Claims (8)
- 電極組立体を収納することができる収納部を備えるケースと、
非接触方式で圧力を測定する圧力感知装置と、
を含み、
前記圧力感知装置は前記ケースを貫通して前記ケースの内部から外部に延びており、
前記圧力感知装置は、
前記ケースの内部に位置して圧力を測定する測定部と、
前記ケースの外部に位置して前記測定部と外部計測器を連結する連結端子と、
前記測定部と前記連結端子との間に位置し、前記ケースを密封するときに一緒に密封される貫通部と、
を含み、
前記貫通部の少なくとも一部は絶縁フィルムが除去された結合部を含み、
前記結合部は前記圧力感知装置の基板が位置しない部分に設けられ、
前記結合部の外面が銅を含む、パウチ型二次電池。 - 前記圧力感知装置は前記収納部に設けられる、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体は、正極、分離膜及び負極からなる積層体、前記積層体から突出して前記積層体を外部と電気的に連結するための一つ以上の電極タブ、及び前記電極タブと電気的に連結されて前記ケースの外部に突出する電極リードを含み、
前記電極タブによって形成された空間に前記圧力感知装置が設けられる、請求項2に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記ケースは前記収納部の内部で発生したガスを収容することができるガスポケットをさらに備え、前記圧力感知装置は前記ガスポケットに設けられる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記測定部は内部に流動体を備えて圧力を感知する、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池の上部及び下部を押圧するジグと、
前記パウチ型二次電池の内部から外部に突出する前記圧力感知装置と連結され、外部機器に前記圧力の情報を伝達する圧力伝達装置と、
を含む、圧力測定装置。 - 前記圧力伝達装置は前記外部機器に無線通信で圧力情報を伝達する、請求項6に記載の圧力測定装置。
- (S1)請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池の上部及び下部をジグで押圧する押圧段階と、
(S2)前記押圧されたパウチ型二次電池に装着された前記圧力感知装置が感知した情報を圧力伝達装置に伝達する段階と、
(S3)前記圧力伝達装置が外部機器に圧力情報を伝達する段階と、
を含む、圧力測定方法。
