Description
前記スタックフレームに前記スタックが固定された状態で前記スタックフレームにおける前記スタックのセルの積層方向と直交する側面と接触するように配置され、予め設定されたスタックが損傷する衝突力が入力された場合に変形する脆弱部と、
前記車体の一部を成し、前記車体に衝突力が入力した場合に変形して前記脆弱部に接触する変形部と、
を備える。
このような構成により、脆弱部を目視すれば、スタックのセルの積層方向と直交する方向で当該スタックが損傷しているか否かを判定することができ、一般的な燃料電池車両に搭載されている、スタックに入力される衝突力を検出するための加速度センサや圧力センサを省略することができる。
そのため、燃料電池車両が剛体に衝突した際にスタックのセルの積層方向と直交する方向で当該スタックが損傷しているか否かを、目視により、安価に判定することができる。
このような構成により、脆弱部をスタックフレームと一体的に形成することができる。
このような構成により、脆弱部に衝突力が入力された際に当該脆弱部の先端を大きく変形させることができ、脆弱部の変形を目視し易くすることができる。
先ず、本実施の形態の燃料電池車両の基本構成を簡単に説明する。図1は、本実施の形態の燃料電池車両を模式的に示す図である。図2は、本実施の形態の燃料電池車両のフロントルームの内部を簡略化して示す平面図である。図3は、本実施の形態の燃料電池車両のスタック本体を簡略化して示す断面図である。
図10は、本実施の形態の燃料電池車両における脆弱部周辺を模式的に示す拡大図である。なお、図10では、スタックフレームと脆弱部との境界を二点鎖線で示している。実施の形態1では、スタックフレーム3の各々の側面3a及び側面3bのZ軸+側の部分から脆弱部17をスタックフレーム3の外方に向かって突出させているが、スタックフレーム3の各々の側面3a及び側面3bから突出させるZ軸方向の位置は限定されない。例えば、図10に示すように、スタックフレーム3の側面3a(3b)におけるZ軸方向の略中央から当該スタックフレーム3の外方に向かって突出させてもよい。
図11は、本実施の形態の燃料電池車両における脆弱部周辺を模式的に示す拡大図である。なお、図11では、スタックフレームと脆弱部との境界を二点鎖線で示している。実施の形態1の脆弱部17のYZ断面は、略矩形状であるが、脆弱部17のYZ断面形状は、限定されない。このとき、例えば、図11に示すように、脆弱部17のZ軸方向の高さ(厚さ)がスタックフレーム3の外方に向かうに従って薄くなるように、YZ断面が略三角形状であるとよい。

Claims (3)
- スタックがスタックフレームを介して車体に固定される燃料電池車両であって、
前記スタックフレームに前記スタックが固定された状態で前記スタックフレームにおける前記スタックのセルの積層方向と直交する側面と接触するように配置され、予め設定されたスタックが損傷する衝突力が入力された場合に変形し、目視によって前記スタックが損傷しているか否かを判定するための脆弱部と、
前記車体の一部を成し、前記車体に衝突力が入力した場合に変形して前記脆弱部に接触する変形部と、
を備え、
前記スタックが損傷する衝突力は、前記スタックのセルの積層方向で隣接するセル同士の摩擦力と、前記スタックにおける前記セルの積層体をスペーサが拘束する力と、に基づいて設定される、燃料電池車両。 - 前記脆弱部は、前記スタックフレームにおける前記スタックのセルの積層方向と直交する側面から突出する突起部である、請求項1に記載の燃料電池車両。
- 前記脆弱部の厚さは、前記スタックフレームの外方に向かうに従って薄くなる、請求項1又は2に記載の燃料電池車両。
