Description
図1は、本開示の実施形態に係る発光装置の外観斜視図である。図2は、図1に示す発光装置を仮想線で示す平面で切断したときの断面図である。図3は、図1に示す発光装置を仮想線で示す平面で切断したときの断面図である。また、図10は、本開示の実施形態に係る発光装置または照明装置を用いた場合の殺菌効果を示すグラフである。これらの図において、発光装置1は、基板2と、発光素子3と、枠体4と、封止部材5と、波長変換部材6とを備えている。
図7~図9および図11~図12に示すように、本開示の実施形態に係る照明装置10は、上述した発光装置1と、制御部7と、センサ8とを備えている。以下、図面を参照しながら説明する。なお、照明装置10において、発光した光のスペクトルを発光スペクトルとしているが、発光装置1から発光した光の発光スペクトルを発光スペクトルA、複数の発光装置1から発光した光の発光スペクトルを発光スペクトルB、第1発光装置1a第2発光装置1bから発光した光の発光スペクトルを発光スペクトルCとして識別することができる。

Claims (17)
- 360~430nmの波長範囲に第1ピーク波長を有するとともに、430~700nmの波長範囲に第2ピーク波長を有する光を発光する発光装置と、
前記発光装置から発光された光の発光スペクトルを制御する制御部と、
センサ部を有するとともに、前記制御部に前記センサ部で受信した信号を送信するセンサと、を備えており、
前記センサは、細菌検出センサと人感センサとを含み、
前記制御部は、前記細菌検出センサ及び前記人感センサで検知した信号に基づいて前記第1ピーク波長における発光強度を制御する照明装置。 - 360~430nmに第1ピーク波長を有するとともに、430~700nmに第2ピーク波長を有する光を発光する複数の発光装置と、
前記複数の発光装置からそれぞれ発光された光を合成した光の発光スペクトルを制御する制御部と、
センサ部を有するとともに、前記制御部に前記センサ部で受信した信号を送信するセンサと、を備えており、
前記センサは、細菌検出センサと人感センサとを含み、
前記制御部は、前記細菌検出センサ及び前記人感センサで検知した信号に基づいて前記第1ピーク波長における発光強度を制御する照明装置。 - 360~430nmに第1ピーク波長を有する光を発光する第1発光装置と、430~700nmに第2ピーク波長を有する光を発光する第2発光装置と、
前記第1発光装置から発光した光の第1発光スペクトルおよび前記第2発光装置から発光した光の第2発光スペクトルを合わせた発光スペクトルを制御する制御部と、
センサ部を有するとともに、前記制御部に前記センサ部で受信した信号を送信するセンサと、を備えており、
前記センサは、細菌検出センサと人感センサとを含み、
前記制御部は、前記細菌検出センサ及び前記人感センサで検知した信号に基づいて前記第1ピーク波長における発光強度を制御する照明装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記細菌検出センサで細菌が検出され、かつ、前記人感センサで人がいないことが検出された場合に、前記第1ピーク波長における発光強度を強くする、請求項1~3のいずれか1つに記載の照明装置。
- 前記センサは、無線通信によって検知した信号を前記制御部に送信する請求項1~4のいずれか1つに記載の照明装置。
- 前記センサは、光学センサである請求項1~5のいずれか1つに記載の照明装置。
- 前記光学センサは、赤外線センサである請求項6に記載の照明装置。
- 前記センサは、微粒子センサである請求項1~5のいずれか1つに記載の照明装置。
- 前記センサは、臭気センサである請求項1~5のいずれか1つに記載の照明装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記発光装置の電圧および/または電流を制御する請求項1~9のいずれか1つに記載の照明装置。
- 前記発光装置は複数の発光素子を有しており、
前記制御部は、前記複数の発光素子のうち、発光させる発光素子を選択する請求項1、請求項4~10のいずれか1つに記載の照明装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記複数の発光装置のうち、発光させる発光装置を選択する請求項2、又は、請求項2を引用する請求項4~11のいずれか1つに記載の照明装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記第1発光装置および/または前記第2発光装置のうち、発光させる発光装置を選択する請求項3、又は、請求項3を引用する請求項4~10のいずれか1つに記載の照明装置。
- 前記発光装置は複数の発光素子を有しており、
前記制御部は、前記複数の発光素子のうち、少なくとも1つの発光素子の発光強度を調整する請求項1、請求項4~10のいずれか1つに記載の照明装置。 - 前記発光スペクトルは、315~400nmにピーク波長を有している請求項1~14のいずれか1つに記載の照明装置。
- 前記発光スペクトルは、280~315nmにピーク波長を有している請求項1~15のいずれか1つに記載の照明装置。
- 前記センサを複数有しており、
前記制御部は、前記センサのそれぞれで検知した信号に基づいて前記発光スペクトルを制御する請求項1~9のいずれか1つに記載の照明装置。
