Description
a)該非晶質シリカ-アルミナ担体材料と、該Al含有かつSi不含のバインダー(Si <0.1質量%)と、該ニッケル源の少なくとも一部と、任意に該アルカリ金属源又はアルカリ土類金属源とを混合し;かつこうして製造された混合物を粒状化する工程;
a1)工程a)において製造された粒状物を、ニッケル源の少なくとも一部及び/又はアルカリ金属源又はアルカリ土類金属源で処理する工程、ただし、該ニッケル源の全部及び/又は該アルカリ金属源又はアルカリ土類金属源が、既に工程a)において該非晶質シリカ-アルミナ担体材料及び該Al含有かつSi不含のバインダーと混合されていないものとする、
ここで、工程a)又はa1)後の全バッチ(任意に使用される全ての溶剤を含めた全組成)中の該非晶質シリカ-アルミナ担体材料の割合は、20~50質量%であり、該全バッチ中の該Al含有かつSi不含のバインダーの割合は5~30質量%であり、該全バッチ中の未溶解の形態の該アルカリ金属源又はアルカリ土類金属源の割合は0.01~2.5質量%であり、かつ該全バッチ中の該ニッケル源の割合は30~50質量%である;及び
b)該粒状物を乾燥させ、かつ焼成して、該オリゴマー化触媒を製造する工程。
c)バーンオフ;及び
d)該オリゴマー化触媒の活性な表面構造の修復。
インテンシブミキサーの混合容器中へ、バインダー(ベーマイトと1質量%硝酸溶液とからなる溶液、15~17質量%のアルミニウム含量)と、ニッケル源(ニッケルペースト、湿らせた炭酸ニッケル、40~42質量%のニッケル含量)と、非晶質シリカ-アルミナ(SiO2 77.2質量%、Al2O3 12.2質量%、残部:水、アンモニア、痕跡量のさらなる酸化物、22μmの平均粒度、320m2/gの比表面積)とを入れる。
触媒1bを、触媒1aについて記載された方法に類似して製造したが、その際に、炭酸ナトリウムではなく、触媒1aのために使用された炭酸ナトリウムとほぼ等モル量の炭酸リチウム(蒸留水中に溶解した炭酸リチウム、ニッケル:リチウムの比 約1:0.07)を添加した点で相違する。
触媒1cを、触媒1aについて記載された方法に類似して製造したが、その際に、炭酸ナトリウムではなく、触媒1aのために使用された炭酸ナトリウムとほぼ等モル量の炭酸カリウム(蒸留水中に溶解した炭酸カリウム、ニッケル:カリウムの比 約1:0.07)を添加した点で相違する。
触媒1dを、触媒1aについて記載された方法に類似して製造したが、その際に炭酸ナトリウム、すなわちアルカリ金属化合物又はアルカリ土類金属化合物を添加しなかった点で相違する。
実験系列1(触媒1a及び1dの比較):
実験系列1において、該触媒のそれぞれ約4.5gを、微分-循環型反応器中へ充填し、かつオリゴマー化を、フィード材料1(第1表参照)を使用して、30barの反応圧及び100℃の反応温度で実施した。実験系列1のために、触媒1gあたりブテン7.5g/hの負荷量を使用した。
該触媒約12gを、6mmの内径を有する金属管内へ充填した。該触媒の前後に、2mmの直径を有するガラスビーズを入れ、これらは予熱段階もしくは冷却段階として利用される。該オリゴマー化を、異なる2つのフィード流2及び3を使用して、30bar及び触媒1gあたりブテン7.5g/hの負荷量で実施し、ここでその反応温度は100℃であった。
1. 酸化ニッケルと、Al含有かつSi不含のバインダー(Si 0.1質量%未満)と、シリカ-アルミナ担体材料と、アルカリ金属酸化物又はアルカリ土類金属酸化物とを含む、オリゴマー化触媒であって、前記触媒が、15~40質量%、好ましくは15~30質量%のNiO、10~30質量%、好ましくは12~30質量%のAl2O3、55~70質量%のSiO2及び0.01~2.5質量%、好ましくは0.05~2質量%のアルカリ金属酸化物又はアルカリ土類金属酸化物の組成を有し、かつ前記オリゴマー化触媒が、1:0.1~1:0.001の範囲内のニッケルイオン:アルカリ金属/アルカリ土類金属イオンのモル比を特徴とし、かつ二酸化チタン及び二酸化ジルコニウムを本質的に含まない、前記オリゴマー化触媒。
2. 1:2:0.1~1:0.01:0.001の範囲内のニッケルイオン:アルミニウムイオン:アルカリ金属/アルカリ土類金属イオンのモル比を有する、実施態様1に記載のオリゴマー化触媒。
3. アルカリ金属酸化物又はアルカリ土類金属酸化物として、リチウム、ナトリウム、カリウム、マグネシウム、カルシウムの酸化物又はそれらの混合物が存在する、実施態様1又は2に記載のオリゴマー化触媒。
