Description
R-CO-NR1-(CR’2)nCOOM
-浸透:アポプラスト(代謝活動のない一連の成分)による最初の動きである。このステップでは、グリホセートは極性化合物であり、相互作用してクチクラの無極性化合物のいくつかの層を通過する必要があるため、アジュバントが基本である。不適切なアジュバントを使用すると、アポプラスト、特にクチクラ内の極性が低い化合物でのグリホセートの移動が制限され得る。
-吸収:アポプラストからシンプラストへの通過である。これは浸透後に生じる。浸透がない場合には発生し得ない。
-師部転流:除草剤が根系を含む植物の全ての部分に到達するために不可欠である。
本発明の除草剤組成物は、カリウムおよびグリホセートMIPA塩に対するその濃度の完全なバランスで界面活性剤系を含む。
-一般式(I)で表されるアミンオキシドクラス、好ましくはアルキルジメチルアミンオキシド(両性界面活性剤)、好ましくはN,N-ジメチルドデシルアミンオキシド等に属する。
実験ユニットは、容量が1.7Lのプラスチック製容器で構成され、0.5kgの市販の基質で満たされ、約3gの種子が播種され、毎日灌漑された。出芽後、間引きを行い、それぞれの鉢に20本のbrachiaria草を維持した。
-製剤1(T1)-0.2~1.0の比率のグリホセートカリウム塩およびMIPA、ならびに錯化剤(ジエチレントリアミノ五酢酸ナトリウム)と組み合わせた界面活性剤系(ドデシルジメチルアミノオキシド+1,2-エタンジオール)を含む濃縮水性組成物からなる;
-製剤2(T2)-0.2~1.0の比率のグリホセートカリウム塩およびMIPA、ならびに錯化剤を加えない界面活性剤系(ドデシルジメチルアミノオキシドおよび1,2-エタンジオールおよびカルボキシメチル)を含む濃縮水性組成物からなる;
-製剤3(T3)-0.2~1.0の比率のグリホセートカリウム塩およびMIPA、ならびにグリホセートの薬剤吸収を促進する水を含むドデシルジメチルアミノオキシドおよび1,2-エタンジオール+エタノールアミンからなる界面活性剤系を含む濃縮水性組成物からなる;
-製剤4(T4)-1.1~2.0の比率のグリホセートカリウム塩およびMIPA、ならびに錯化剤(五ナトリウムジエチレントリアミン五酢酸)と組み合わせたドデシルジメチルアミノオキシドおよび1,2-エタンジオールの界面活性剤系を含む濃縮水性組成物からなる;
-製剤5(T5)-1.1~2.0の比率のグリホセートカリウム塩およびMIPA、ならびにドデシルジメチルアミノオキシドおよび1,2-エタンジオール+カルボキシメチルの界面活性剤系を含む濃縮水性組成物からなる;
-製剤6(T6)-1.1~2.0の比率のグリホセートカリウム塩およびMIPA、ならびにグリホセート吸収促進剤と組み合わせた界面活性剤の混合物を含む濃縮水性組成物からなる;
-Original Roundup(T7)-Original Roundup市場の市販の参照製品からなる;
-Roundup WG(T8)-Roundup WG市場の市販の参照製品からなる;
-グリホセート除草剤の適用なしの対照(T14)-グリホセートを含まない対照からなる。
a)外部含有量の決定:約3mLの洗浄溶液を、0.45μmの細孔を有するPVDF(Millex(登録商標)HV)メンブレンフィルタで濾過し、1.5mLの体積容量のクロマトグラフィーバイアルで調整した。
b)内部含有量の決定:洗浄および保存された植物性材料を、液体窒素中で手作業の浸軟によって粉砕し、72時間凍結乾燥に供した。化合物(グリホセートおよびシキミ酸)を抽出した後、10mLの酸性化水(pH2.5)を、それぞれ約0.2および0.1gの粉砕および乾燥した植物材料であるbrachiariaおよびfireplant草(Euphorbia heterophylla)に加えた。
上で示された結果によれば、Eleusine indicaおよびCommelina benghalensisの防除におけるグリホセートは、Original Roundup、Roundup WGおよび製剤1の両方の防除手段が非常に類似しており、未除草対照と差がないことが観察され得、これは、本発明の組成物から得られた製剤が、処理の観点から市場の市販製品との相関を示すことを示している。
Claims (14)
- 雑草の防除において高い効率を示し、環境および人間に対する毒性が低い高負荷除草剤組成物であって、該組成物は、
-グリホセート(酸当量として)の濃度が400~600g/Lである、製剤の総重量に対して20~35%(w/w)の濃度のグリホセートカリウム塩および20~35%(w/w)の濃度のモノイソプロピルアミン(MIPA)塩の混合物;
