Description
(a)前記隔離板の水透過率が10-4g/(day・m2・Pa)/3mm以下であること、
(b)前記隔離板の厚みは、10~40μmであること、及び
(c)前記イオン絶縁層の材料の融点が165℃以上であることのうちの少なくとも一つの特徴を有する。
側の電池セルを分割する機能を有する。
両側全体が封止層を覆う場合、イオン絶縁層は封止層とともにイオン絶縁の機能を果たす。
(a)前記隔離板の水透過率が10-4g/(day・m2・Pa)/3mm以下であること、
(b)前記隔離板の厚みが10~40μmであること、
(c)前記封止層の材料の融点が120~160℃であること、及び
(d)前記イオン絶縁層の材料の融点が165℃以上であることのうちの少なくとも一つの特徴を有する。
測定方法:
一定の厚み(例えば60μm)の膜を調製し、それをクランプ機構に配置し、エッジをゴムの大きな圧力で押す。装置の片側Aに固定温湿度の環境を作り、他側Bに水蒸気質量分析検出プローブを設置し、両側のガス交換は膜のみで行う。測定過程はまず膜を固定し、キャビティBを真空引きし、内部の水蒸気を排出する。その後、質量分析計をオンにし、該質量分析計は、キャビティAから浸透した水蒸気を連続的に受け取り、電気信号出力に変換する。上記した測定を24h又はそれ以上継続し、該期間内の水の浸透総量mを得て、浸透総量mを時間、水蒸气分圧、浸透面積、膜の厚みで割ると水蒸気透過率(単位g/(day・m2・Pa)/3mm)を得ることができる。
電気化学装置を常温で30分間静置し、0.05Cの充電レートで電圧が4.4V(定格電圧)になるまで定電流で充電し、続いて0.05Cの放電レートで電気化学装置を3.0Vまで放電し、上記した充電/放電ステップを3サイクル繰り返して電気化学装置の化成を完了する。電気化学装置の化成が完了した後、0.1Cの充電レートで電圧が4.4Vになるまで定電流で充電し、続いて0.1Cの放電レートで電気化学装置を3.0Vまで放電し、その放電容量を記録し、続いてその0.1C放電時のエネルギー密度を計算する。

隔離板と外装とを封止した後、平坦部を取り、幅8mmのサンプルに裁断する。サンプルの一端の隔離板を引張計でクランプし、他端を引張計の他のクランプでクランプし、20mm/minの引張速度で両側へ引っ張り、隔離板と封止テープが完全に分離するまで行い、記録過程におけるピーク値は即ち引張力値である。
電池セルを1.0Cの電流で4.45Vまで定電流充電し、次に電流が0.05Cになるまで定電圧充電し、充電を停止し、次に1時間静置して電池セルを取り外し、電池セル初期厚みT1を測定する。該電池セルを65℃_90%RH環境に7日間貯蔵し、その厚みT2を測定し、且つ貯蔵初期の厚みと比べてその厚が増加し、増加率は(T2-T1)/T1*100%である。
リチウムイオン電池を0.5Cの電流で6.0V(直列電池)まで放電し、5分間静置した後、リチウムイオン電池を0.5Cの定電流で7.6Vまで充電し、次に7.6Vの定電圧で電流が0.05Cになるまで充電し、25℃±3℃の環境下で2日間静置し、そのときの電圧OCV1を測定し記録する。次に、リチウムイオン電池を25℃±3℃の環境下に2日間放置し続け、そのときの電圧OCV2を測定して記録し、以下の式によりK値を得る。

測定温度は25℃であり、一つの温度プローブが電池セルの中央に粘着され、電池セル本体の温度を監視し、且つ電池セルの表面に発泡綿が包まれ、電池セルと接触物との間の熱交換を弱める。測定過程は以下のとおりである。0.2Cの定電流で6V(直列電池セルが6Vである)又は3V(比較例における単一電池セルが3Vであり、以下同じ)まで放電し、次に0.5Cの定電流で8.4V又は4.2Vまで充電し、0.2Cで8.9V又は4.45Vまで充電し、電池セルの中心温度が常温25℃に下がるまで120分間静置する。同じ電力15Wで放電し、電池セル本体の放電過程の温度上昇を監視する。
(1)負極片の調製:負極活性材料である人造黒鉛、導電性カーボンブラック(Super P)、スチレンブタジエンゴム(SBR)を重量比96:1.5:2.5で混合し、溶媒として脱イオン水を入れ、固形分含有量が70wt%であるスラリーに調製し、均一に撹拌した。スラリーを厚み10μmの負極集電体である銅箔の片面に均一に塗布し、110℃の条件で乾燥して、コーティング厚み150μmの片面に負極活性材料層が塗布された負極片を得た。当該負極片の他方の面に上記ステップを繰り返し、両面に負極活性材料層が塗布された負極片を得た。その後、以下のステップに使用するように負極片を41mm×61mmのサイズに裁断した。
