Claims (19)
- 電気-機械エネルギー変換素子及び弾性体を用いる振動体と、該振動体に加圧接触する移動体とを備え、前記振動体に励起された振動によって前記振動体及び前記移動体を相対的に移動させる振動型駆動装置において、
前記移動体は、少なくとも樹脂が含浸された焼結体を含み且つ前記振動体と接触する摩擦面を有し、
前記移動体は、前記振動体及び前記移動体の相対移動方向と直交する断面において、前記摩擦面と隣接する傾斜面をさらに有し、
前記移動体における前記摩擦面と前記傾斜面のなす角は、90度より大きく且つ180度より小さいことを特徴とする振動型駆動装置。 - 前記移動体における前記摩擦面と前記傾斜面のなす角は、110度以上であり且つ160度以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の振動型駆動装置。
- 前記移動体における前記摩擦面と前記傾斜面とのなす角は、120度より大きく且つ150度より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の振動型駆動装置。
- 前記焼結体はステンレス焼結体であり、前記摩擦面に現れる気孔の割合である表面気孔率が5%以上且つ30%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の振動型駆動装置。
- 前記移動体は、前記摩擦面とは反対側において前記傾斜面と隣接する滞留面を有し、 前記摩擦面が上方を向く場合、前記滞留面は、前記摩擦面と平行をなし、又は前記傾斜面に向けて落ち込むように傾斜することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の振動型駆動装置。
- 前記樹脂にはセラミック粒子が混合されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の振動型駆動装置。
- 前記焼結体はマルテンサイト系のステンレス焼結体が焼き入れ硬化した焼結体であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の振動型駆動装置。
- 前記移動体は、前記傾斜面とは反対側において前記摩擦面と隣接する他の傾斜面を有し、
前記移動体における前記摩擦面と前記他の傾斜面のなす角は、前記移動体における前記摩擦面と前記傾斜面のなす角よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の振動型駆動装置。 - 前記移動体は、前記傾斜面とは反対側において前記摩擦面と隣接する他の傾斜面を有し、
前記移動体における前記摩擦面と前記他の傾斜面のなす角は、90度より大きく且つ180度よりも小さく、
前記移動体における、前記振動体及び前記移動体の相対移動方向と直交する断面において、前記傾斜面に対応する斜辺は、前記他の傾斜面に対応する他の斜辺よりも長いことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の振動型駆動装置。 - 前記傾斜面には、樹脂又は樹脂及びセラミック粒子が存在することを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の振動型駆動装置。
- 前記移動体は環状であり、前記摩擦面及び前記傾斜面が全周に亘って形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の振動型駆動装置。
- 前記移動体は環状であり、前記断面において、前記傾斜面は前記摩擦面よりも前記移動体の外周側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の振動型駆動装置。
- 請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の振動型駆動装置と、前記振動型駆動装置によって駆動される被駆動体とを備えることを特徴とする電子機器。
- 撮像装置又はロボットであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の電子機器。
- 少なくとも樹脂が含浸された焼結体を含む摩擦面と、前記摩擦面に隣接する傾斜面と、を有する移動体であって、
前記摩擦面と前記傾斜面のなす角は、90度より大きく180度より小さいことを特徴とする移動体。 - 前記摩擦面と前記傾斜面のなす角は、110度以上であり且つ160度以下である請求項15の移動体。
- 前記摩擦面と前記傾斜面のなす角は、120度より大きく且つ150度より小さいことを特徴とする請求項15又は16に記載の移動体。
