Description
液面が閉塞位置まで上がると、前記フローティング部が前記流路の出口を閉塞し、
液面が下がると、前記フローティング部が下がり、前記流路の出口が開放する。
前記弁芯ユニットが前記流路の第1端を閉鎖できない場合、前記流路の出口が前記制御構造により閉塞され得る。
Claims (13)
- 吐水弁構造であって、
前記吐水弁構造は、制御構造により開閉制御され、入り口と出口を有する流路を備え、前記制御構造が前記流路の出口を閉塞又は開放し、
前記吐水弁構造は、ハウジングと弁芯ユニットをさらに備え、前記ハウジング内に前記流路が形成されており、前記制御構造が前記弁芯ユニットを制御することによって、前記弁芯ユニットは開放位置と閉鎖位置の間で移動して、前記流路を開放又は閉塞し、
前記流路の前記出口の下側に貯水構造が設けられ、前記制御構造は、前記貯水構造内に設けられ、前記貯水構造内の液面に応じて上昇又は降下可能であるフローティング部を備え、
前記流路の出口に吐水構造が設けられ、前記吐水構造にシール部が形成され、前記シール部に吐水口が形成され、前記シール部は前記フローティング部に当接して、前記フローティング部が前記吐水口を閉塞するようにする、
液面が閉塞位置まで上がると、前記フローティング部が前記シール部と接触することにより、前記流路の出口を閉塞し、
液面が下がると、前記フローティング部が下がり、前記流路の出口が開放する、
ことを特徴とする吐水弁構造。 - 前記弁芯ユニットは前記制御構造によって前記閉鎖位置から前記開放位置に移動するように制御され、前記制御構造は非接触の方式で前記弁芯ユニットを制御可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吐水弁構造。
- 前記弁芯ユニットに第1磁性部材が設けられ、前記制御構造のうち前記弁芯ユニットに対応する部分に第2磁性部材が設けられ、前記弁芯ユニットは、前記第1磁性部材と前記第2磁性部材との間で生じる磁力により移動制御される、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の吐水弁構造。
- 前記流路は、第1端が開口し第2端が密閉する管状構造として構成された給水流路と、一端が前記給水流路に連通し、他端が前記吐水流路の出口となる吐水流路と、を有し、前記給水流路の延伸方向と前記吐水流路の延伸方向とが夾角をなす、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の吐水弁構造。
- 前記制御構造は、支点の一方側にある第1側構造と支点の反対側にある第2側構造とを有するレバー構造として構成され、前記弁芯ユニットは前記給水流路の第1端を開放又は閉鎖可能であり、前記第1側構造は前記弁芯ユニットに対応して設けられ、前記弁芯ユニットを閉鎖位置から開放位置に移動駆動し、前記第2側構造は前記吐水流路の出口に対応して設けられ、前記吐水流路の出口を閉塞可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の吐水弁構造。
- 前記給水流路の第1端と前記吐水流路の出口が同時に開放又は閉塞可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の吐水弁構造。
- 前記弁芯ユニットは、前記閉鎖位置にある場合、前記給水流路の第1端を閉塞し、前記第1側構造は、前記弁芯ユニットを前記開放位置に至るまで上方へ移動させて、前記給水流路の第1端を開放するための押し力を供給する、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の吐水弁構造。
- 前記吐水流路の出口に前記吐水構造が設けられ、前記シール部は前記第2側構造の一部に当接して、前記吐水口を密閉することが可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の吐水弁構造。
- 前記吐水口は下向きであり、前記シール部は前記吐水構造の下側に形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の吐水弁構造。
- 前記流路の出口から前記流路内に挿入し、前記シール部とL字形構造を構成し、前記吐水構造の内部にL字形の流路を形成する取り付け部をさらに備える、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の吐水弁構造。
- 前記取り付け部の側壁に接続部が形成され、前記吐水流路の側壁に切り欠きが形成され、取り付ける際に前記接続部が前記切り欠きに挿入して係合する、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の吐水弁構造。
- 前記レバー構造は、前記第2側構造となる浮き部と前記第1側構造となる駆動部とを備えるフロートである、ことを特徴とする請求項5乃至請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の吐水弁構造。
- 水箱と、フロートが内部に設けられた水槽とを備える加湿器であって、
前記水箱の吐水口に、請求項2乃至請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の吐水弁構造が設けられている、ことを特徴とする加湿器。