イオン絶縁層がTi金属箔であり、イオン絶縁層の厚みが10μmであった以外は実施例1と同様にした。
イオン絶縁層がSUS金属箔であり、イオン絶縁層の厚みが10μmであった以外は実施例1と同様にした。
イオン絶縁層がポリイミド(PI)膜であり、イオン絶縁層の厚みが10μmであった以外は実施例1と同様にした。
隔離板の厚みが6μmであり、イオン絶縁層がTi金属箔であり、イオン絶縁層の厚みが6μmであり、イオン絶縁層の周縁に厚みが10μm、幅が2mmである封止層が設けられ、封止層は、材料がPPであり、融点が140℃であった以外は実施例1と同様にした。
隔離板の厚みが100μmであり、イオン絶縁層の厚みが80μmであり、両側の封止層の厚みがそれぞれ10μmであった以外は実施例1と同様にした。
隔離板の厚みが15μmであり、イオン絶縁層の厚みが15μmであり、イオン絶縁層の周縁に厚みが10μm、幅が2mmである封止層が設けられ、封止層は、材料がPPであり、融点が140℃であった以外は実施例1と同様にした。
調製ステップ(1)~(3)は実施例1と同様にした。
調製ステップ(1)~(3)は実施例1と同様にした。
イオン絶縁層がTi金属箔であり、イオン絶縁層の厚みが10μmであり、両側の封止層は融点が140℃であるPPを選択し、両側の封止層の厚みがそれぞれ10μmであった以外は実施例8と同様にした。
イオン絶縁層がTi金属箔であり、イオン絶縁層の厚みが10μmであり、両側の封止層は融点が140℃であるPPを選択し、両側の封止層の厚みがそれぞれ10μmであった以外は実施例9と同様にした。
封止層は融点が130℃である酸無水物変性PPを選択し、隔離板の水蒸気透過率が8×10-5g/(day・m2・Pa)/3mmであった以外は実施例1と同様にした。
密封領域の厚みが0.1mmであり、密封領域の幅が2mmであった以外は実施例1と同様にした。
密封領域の厚みが0.05mmであり、密封領域の幅が2mmであった以外は実施例1と同様にした。
調製ステップ(1)~(4)は実施例1と同様にした。
隔離板A及び隔離板Bが実施例2と同様であった以外、実施例15と同様にした。
イオン絶縁層は炭素膜であり、イオン絶縁層の厚みが20μmであり、イオン絶縁層の周縁に厚みが10μm、幅が2mmである封止層が設けられ、封止層は、材料がPPであり、融点が140℃であった以外は実施例1と同様にした。
イオン絶縁層はグラフェン膜であり、イオン絶縁層の厚みが20μmであり、イオン絶縁層の周縁に厚みが10μm、幅が2mmである封止層が設けられ、封止層は、材料がPPであり、融点が140℃であった以外は実施例1と同様にした。
封止層は融点が120℃であるポリフェニレンエーテルを選択し、隔離板の水蒸気透過率が2.5×10-4g/(day・m2・Pa)/3mmであった以外は実施例1と同様にした。
(1)負極片の調製:負極片を41mm×550mmのサイズに裁断した以外は実施例1と同様にした。
密封領域中の高分子シール領域の厚みが20μmであり、密封領域の幅が2mmであった以外は実施例1と同様にした。
調製ステップ(1)~(3)は実施例1と同様にした。
調製ステップ(1)~(4)は比較例1と同様にした。
調製ステップ(1)~(4)は比較例1と同様にした。
調製ステップ(1)~(4)は比較例1と同様にした。
調製ステップ(1)~(3)は比較例1と同様にした。
密封領域中の高分子シール領域の厚みが120μmであり、密封領域の幅が2mmであった以外は実施例1と同様にした。
密封領域中の高分子シール領域の厚みが16μmであり、密封領域の幅が2mmであった以外は実施例1と同様にした。
密封領域中の高分子シール領域の厚みが40μmであり、密封領域の幅が5mmであった以外は実施例1と同様にした。
隔離板の水透過率が1.7×10-2g/(day・m2・Pa)/3mmであった以外は実施例1と同様にした。
Claims (10)
- 隔離板を含む電気化学装置であって、前記隔離板が外装と密封接続され、前記隔離板の両側にそれぞれ独立したキャビティが形成され、各キャビティ内に電極アセンブリと電解液が封入され、隣接するキャビティ内の電極アセンブリはタブによって直列接続され、前記隔離板がイオン絶縁層を含み、
