次に、荷役作業時のホイールローダ1の動作について、図2および図3を参照して説明する。ホイールローダ1では、「Vシェープローディング」という方法で掘削作業および積込み作業を行う。
次に、ホイールローダ1の駆動システムについて、図4~7を参照して説明する。
次に、コントローラ5の構成について、図8を参照して説明する。
次に、コントローラ5内で実行される具体的な処理の流れについて、図9を参照して説明する。

Claims (3)
- 複数の車輪を有する車体と、前記車体に対して上下方向に回動可能に取り付けられたリフトアームを有する作業機と、前記車体に搭載されたエンジンと、前記エンジンから伝達されるトルクを増幅させるトルクコンバータと、複数の電磁制御弁により複数のギアの組合せを制御することで前記トルクコンバータから出力され増幅されたトルクを変速して前記複数の車輪に伝達するトランスミッションと、前記車体の前後進を切り換える前後進切換装置と、前記トランスミッションの速度段を選択する速度段選択装置と、前記車体の走行状態を検出する走行状態センサと、前記リフトアームの動作状態を検出する動作状態センサと、前記前後進切換装置から出力された切換信号と前記速度段選択装置で選択された速度段とに基づき、前記選択された速度段に対応したギア比となるように前記複数のギアの組合せを選択する制御信号を生成し、前記制御信号を前記複数の電磁制御弁に対して出力して前記トランスミッションを変速制御するコントローラと、を備えたホイールローダにおいて、
前記コントローラは、
前記前後進切換装置から出力された切換信号、前記走行状態センサで検出された前記車体の走行状態、および前記速度段選択装置で選択された速度段に基づいて、前記トランスミッションの最低速度段よりも1速度段大きく設定された速度段に対応した車速で前記車体が前進走行し、かつ前記動作状態センサで検出された前記リフトアームの動作状態が上方向への動作である場合に、前記最低速度段よりも1速度段大きく設定された速度段に対応したギア比と前記最低速度段に対応したギア比との中間のギア比を前記トランスミッションのギア比とし、前記中間のギア比に対応した前記複数のギアの組合せを選択する信号を前記複数の電磁制御弁に対して出力する
ことを特徴とするホイールローダ。 - 請求項1に記載のホイールローダにおいて、
前記動作状態センサは、少なくとも前記リフトアームの操作量を検出する操作量センサおよび前記作業機を駆動する油圧アクチュエータに作動油を供給する油圧ポンプの吐出圧を検出する吐出圧センサのうちいずれかである
ことを特徴とするホイールローダ。 - 請求項1に記載のホイールローダにおいて、
前記コントローラは、
前記前後進切換装置が前進から後進に切り換えられた場合に、前記中間のギア比から前記最低速度段よりも1速度段大きく設定された速度段に対応したギア比に変更し、そのギア比に対応した前記複数のギアの組合せを選択する信号を前記複数の電磁制御弁に対して出力する
ことを特徴とするホイールローダ。