4. 前記オリゴマー化触媒が、窒素物理吸着によって測定される、150~400m2/gのBET比表面積を有する、実施態様1から3までのいずれかに記載のオリゴマー化触媒。
5. 実施態様1から4までのいずれかに記載のオリゴマー化触媒を製造する方法であって、少なくとも以下の工程:
a)前記非晶質シリカ-アルミナ担体材料と、前記Al含有かつSi不含のバインダー(Si 0.1質量%未満)と、前記ニッケル源の少なくとも一部と、任意に前記アルカリ金属源又はアルカリ土類金属源の少なくとも一部とを混合し、こうして製造された混合物を粒状化する工程;
a1)工程a)において製造された粒状物を、ニッケル源の少なくとも一部及び/又はアルカリ金属源又はアルカリ土類金属源の少なくとも一部で処理する工程、ただし、全部の前記ニッケル源及び/又は前記アルカリ金属源又はアルカリ土類金属源が、既に工程a)において前記非晶質シリカ-アルミナ担体材料及び前記Al含有かつSi不含のバインダーと混合されていないものとする、
ここで、工程a)又はa1)後の全バッチ(任意に使用される全ての溶剤を含めた全組成)中の前記非晶質シリカ-アルミナ担体材料の割合は20~50質量%であり、前記全バッチ中の前記Al含有かつSi不含のバインダーの割合は5~30質量%であり、前記全バッチ中の未溶解の形態の前記アルカリ金属源又はアルカリ土類金属源の割合は0.01~2.5質量%であり、かつ前記全バッチ中の該ニッケル源の割合は30~50質量%である;及び
b)前記粒状物を乾燥及び焼成して、前記オリゴマー化触媒を製造する工程
を含む、前記方法。
6. Al含有かつSi不含のバインダーとして、工程a)において酸化物系アルミニウム材料、好ましくは酸化アルミニウム、水酸化アルミニウム又は酸化水酸化アルミニウムを使用する、実施態様5に記載の方法。
7. 非晶質シリカ-アルミナ担体材料として、非晶質アルミノケイ酸塩を使用する、実施態様5又は6に記載の方法。
8. 工程b)における焼成を400℃~800℃の温度で実施する、実施態様5から7までのいずれかに記載の方法。
9. 前記オリゴマー化触媒が、15~40質量%、好ましくは15~30質量%のNiO、10~30質量%のAl2O3、55~70質量%のSiO2及び0.01~2.5質量%、好ましくは0.05~2質量%のアルカリ金属酸化物又はアルカリ土類金属酸化物の最終組成を有する、実施態様5から8までのいずれかに記載の方法。
10. C3-~C6-オレフィンをオリゴマー化する方法であって、C3-~C6-オレフィンを含有するオレフィン含有装入混合物を、反応帯域中でオリゴマー化触媒と接触させ、ここで、オリゴマー化触媒として、実施態様1から4までのいずれかに記載の触媒を使用する、前記オリゴマー化する方法。
11. C3-~C5-オレフィンをオリゴマー化し、かつ前記オレフィン含有装入混合物がC3-~C5-オレフィンを含有する、実施態様10に記載のオリゴマー化する方法。
12. C4-オレフィンをオリゴマー化し、かつ前記オレフィン含有装入混合物がC4-オレフィンを含有する、実施態様10に記載のオリゴマー化する方法。
13. 前記オレフィン含有装入混合物が、分岐状オレフィン2質量%未満を含有する、実施態様10から12までのいずれかに記載のオリゴマー化する方法。
14. 前記オリゴマー化を液相中で行う、実施態様10から13までのいずれかに記載のオリゴマー化する方法。
15. 前記オリゴマー化を、10~70barの圧力及び50~200℃の温度で実施するが、ただし、前記オリゴマー化を液相中で実施する場合には、パラメーターである圧力及び温度を、その出発物質流が液相で存在するように選択する、実施態様10から14までのいずれかに記載のオリゴマー化する方法。
Claims (15)
- 酸化ニッケルと、Al含有かつSi不含のバインダー(Si 0.1質量%未満)と、シリカ-アルミナ担体材料と、アルカリ金属酸化物又はアルカリ土類金属酸化物とを含む、オリゴマー化触媒であって、前記触媒が、15~40質量%、好ましくは15~30質量%のNiO、10~30質量%、好ましくは12~30質量%のAl2O3、55~70質量%のSiO2及び0.01~2.5質量%、好ましくは0.05~2質量%のアルカリ金属酸化物又はアルカリ土類金属酸化物の組成を有し、かつ前記オリゴマー化触媒が、1:0.1~1:0.001の範囲内のニッケルイオン:アルカリ金属/アルカリ土類金属イオンのモル比を特徴とし、かつ二酸化チタン及び二酸化ジルコニウムを本質的に含まない、前記オリゴマー化触媒。