前記隔離板の水透過率が10-3g/(day・m2・Pa)/3mm以下であり、前記隔離板と前記外装とが密封されたシール厚みT及びシール幅Wが0.01≦T/W≦0.05を満たす、電気化学装置。 - 前記イオン絶縁層の材料は、高分子材料、金属材料及び炭素材料のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の電気化学装置。
- 前記高分子材料は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリイミド、ポリアミド、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリアミドイミド、ポリカーボネート、環状ポリオレフィン、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリビニルアセテート、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリメチレンナフタレン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリプロピレンカーボネート、ポリ(フッ化ビニリデン-ヘキサフルオロプロピレン)、ポリ(フッ化ビニリデン-コ-クロロトリフルオロエチレン)、シリコーン、ビニロン、ポリプロピレン、酸無水物変性ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン-エチルアクリレート共重合体、エチレン-アクリル酸共重合体、エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリスチレン、ポリエーテルニトリル、ポリウレタン、ポリフェニレンエーテル、ポリエステル、ポリスルホン、非晶性α-オレフィン共重合体及びその誘導体のうちの少なくとも一つを含み、
前記金属材料は、Ni、Ti、Cu、Ag、Au、Pt、Fe、Co、Cr、W、Mo、Al、Mg、K、Na、Ca、Sr、Ba、Si、Ge、Sb、Pb、In、Zn、ステンレス鋼及びその組成物や合金のうちの少なくとも一つを含み、
前記炭素材料は、カーボンフェルト、炭素膜、カーボンブラック、アセチレンブラック、フラーレン、導電性グラファイトフィルム、及びグラフェン膜のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項2に記載の電気化学装置。 - 前記隔離板はさらに封止層を含み、前記封止層は前記イオン絶縁層の表面の周縁部又はその全面に設けられ、前記封止層の材料の融点が120~160℃である、請求項1に記載の電気化学装置。
- 前記封止層は、ポリプロピレン、酸無水物変性ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン-エチルアクリレート共重合体、エチレン-アクリル酸共重合体、エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリスチレン、ポリエーテルニトリル、ポリウレタン、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、非晶性α-オレフィン共重合体及びその誘導体のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項4に記載の電気化学装置。
- 前記隔離板の厚みは、6~100μmである、請求項1に記載の電気化学装置。
- 前記イオン絶縁層は、単層または多層構造である、請求項1に記載の電気化学装置。
- (a)前記隔離板の水透過率が10-4g/(day・m2・Pa)/3mm以下であること、
(b)前記隔離板の厚みが10~40μmであること、及び
(c)前記イオン絶縁層の材料の融点が165℃以上であることのうちの少なくとも一つの特徴を有する、請求項1に記載の電気化学装置。 - 前記電極アセンブリの構造は、巻回構造又は積層構造を含む、請求項1に記載の電気化学装置。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の前記電気化学装置を含む電子装置。
