Abstract
Description
そのために、以下のような射出工程のパラメータを設定した。
以下、実施形態に言及した本発明の詳細を説明する。ただし、本発明による実施形態は様々な変更が可能であり、以下に説明する実施形態に限定されると理解されるべきではない。本発明の実施形態は当該技術分野において標準的な知識を有する者に対して、本発明をより明確に説明するために提供されるものである。
PHBV添加PLA(PLA with PHBV)を90:10の割合で混合してなる生分解性高分子マトリックス樹脂(メルトインデックス:18)を100重量部、80:20の割合のコーヒーかすの粉とデンプン粉を100重量部、グリセロールを5重量部、補強剤を1重量部、メルトフローエンハンサーを1重量部混合し、混合しながら3~4分間170℃にて溶融し、170℃で押出成形しペレット状に形成させた。
用いた成分およびその含有量が以下の表3に示す通りであること以外は、第1実施例と同様にして組成物を製造した。
以下の表3において、成分の含有量の単位は重量部である。
良好:組成物をサンプルに成形することができ、添加物の混入などによる変形がないこと。
普通:組成物をサンプルに成形することができるが、添加物の混入などによる変形がある。
不良:組成物のサンプルへの成形が不良である。
(2)生分解性の推定基準
良好:サンプル全体の50%以上が分解している。
正常:サンプル全体の30%以上が分解している。
不良:サンプル全体の10%未満が分解している。
Claims (7)
- 生分解性高分子マトリックス樹脂を100重量部と、
コーヒーかすの粉を52~80重量部と、
米粉、トウモロコシ粉およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるデンプン粉を14~20重量部と、
を含み、
前記生分解性高分子マトリックス樹脂は、
ポリ乳酸(PLA)を90重量部、
ポリ(3-ヒドロキシブチレート-コ-3-ヒドロキシバレレート)(PHBV)を10重量部含む、生分解性複合体組成物。 - グリセロールを3~5重量部さらに含む、請求項1に記載の生分解性複合体組成物。
- 補強剤としてエチレンターポリマー合成品を3~5重量部と、
溶融流動性向上剤を3~5重量部と、
をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の生分解性複合体組成物。 - 前記溶融流動性向上剤が、ステアリン酸カルシウム、ステアリン酸亜鉛、ステアリン酸バリウム、ステアリン酸アルミニウム、ステアリン酸マグネシウム、パラフィンワックスおよびポリエチレンワックスからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1つを含む、請求項3に記載の生分解性複合体組成物。
- 前記コーヒーかすの粉と前記デンプン粉とは、重量比が4:1となるように含まれる、請求項1に記載の生分解性複合体組成物。
- 前記コーヒーかすの粉を52重量部含み、
前記デンプン粉を14重量部含む、請求項1に記載の生分解性複合体組成物。 - 前記コーヒーかすの粉を80重量部含み、
前記デンプン粉を20重量部含む、請求項1に記載の生分解性複合体組成物。