- 1:2:0.1~1:0.01:0.001の範囲内のニッケルイオン:アルミニウムイオン:アルカリ金属/アルカリ土類金属イオンのモル比を有する、請求項1に記載のオリゴマー化触媒。
- アルカリ金属酸化物又はアルカリ土類金属酸化物として、リチウム、ナトリウム、カリウム、マグネシウム、カルシウムの酸化物又はそれらの混合物が存在する、請求項1又は2に記載のオリゴマー化触媒。
- 前記オリゴマー化触媒が、窒素物理吸着によって測定される、150~400m2/gのBET比表面積を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のオリゴマー化触媒。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のオリゴマー化触媒を製造する方法であって、少なくとも以下の工程:
a)非晶質シリカ-アルミナ担体材料と、前記Al含有かつSi不含のバインダー(Si 0.1質量%未満)と、ニッケル源の少なくとも一部と、任意にアルカリ金属源又はアルカリ土類金属源の少なくとも一部とを混合し、こうして製造された混合物を粒状化する工程;
a1)工程a)において製造された粒状物を、ニッケル源の少なくとも一部及び/又はアルカリ金属源又はアルカリ土類金属源の少なくとも一部で処理する工程、ただし、全部の前記ニッケル源及び/又は前記アルカリ金属源又はアルカリ土類金属源が、既に工程a)において前記非晶質シリカ-アルミナ担体材料及び前記Al含有かつSi不含のバインダーと混合されていないものとする、
ここで、工程a)又はa1)後の全バッチ(任意に使用される全ての溶剤を含めた全組成)中の前記非晶質シリカ-アルミナ担体材料の割合は20~50質量%であり、前記全バッチ中の前記Al含有かつSi不含のバインダーの割合は5~30質量%であり、前記全バッチ中の未溶解の形態の前記アルカリ金属源又はアルカリ土類金属源の割合は0.01~2.5質量%であり、かつ前記全バッチ中の該ニッケル源の割合は30~50質量%である;及び
b)前記粒状物を乾燥及び焼成して、前記オリゴマー化触媒を製造する工程
を含む、前記方法。 - Al含有かつSi不含のバインダーとして、工程a)において酸化物系アルミニウム材料、好ましくは酸化アルミニウム、水酸化アルミニウム又は酸化水酸化アルミニウムを使用する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 非晶質シリカ-アルミナ担体材料として、非晶質アルミノケイ酸塩を使用する、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 工程b)における焼成を400℃~800℃の温度で実施する、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記オリゴマー化触媒が、15~40質量%、好ましくは15~30質量%のNiO、10~30質量%のAl2O3、55~70質量%のSiO2及び0.01~2.5質量%、好ましくは0.05~2質量%のアルカリ金属酸化物又はアルカリ土類金属酸化物の最終組成を有する、請求項5から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- C3-~C6-オレフィンをオリゴマー化する方法であって、C3-~C6-オレフィンを含有するオレフィン含有装入混合物を、反応帯域中でオリゴマー化触媒と接触させ、ここで、オリゴマー化触媒として、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の触媒を使用する、前記オリゴマー化する方法。
- C3-~C5-オレフィンをオリゴマー化し、かつ前記オレフィン含有装入混合物がC3-~C5-オレフィンを含有する、請求項10に記載のオリゴマー化する方法。
- C4-オレフィンをオリゴマー化し、かつ前記オレフィン含有装入混合物がC4-オレフィンを含有する、請求項10に記載のオリゴマー化する方法。
- 前記オレフィン含有装入混合物が、分岐状オレフィン2質量%未満を含有する、請求項10から12までのいずれか1項に記載のオリゴマー化する方法。
- 前記オリゴマー化を液相中で行う、請求項10から13までのいずれか1項に記載のオリゴマー化する方法。
- 前記オリゴマー化を、10~70barの圧力及び50~200℃の温度で実施するが、ただし、前記オリゴマー化を液相中で実施する場合には、パラメーターである圧力及び温度を、その出発物質流が液相中に存在するように選択する、請求項10から14までのいずれか1項に記載のオリゴマー化する方法。
