Description
Claims (18)
- 人工心臓弁の製造方法であって、
形状記憶合金の外側フレームを形成することと、
第1部分及び第2部分を有する、形状記憶合金の内側フレームを形成することと、
前記内側フレームに前記外側フレームを結合することと、
前記内側フレームの前記第1部分に人工弁小葉アセンブリを結合することと、
繋ぎ材の第1端上で前記内側フレームの前記第2部分を圧縮することと、を含み、
前記内側フレームは、初期形状に形成され、前記内側フレームの前記第1部分は、前記初期形状から拡張され、
前記内側フレームの前記第2部分を圧縮することは、前記内側フレームの前記第2部分を前記初期形状から圧縮することを含む、方法。 - 前記外側フレームの形状記憶合金がニッケル-チタニウム合金である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記内側フレームの形状記憶合金がニッケル-チタニウム合金である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記外側フレームは、1以上の機械的結合具によって前記内側フレームに結合される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記外側フレームは前記内側フレームとは別個に形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記内側フレームに前記外側フレームを結合した後、前記外側フレームの遠位端は前記内側フレームの遠位端の遠位側に配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記内側フレームの前記第2部分を圧縮した後、前記内側フレームの前記第2部分は、幅及び前記幅より大きい長さを有する内腔を規定する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記内側フレームは中心軸を規定し、前記繋ぎ材の前記第1端上で前記内側フレームの前記第2部分を圧縮した後、前記内側フレームの前記第2部分は、前記中心軸に沿って配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記内側フレームを形成することが、前記内側フレームの前記第2部分を複数のV字形ストラット部材を含むように形成することを含み、前記内側フレームの前記第2部分を圧縮することが、隣接するV字形ストラット部材の頂点を長手方向に相互により近くに移動させ、前記V字形の個々の1つの開放端部を円周方向に相互により近くに移動させることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記繋ぎ材の前記第1端上で前記内側フレームの前記第2部分を圧縮することは、前記繋ぎ材の前記第1端上に直接前記内側フレームの前記第2部分を圧縮することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記繋ぎ材の前記第1端上で前記内側フレームの前記第2部分を圧縮することは、前記内側フレームの前記第2部分と前記繋ぎ材の前記第1端との間の中間構造上に前記内側フレームの前記第2部分を圧縮することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記中間構造がポリマー片又は金属片である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 機械的な接続によって前記繋ぎ材の前記第1端に前記内側フレームの前記第2部分をさらに結合することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
