Claims (14)
- 本体100と、
前記本体100内の流体用の開口部110と、を備え、前記開口部110は円筒形である、
ニップル用のカップリングであって、
前記開口部110に配置されたホルダー130であって、前記ニップルを前記カップリングにロックするための複数のロック要素140を保持し、かつ、前記ホルダー130および前記複数のロック要素140は分離している、ホルダー130と、
前記開口部110内に前記ホルダー130を維持する維持要素150であって、前記複数のロック要素140に係合する、維持要素150と、をさらに備え、
前記維持要素150が、前記複数のロック要素140に係合するためのロック要素の溝152を備えることを特徴とする、カップリング。 - 各ロック要素140が、前記ニップルの軸方向に平行な2つの側面148を有し、各側面は、前記ホルダー130によって支持されている、請求項1に記載のカップリング。
- 前記ホルダー130が、前記カップリングの軸方向に延在する複数の延在部134を備え、各延在部134は前記カップリングの軸方向に平行な2つの側面を有し、各側面は各々、ロック要素140の側面と接触している、請求項1または2に記載のカップリング。
- 前記ホルダー130が、各ロック要素140を内向きに付勢する分離した弾性要素132を備える、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のカップリング。
- 各ロック要素140が、分離した要素であり、一方の丸い端部142および溝146を有する反対側の端部144を備えた実質的な長方形である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のカップリング。
- 前記ホルダー130が、肩部126と前記維持要素150との間に配置され、前記肩部126は前記開口部110および第2の開口部120によって形成されている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のカップリング。
- 封止要素160が、前記ニップルに対して封止するために、前記本体100上、および/または前記ホルダー130上に配置されている、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のカップリング。
- 前記ホルダー130が、止め具128と前記維持要素150との間に配置され、前記止め具128は前記開口部110に配置されている、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のカップリング。
- 前記ホルダー130がプラスチックで作製される、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のカップリング。
- 前記ホルダー130が、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、または9つのロック要素140を保持する、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のカップリング。
- プッシュ-プル式のカップリング、またはクリック接続式のカップリングである、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のカップリング。
- 前記維持要素150が、ねじ山114で前記本体100に係合する、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のカップリング。
- 前記ホルダー130、前記複数のロック要素140、および前記維持要素150が、1つの円筒形ケージ300として一体的に形成され、前記ケージ300は前記維持要素150として複数の外向きに突出する突起を有する、請求項1に記載のカップリング。
- 請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載のカップリングの組み立て方法であって、
ロック手段140を備えたホルダー130を本体100に挿入するステップと、
維持手段150を備えた本体100にホルダー130を維持するステップと、を含む、方法。