-製剤の総重量に対して2.0~5.0%(w/w)のN,N-ジメチルドデシルアミンオキシドおよび製剤の総重量に対して0.1~2.0%(w/w)のエチレングリコールを含む界面活性剤系;
-製剤の総重量に対して0.01~1.0%(w/w)のジエチレントリアミンペンタアセテートである錯化剤;
-溶媒;
-消泡剤;並びに
-任意に、追加の界面活性剤;
を含む、高負荷除草剤組成物。 - 前記消泡剤が、シリコーンおよびシロキサンからなる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記消泡剤が、ポリジメチルシロキサンからなり、前記組成物の総重量に対して0.2~0.4%の割合である、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 水溶液の形態で調製される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 雑草植物、特に草深い植物の葉における浸透および吸収が、植物中のシキミ酸の平均内部含有量を考慮して、21.82%~48.24%の値で与えられる、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物の適用から24時間後に雑草中に存在するシキミ酸の平均値が、107,213.50ng/g~126,631.60ng/gの範囲である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物の適用から24時間後に雑草中に存在するグリホセート内部含有量の平均値が、235.59ng/g~300.55ng/gの範囲である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 粉末または顆粒組成物で提供される、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物を調製するための方法であって、
(a)反応器/ホモジナイザタンクに溶媒の90%を加えるステップと;
(b)水酸化カリウム溶液を加え、グリホセート(酸として)をゆっくりと加え、温度を最高40℃に制御するステップと;
(c)イソプロピルアミンをゆっくりと加え、温度を最高40℃に制御し、反応が完了するまでpH4.8~5.5で攪拌するステップと;
(d)前記消泡剤、前記界面活性剤系および残りの溶媒を加え、完全に均質化するまで撹拌するステップと;
(e)生成物を梱包するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 20~25%w/wのグリホセートカリウム塩、25~35%w/wのグリホセートイソプロピルアミン塩、3.0~5.0%w/wのN,N-ジメチルドデシルアミンオキシド、0.5~2.0%w/wのエチレングリコール、0.01~1.0%w/wのジエチレントリアミン五酢酸ナトリウム塩、0.2~0.40%w/wのジメチルシロキサン、ならびに31.6~51.6%w/wの水を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物による除草製剤。
- 25~35%w/wのグリホセートカリウム塩、20~25%w/wのグリホセートイソプロピルアミン塩、3.0~5.0%m/mのN,N-ジメチルドデシルアミンオキシド、0.5~2.0%w/wのエチレングリコール、0.01~1.0%w/wのジエチレントリアミン五酢酸ナトリウム塩、0.2~0.40%w/wのジメチルシロキサン、ならびに31.6~51.6%w/wの水を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物による除草製剤。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の除草剤組成物の作物への適用を含む、作物において雑草を防除するための方法。
- a)請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の高負荷グリホセート組成物の除草有効量を、適切な容量の水で希釈するステップと、b)希釈された前記組成物を雑草の葉に適用するステップと、を含む、プランテーションにおける雑草の防除のための除草方法。
- 雑草種Poaceae科及びBrachiaria属に対して有効である、請求項13に記載の方法。
