Description
・エアオイル潤滑における潤滑油の給排油の不適(油量過小、過多、排気不良)
・軸受内部に封入された潤滑グリースの劣化
・軸受転がり部へのクーラントまたは水の浸入、あるいは異物の侵入
・過大な予圧、つまり転がり部の接触面圧の増大による油膜切れ
上記による軸受の過度の昇温を防止すべく、軸受に隣接した間座に潤滑給油ポンプと非接触式の温度センサを内蔵し、温度センサによる軸受潤滑部の温度測定値に応じて、潤滑給油ポンプにて軸受内部に潤滑油を給油する技術が特開2017-26078号公報(特許文献1)に開示されている。
本開示は、他の局面によれば、回転体を支持する軸受に隣接して配置される間座に関する。軸受は、内輪、外輪、転動体、保持器を含む。間座は、軸受に生じる内輪と外輪の温度差に応じて発電量が変化するペルチェ素子を含む発電装置と、発電装置の発電量に基づいて軸受の異常検知を行なう異常検知装置とを備える。
図1は、本実施の形態の軸受装置の回転軸に沿った断面における断面図である。図2は、図1のII-II断面における断面図である。
実施の形態2では、回転体500の回転速度を考慮して異常検知を行なう例を説明する。
以上の説明では、ペルチェ素子を含む発電装置を間座に配置した例を示したが、軸受の発熱源に近い他の場所に配置しても良い。
Claims (6)
- 内輪、外輪、転動体を含む軸受によって回転体を支持する軸受装置であって、
前記軸受に生じる前記内輪と前記外輪の温度差に応じて発電量が変化するペルチェ素子を含む発電装置と、
前記発電装置で発電された電力を蓄電する蓄電装置と、
前記軸受の異常検知を行なう異常検知装置とを備え、
前記異常検知装置は、前記蓄電装置の蓄電量を時間微分した値に対して、判定しきい値を用いて前記軸受の異常を判定し、
前記判定しきい値は、前記回転体の回転速度ごとに予め定められている、軸受装置。 - 前記蓄電装置の電力を用いる負荷回路と、
前記蓄電装置の電圧を受けて前記負荷回路に電源電圧を供給する電源装置とをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の軸受装置。 - 前記軸受に隣接して配置される間座をさらに備え、
前記間座は、
前記内輪に当接する内輪間座と、
前記外輪に当接する外輪間座とを含み、
前記発電装置は、前記外輪間座に配置される、請求項1に記載の軸受装置。 - 前記軸受装置は、工作機械の回転軸を支持するように構成される、請求項1または2に記載の軸受装置。
- 回転体を支持する軸受に隣接して配置される間座であって、
前記軸受は、内輪、外輪、転動体を含み、
前記間座は、
前記軸受に生じる前記内輪と前記外輪の温度差に応じて発電量が変化するペルチェ素子を含む発電装置と、
前記発電装置で発電された電力を蓄電する蓄電装置と、
前記軸受の異常検知を行なう異常検知装置とを備え、
前記異常検知装置は、前記蓄電装置の蓄電量を時間微分した値に対して、判定しきい値を用いて前記軸受の異常を判定し、
前記判定しきい値は、前記回転体の回転速度ごとに予め定められている、間座。 - 前記間座は、
前記内輪に当接する内輪間座と、
前記外輪に当接する外輪間座とをさらに備え、
前記発電装置は、前記外輪間座に配置される、請求項5に記載の間座。
