材に対して前記テール部を曲げることを特徴とするセンサの製造方法。 - 前記マスキング部が、耐熱性テープである
請求項8記載のセンサの製造方法。 - 前記ベース基材の一体成形後に前記耐熱性テープを剥離して除去する
請求項9記載のセンサの製造方法。 - 前記マスキング部が、耐熱性塗料でなる塗層である
