Claims (34)
- 生物組織と熱的にインターフェースするためのワイヤレス電子デバイスであって、
可撓性基板と、
前記生物組織に熱入力を提供するように構成されている前記可撓性基板によって支持されている熱アクチュエータと、
前記生物組織の熱伝導率を決定するために温度を測定するように構成されている、前記可撓性基板によって支持されている温度センサと、
前記熱アクチュエータおよび前記温度センサと電子的に通信しているワイヤレス電子システムであって、外部コントローラとの双方向通信を行うように構成されているワイヤレス電子システムと、
第1および第2のアクティブ領域であって、各領域は、前記温度センサおよび前記熱アクチュエータとして働く導電線を備える、第1および第2のアクティブ領域と、
第1のコンタクトパッド、および前記第1のコンタクトパッドを前記第1のアクティブ領域に電気的に接続する第1の導電性リボンと、
第2のコンタクトパッド、および前記第2のコンタクトパッドを前記第2のアクティブ領域に電気的に接続する第2の導電性リボンと、
前記第1および第2のアクティブ領域を流体的に隔離する封緘層とを備え、
前記可撓性基板は、前記第1および第2のコンタクトパッドを支持し、
前記第1のアクティブ領域の大きさは、前記第2のアクティブ領域の大きさと異なる、ワイヤレス電子デバイス。 - 前記外部コントローラは、前記熱伝導率に基づき組織パラメータを決定するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 前記熱入力は、前記熱アクチュエータの温度上昇に対応している、請求項1に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 1日以上の期間にわたって前記生物組織と長期的にインターフェースするように構成されている、請求項1に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 10分以上の期間にわたって熱伝導率の周期的に連続する測定を提供するように構成されている、請求項4に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 前記生物組織は、皮膚を含み、前記ワイヤレス電子デバイスは、前記皮膚またはそこに配設される材料に形状適合性装着するように構成されている表皮電子デバイスである、請求項1に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 前記生物組織は、指または足指の爪に対応している、請求項1に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 前記ワイヤレス電子デバイスは、生きている動物の体内に埋め込むように構成され、前記生物組織は内臓または皮下組織を含む、請求項1に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 前記生物組織は、移植された臓器を含む、移植組織である、請求項1に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 前記熱伝導率は、組織水分補給、炎症状態、組織酸素化、組織灌流、血流、または組織治癒、組織損傷、もしくは組織健康のうちの1つまたは複数である組織パラメータを計算するために使用される、請求項1に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 前記組織パラメータは、日焼けパラメータに関連付けられている、請求項10に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 前記組織パラメータは、個別のユーザ向けに個人化される、請求項10に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 前記ワイヤレス電子デバイスは、保湿剤製品に接触するように構成され、前記温度センサは、保湿剤の含水量を決定するために前記保湿剤製品の温度変化を測定する、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 前記保湿剤製品は、皮膚表面に位置決めされる、請求項13に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 皮膚の水分補給の監視、評価、およびその治療のための個別のユーザによる個人化された使用のための請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- ベースラインの皮膚水分補給値を取得し、乾燥肌の悪化を示す前記ベースラインの皮膚水分補給値からの逸脱を決定する、請求項15に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 組織水分補給状態が低下していることをユーザに警告するための触覚フィードバック要素をさらに備える、請求項15に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。

- 皮膚科学的リスク状態を検出する際に使用するように構成されている、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 前記生物組織の温度変化は、炎症状態または浮腫を示す、請求項1に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 皮膚への早期日焼け損傷状態を検出するために使用される、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 前記アクチュエータおよび前記センサは、温度によって抵抗が変化する抵抗線を備える、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 前記センサは、前記アクチュエータに対応している、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 前記センサおよび前記アクチュエータは、温度の測定のために、温度によって抵抗が変化する電気抵抗線から形成され、前記電気抵抗線は、ジュール加熱によって前記生物組織に熱出力を送出する、請求項24に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 前記アクチュエータおよび前記センサは、異なる抵抗線から形成され、分離距離によって互いに分離される、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 複数の温度センサおよび/または複数の熱アクチュエータを備える、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 前記ワイヤレス電子システムは、前記外部コントローラから前記ワイヤレス電子デバイスに給電するように構成されている、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 前記ワイヤレス電子デバイスに少なくとも部分的に給電するための電池をさらに備える、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 前記熱伝導率は、最大深さ8mmまでの範囲の、前記生物組織の表面からの選択された深さで決定される、請求項1に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。

前記熱アクチュエータおよび前記温度センサと電子的に通信しているワイヤレス電子システムであって、外部コントローラとの双方向通信を行うように構成されているワイヤレス電子システムと、
第1および第2のアクティブ領域であって、各領域は、前記温度センサおよび前記熱アクチュエータとして働く導電線を備える、第1および第2のアクティブ領域と、
第1のコンタクトパッド、および前記第1のコンタクトパッドを前記第1のアクティブ領域に電気的に接続する第1の導電性リボンと、
第2のコンタクトパッド、および前記第2のコンタクトパッドを前記第2のアクティブ領域に電気的に接続する第2の導電性リボンと、
前記第1および第2のアクティブ領域を流体的に隔離する封緘層とを備え、
前記可撓性基板は、前記第1および第2のコンタクトパッドを支持し、
前記第1のアクティブ領域の大きさは、前記第2のアクティブ領域の大きさと異なり、
前記ワイヤレス電子デバイスは、爪表面に形状適合性装着するように構成され、組織パラメータは、爪甲の変化、爪母基の変化、下爪皮の変化、近位爪郭の変化、側方爪郭組成、または爪床の変化のうちの1つまたは複数から選択される爪床パラメータである、ワイヤレス電子デバイス。 - 前記熱入力は、爪の下にある爪床に供給される、請求項32に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
- 表皮層水分補給パラメータに対する低浸透深さ、血流パラメータに対する中間浸透深さ、感染パラメータに対する深部真皮および皮下脂肪組織に対する高浸透深さのうちの1つまたは複数から熱特性を測定するように選択される、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤレス電子デバイス。
