Claims (15)
- 少なくとも一つの3Dプリンター、3Dプリンターによって3Dオブジェクトが製造可能であるところの2以上の構築ユニット、および構築ユニットに対する処理動作を行うことのできる少なくとも一つの材料処理ユニットを含み、3Dプリンター、構築ユニット、および材料処理ユニットが独立した要素である、3D印刷システムを制御するための管理システムであって、プロセッサを含み:
プロセッサは:
3D印刷システムの少なくとも幾つかの要素から状態データを取得し;
印刷される印刷ジョブに関するデータを取得し;
取得したデータから、3D印刷システムの要素によって行われる動作のスケジュールを決定し、そして;
決定されたスケジュールの履行を許容する制御データを生成する、管理システム。 - プロセッサは:3Dプリンター;および材料処理ユニットの少なくとも1つに対して、生成された制御データを送り、または利用可能とする、請求項1のシステム。
- プロセッサは印刷ジョブデータを取得し、決定された動作スケジュールに従って3D印刷システムの3Dプリンターへと印刷ジョブデータを差し向ける、請求項1または2のシステム。
- プロセッサは、3Dプリンターまたは材料処理ユニットの一方から直接的または間接的に、構築ユニットに関する状態データを取得する、請求項1~3いずれか1項のシステム。
- プロセッサは、構築ユニットの状態データが手入力された別個のコンピューティング装置から、構築ユニットに関する状態データを取得する、請求項1~3いずれか1項のシステム。
- プロセッサは、構築ユニットに関する状態データを直接に構築ユニットから取得する、請求項1~3いずれか1項のシステム。
- プロセッサは:構築ユニットの識別子、識別された構築ユニットを処理することを意図した3Dプリンターまたは材料処理ユニットのいずれかの識別子;および識別された構築ユニットを現時点で使用してよいか否かの指標を含む制御データを生成する、請求項1~6いずれか1項のシステム。
- プロセッサは、生成されたスケジュールを視覚的ディスプレイユニット上に可視化する、請求項1~7いずれか1項のシステム。
- 少なくとも一つの3Dプリンター、2以上の構築ユニット、および少なくとも一つの材料処理ユニットを含み、3Dプリンター、構築ユニット、および材料処理ユニットが独立した要素である、3D印刷システムの動作の管理方法であって:
3D印刷システムの要素の状態データを取得し;
3Dプリンターによって行われる印刷ジョブに関するデータを取得し;
3D印刷システムの要素によって行われる動作のスケジュールを決定し;そして
3Dプリンターおよび材料処理ユニットが決定されたスケジュールを履行することを許容する制御データを生成する、管理方法。 - 生成された制御データが3Dプリンターおよび材料処理ユニットに利用可能なものとし、決定されたスケジュールの履行を可能にすることをさらに含む、請求項9の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの構築ユニットの状態データを直接に構築ユニットから取得することをさらに含む、請求項9または10の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの構築ユニットの状態データを間接的に取得することをさらに含む、請求項9または10の方法。
- 印刷ジョブに関するデータを取得することは、印刷ジョブファイルを取得し、決定されたスケジュールに従ってそれを3Dプリンターに差し向けることを含む、請求項9~12いずれか1項の方法。
- さらなる印刷ジョブに関するデータを取得し、さらなる印刷ジョブに基づいて、決定された動作のスケジュールおよび制御データを更新することをさらに含む、請求項9~13いずれか1項の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの3Dプリンター、2以上の構築ユニット、少なくとも一つの材料処理ユニットを含み、3Dプリンター、構築ユニット、および材料処理ユニットが独立した要素である、3D印刷システムであって、管理システムを含み:
管理システムは:
3D印刷システムの要素から状態データを取得し;
印刷ジョブに関するデータを取得し;
取得した状態データおよび印刷ジョブデータから動作のスケジュールを決定し;
決定されたスケジュールに基づいて3D印刷システムの要素の制御データを生成し;そして
3D印刷システムの要素が決定された動作スケジュールを履行可能なように、生成された制御データを3D印刷システムの要素に対して利用可能なものとする、3D印刷システム。
