Claims (3)
- 同一円周上に互いに離間して配置された複数の端子を有するベースと、
前記複数の端子の上に配置された複数の接点部を有する可動接点ブラシと、
前記複数の接点部を前記複数の端子に接触または離間させるカムを有し、前記ベースにおいて前記複数の端子と同心に設けられた軸部の軸心周りに回転可能に支持されたロータと、
前記ロータに設けられたギアに当接し、前記ベースの前記軸部の軸心に直交する方向に移動して前記ロータを回転させるアクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータに当接し、押し込み操作により前記アクチュエータを移動させ、ばね力により弾性復帰するボタンと、を備えた
ことを特徴とする押しボタンスイッチ。 - 前記アクチュエータによる前記ロータを回転させる機構は、
前記アクチュエータに対向配置された上側突起及び下側突起と、
前記ロータに上下2段に積層され、前記上側突起が当接する上段ギア及び前記下側突起が当接する下段ギアと、から構成されており、
前記上段ギアと前記下段ギアは、回転半径が異なり、かつ、ギア歯が回転方向において互いにずれた位置に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の押しボタンスイッチ。 - 前記ボタンを弾性復帰させる機構は、
前記ベースに設けられた傾斜面と、
前記アクチュエータにより圧縮されたコイルスプリングを収容し、その反発力で前記傾斜面に押し付けられたスプリングホルダと、から構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の押しボタンスイッチ。
