Description
図1、図2に示すように、本発明の実施例1に係るエンジンとモータのアセンブリは、エンジン8とモータ9とを含み、エンジン8が燃料モードであり、モータ9として、発電機又はISGモータを用いてもよく、電動機を用いてもよい。
図3には、本発明の実施例2が示されており、本実施例において、実施例1に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリを含む車両駆動装置であって、主駆動モータ14をさらに含み、主駆動モータ14のタイプが電動機である車両駆動装置が提供されている。
Claims (9)
- エンジンとモータとを含み、前記エンジンの中にクランクシャフトが設けられており、モータとエンジンとを接続するフライホイール及びねじり振動ダンパーがなく、前記クランクシャフトは、本体、前記エンジンの外部に延びた延伸部及び前記本体と前記延伸部との間に設けられている移行部を備え、
前記延伸部が前記モータの回転軸を構成し、前記モータのロータが前記延伸部に取り付けられており、
前記エンジンが前記モータに隣接して設けられ、前記モータにハウジングが設けられ、前記ハウジングの左端がエンジンのシリンダブロックに直接に取り付けられ、固定面及びシール面を形成し、前記モータには、右エンドカバーがさらに設けられており、前記モータのハウジングが右エンドカバーと一体に形成されており、
前記エンジンと前記モータとが隣接する位置には、前記エンジンと前記モータを双方向でシールするダブルオイルシール構造が設けられており、
前記エンジンのシリンダブロックには、前記ダブルオイルシール構造を取り付けるためのシール溝が設けられており、前記ダブルオイルシール構造が前記移行部と前記シリンダブロックの前記シール溝との間の隙間をシールする
ことを特徴とするエンジンとモータのアセンブリ。 - 前記モータのハウジングは、前記エンジンのシリンダブロックと接続する端にフランジが設けられており、ボルトによって前記エンジンのシリンダブロックと接続され、接続箇所には、シール構造が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリ。 - 前記モータの右エンドカバーには、前記モータの回転軸を支持する補助軸受を取り付けるための軸受座が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリ。 - 前記モータが、永久磁石モータ、誘導モータ、ハイブリッド励磁モータ、又はスイッチドリラクタンスモータのいずれかである
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリ。 - 前記モータの冷却方式が、油冷、水冷又は空冷のいずれかであり、前記モータのロータと回転軸とが、スプラインを介して接続固定されるか、又は、締まりばめによって接続固定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリ。 - 前記モータのハウジング内に油路又は水路が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリ。 - 車両駆動装置であって、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のエンジンとモータのアセンブリを含み、
前記車両駆動装置が減速機をさらに含み、前記モータの回転軸が前記減速機に接続され、前記減速機が車両伝動軸に接続される
ことを特徴とする車両駆動装置。 - 前記車両駆動装置が主駆動モータをさらに含み、前記主駆動モータの回転軸も前記減速機に接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の車両駆動装置。 - 前記主駆動モータの回転軸が前記モータの回転軸と同軸に設けられており、前記主駆動モータの回転軸と前記モータの回転軸との間にクラッチが設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の車両駆動装置。
