Description
<第一工程>
アクリル樹脂252.72g、エポキシ樹脂の2-ブタノン溶液44.94g、フェノールノボラック樹脂の2-ブタノン溶液17.88g、及び硬化促進剤の2-ブタノン溶液4.51gを計り取り、これらの原料を650mlの軟膏容器に容れた。
ヨシミツ精機株式会社製のバーコータを用いて、上記のペーストを基材の表面に塗布した。基材としては、離型処理が施されたポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムを用いた。基材に塗布されたペーストを130℃で12分間乾燥することにより、Bステージのシートを基材の表面に形成した。乾燥されたシートの厚みは、200μmであった。乾燥工程には、タバイエスペック社製の温風循環型乾燥機を用いた。
Bステージのシートを、離型処理が施された一対のSUS板で挟むことにより、シートを2MPaで加圧した。シートを加圧しながら180℃で20分間加熱することにより、シートを硬化させた。以上の手順で、実施例1のシート(Cステージのシート)を作製した。実施例1のシートの厚みは、0.25mmであった。実施例1のシートにおける100×M2/(M1+M2)を表1に示す。
関西電子工業振興センター(KEC)法により、下記式Aで定義される電界シールド値SE(単位:dB)を求めた。

式Aにおいて、E0は、シートが無いときの電磁波の電界強度(単位:V/m)である。E1は、シートを透過した電磁波の電界強度(単位:V/m)である。E0及びE1の測定には、アンリツ株式会社製のネットワークアナライザ 37247Cを用いた。測定に用いた電磁波の周波数は1MHzであった。SEが大きいほど、電磁波のシールド効果に優れる。
実施例2~6、並びに、比較例1及び2では、実施例1のペーストの代わりに、表1に示される組成のペーストを用いた。ペーストの組成を除いて実施例1と同様の方法により、実施例2~6、並びに、比較例1及び2それぞれのシートを作製した。各シートにおける100×M2/(M1+M2)を表1に示す。

前記第1粉末が、鉄単体及び鉄系合金のうち少なくともいずれかであり、
前記第2粉末が、銅単体及び銅系合金のうち少なくともいずれかであり、
前記シートに含まれる前記第1粉末の質量がM 1 と表され、
前記シートに含まれる前記第2粉末の質量がM 2 と表され、
100×M 2 /(M 1 +M 2 )が1.7以上5以下である、
