原材料を供給し、常圧又は減圧下の不活性雰囲気下で前記原材料を加熱してガスを生成させる工程であって、前記原材料は、ケイ素単体粉末と二酸化ケイ素粉末の混合物及び一酸化ケイ素粉末のうちの少なくとも1種類、銅ソース、並びに選択可能に添加されたマンガンソースを含む工程と、
常圧又は減圧下の不活性雰囲気下でガスを冷却し、ガスを堆積させて、ケイ素酸素化合物を取得する工程と、
を含み、
前記ケイ素酸素化合物は、化学式がSiOxであり、0<x<2を満たし、前記ケイ素酸素化合物には、マンガン元素及び銅元素の両方が含有され、且つ、前記マンガン元素の含有量が20ppm~500ppmであり、前記マンガン元素と前記銅元素との質量比が1~18である。

ケイ素酸素化合物の調製
1)金属ケイ素1(ケイ素元素の含有量≧99.7%、マンガン元素の含有量が100ppm、アルミニウム元素の含有量≦1000ppm、鉄元素の含有量≦1000ppm、カルシウム元素の含有量≦100ppm)43.33g、金属ケイ素2(ケイ素元素の含有量≧98.5%、マンガン元素の含有量が1000ppm、アルミニウム元素の含有量≦5000ppm、鉄元素の含有量≦5000ppm、カルシウム元素の含有量≦3000ppm)6.67g、二酸化ケイ素粉末50g及び金属銅粉末0.012gを混合して、原材料の混合物を取得し、ここで、混合物中のマンガン元素の含有量が110ppmであり、混合物中の銅元素の含有量が120ppmである。原材料において、マンガン元素は、金属ケイ素1及び金属ケイ素2に由来し、マンガンソースは添加されていない。銅元素は、銅ソースの金属銅に由来する。
2)絶対圧が30Paのヘリウムガス雰囲気下で、1300℃の温度下で原材料を加熱してSiOxガスを生成させ、ガスには、20ppm含有量のマンガン元素及び20ppm含有量の銅元素が含有されている。
3)絶対圧が30Paのヘリウムガス雰囲気下で、850℃の温度下でガスを冷却して、ガスを堆積させ、堆積物に対して破砕処理を行って、ケイ素酸素化合物を取得する。

Claims (21)
- ケイ素酸素化合物であって、
前記ケイ素酸素化合物は、化学式がSiOxであり、0<x<2を満たし、
前記ケイ素酸素化合物には、マンガン元素及び銅元素の両方が含有され、且つ、前記マンガン元素の含有量が20ppm~500ppmであり、前記銅元素に対する前記マンガン元素の質量比が1~18であり、前記ケイ素酸素化合物の平均粒径D v 50は、4μm~15μmである、
ケイ素酸素化合物。 - 前記マンガン元素の含有量は、70ppm~400ppmである、
請求項1に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - 前記マンガン元素の含有量は、70ppm~295ppmである、
請求項2に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - 前記銅元素の含有量は、10ppm~100ppmである、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - 前記銅元素の含有量は、15ppm~75ppmである、
請求項4に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - 前記銅元素に対する前記マンガン元素の質量比は、3.9~16である、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - 前記銅元素に対する前記マンガン元素の質量比は、3.9~12.1である、
請求項6に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - 前記ケイ素酸素化合物は、X線回折分析において、回折角2θが19°~27°の位置に回折ピークを有し、且つ、前記回折ピークの半値幅が4°~12°である、
請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - 前記ケイ素酸素化合物は、ラマンスペクトル分析において、ラマンシフトが1300cm-1~1400cm-1及び1550cm-1~1650cm-1の位置にそれぞれ散乱ピークを有する、
請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - 前記ケイ素酸素化合物のDv50は、5μm~10μmである、
請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - 前記ケイ素酸素化合物の比表面積は、0.5m2/g~6m2/gである、
請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - 5トン(49KNに相当)の圧力下で測定された前記ケイ素酸素化合物の圧密度は、1.2g/cm3~1.7g/cm3である、
請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - 前記ケイ素酸素化合物の外面は、被覆層を有し、前記被覆層は、ポリマー、炭素材料、金属材料及び金属化合物のうちの1種類又は複数種類を含む、
請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - ケイ素酸素化合物の調製方法であって、
原材料を供給し、常圧又は減圧下の不活性雰囲気下で前記原材料を加熱してガスを生成させる工程であって、前記原材料は、ケイ素単体粉末と二酸化ケイ素粉末の混合物及び一酸化ケイ素粉末のうちの少なくとも1種類、銅ソース、並びに選択可能に添加されたマンガンソースを含む工程と、
常圧又は減圧下の不活性雰囲気下でガスを冷却し、ガスを堆積させて、ケイ素酸素化合物を取得する工程と、
を含み、
前記ケイ素酸素化合物は、化学式がSiOxであり、0<x<2を満たし、前記ケイ素酸素化合物には、マンガン元素及び銅元素の両方が含有され、且つ、前記マンガン元素の含有量が20ppm~500ppmであり、前記銅元素に対する前記マンガン元素の質量比が1~18であり、前記ケイ素酸素化合物の平均粒径D v 50は、4μm~15μmである、
調製方法。 - 前記堆積の温度は、300℃~750℃である、

- 請求項19に記載の電池モジュールを備える、電池パック。
- 請求項18に記載の二次電池、請求項19に記載の電池モジュール、又は、請求項20に記載の電池パックのうちの少なくとも1種類を備える、装置。
