Claims (6)
- 冷却ユニットであって、
複数の冷却フィンを有する被冷却部材と、
前記被冷却部材に固定されており、排出口を有するダクトと、
を有し、
前記ダクトと前記被冷却部材に囲まれた空間によって複数の前記冷却フィンの周囲に気体を流すとともに複数の前記冷却フィンを通過した前記気体を前記排出口から排出する冷却流路が構成されており、
前記冷却流路が、複数の前記冷却フィンと前記排出口の間に屈曲部を有し、
前記ダクトが、前記屈曲部の外周側の隔壁を構成する外側コーナー部と、前記外側コーナー部を貫通する水抜き孔と、を有している、
冷却ユニット。 - 前記屈曲部の上流側の前記冷却流路では下側に向かって前記気体が流れ、
前記屈曲部の下流側の前記冷却流路では上側に向かって前記気体が流れる、
請求項1の冷却ユニット。 - 前記水抜き孔が、前記冷却流路から下向きに伸びている、請求項2の冷却ユニット。
- 前記屈曲部が、線状に伸びる谷部を有し、
前記谷部が、前記水抜き孔に向かって下がるように傾斜している、
請求項2または3の冷却ユニット。 - 前記屈曲部において、前記気体の流れの向きが90°以上変化する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項の冷却ユニット。
- 前記水抜き孔の面積が、前記排出口の面積の1/100以下である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項の冷却ユニット。
