- 前記カートリッジが、発熱体を備えるヒーター組立品を備え、前記ヒーター組立品が前記カートリッジ本体に固定されている、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記ヒーター組立品が機械的インターロックによって前記カートリッジ本体に固定されている、請求項4に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記ヒーター組立品がヒーター組立品本体を備え、前記ヒーター組立品本体が前記発熱体の周りに成形されている、請求項4または請求項5に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記発熱体が流体透過性抵抗ヒーターである、請求項4~6のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記発熱体が、前記エアロゾル形成基体を加熱するように構成された磁気サセプタである、請求項4~6のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記エアロゾル形成基体が室温で液体またはゲルである、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジと、前記カートリッジに接続された本体とを備える手持ち式エアロゾル発生システムであって、前記本体が電源を備える、手持ち式エアロゾル発生システム。
- マウスピース部分を備え、前記マウスピース部分が、前記マウスピース部分と前記密封要素の間の相対的動きに際して、前記カートリッジの中の密封要素を貫通するように構成された貫通部材を備える、請求項10に記載の手持ち式エアロゾル発生システム。
- 請求項1~6、又は、8のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジと、前記カートリッジに接続された本体とを備える手持ち式エアロゾル発生システムであって、前記本体が電源を備える、手持ち式エアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記本体が、インダクタコイルと、振動電流を前記インダクタコイルに提供するように構成された発振回路とを備える、請求項12に記載の手持ち式エアロゾル発生システム。
- 手持ち式エアロゾル発生システム用のカートリッジを製造する方法であって、
外壁と外側本体内の内側気流管とを備えるカートリッジ本体を、射出成型可能ポリマーから成形する工程であって、前記内側気流管が前記外壁から間隔を置いていて、前記外壁および前記内側気流管が、前記外壁と内側気流管の間に延びる一つ以上のリブを通して互いに接続されていて、前記カートリッジ本体が前記内側気流管を密封する密封要素を備え、前記密封要素が前記内側気流管と一体的に成形されている、成形する工程と、
前記外壁と前記内側気流管の間のくぼみをエアロゾル形成基体で充填する工程と、
発熱体を備えるヒーター組立品を前記カートリッジ本体に固定して、前記くぼみの開放端を覆う工程と、を含む、方法。
