- 喫煙物品保持体組立品に用いられるセラミック発熱体であって、
発熱本体と、通電される発熱回路とを含み、
前記発熱本体は、柱状を呈しており、且つ前記発熱本体内には、複数の通気路が設けられており、前記発熱回路は、前記通気路を通過する空気を加熱するために、前記発熱本体に設けられており、
前記発熱本体は、円柱体であり、且つ前記通気路は、前記発熱本体の軸方向に沿って前記発熱本体の一端側から他端側に連続的に形成されており、前記発熱本体内に複数配置されており、
前記通気路の通孔は、円形孔又は多辺形孔であり、
前記通気路の通孔は、
前記発熱本体内に規則的に分布されており、
前記通孔の孔径は0.1~2mmで、隣接する二つの通孔の間の距離は0.1~0.5mmであり、
前記発熱回路は、厚膜回路の方式で前記発熱本体の外表面に印刷されている、
セラミック発熱体。 - 前記発熱本体の前記通気路は、毎秒約20mlの流量の空気が通過するように構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセラミック発熱体。 - 前記発熱本体は、アルミナセラミック、窒化アルミニウムセラミック、窒化ケイ素セラミック、炭化ケイ素セラミック、酸化ベリリウムセラミック又はジルコニアセラミックで作られる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のセラミック発熱体。 - 前記アルミナセラミック中のアルミナの含有量は、99%より大きい、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のセラミック発熱体。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のセラミック発熱体と、喫煙物品保持体組立品と、密封カバーとを含む非接触式電子タバコヒーターであって、
前記喫煙物品保持体組立品によって画定されたチャンバは、喫煙物品を放置するように構成されており、且つ前記喫煙物品保持体組立品は、前記喫煙物品を前記セラミック発熱体から隔てられており、
前記密封カバーは、前記セラミック発熱体と前記喫煙物品保持体組立品を内部に収納するように中空配置されており、
前記喫煙物品保持体組立品は、喫煙物品を放置するように構成されるチャンバを画定するセラミック管と、前記喫煙物品を前記セラミック発熱体から隔てられるために、前記セラミック管に相互接続され、且つ前記セラミック発熱体に隣接して配置されている遮蔽シートとを含み、
前記セラミック管は、それ自体が通電されずに前記セラミック発熱体が通電されて発熱されることにより昇温されることで、前記喫煙物品を予熱するために用いられる、
非接触式電子タバコヒーター。 - 前記遮蔽シートは、導流片であり、前記導流片は、前記セラミック管の一端開口部に位置されており、且つ前記セラミック管と共にコップ体に組み合わせており、前記導流片には、複数の導流孔が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の非接触式電子タバコヒーター。 - 前記遮蔽シートは、前記セラミック管の管壁に沿って中心に延びている段付き面として構成される、
