Claims (20)
- 遠位端又はその近くに少なくとも1つの開口部を有するカテーテルと、
前記カテーテルの近位端と流体連通しているバーブと、
前記少なくとも1つの開口部と流体連通するドレナージチューブと、
前記バーブと流体連通する通気管と、
前記通気管と一直線上にかつ前記バーブに対して近位側の位置に配置されている一方向弁と、
前記ドレナージチューブに陰圧を加えることによって前記一方向弁が開放され流体が前記通気管を通過するように制御されるコントローラと、を備えるカテーテルシステム。 - 前記コントローラが、前記一方向弁が閉じられて流体が前記通気管を通過するのを防止されるように前記陰圧を周期的に変えるようにさらにプログラムされている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記流体は、前記流体が前記通気管を通って前記バーブを介して前記ドレナージチューブに流れるように、開いたときに前記一方向弁を通って受けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記一方向弁を介して受けられる前記流体が大気を含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記一方向弁は、前記一方向弁の前後の圧力差が前記一方向弁の所定のクラッキング圧力を超えると開くように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記一方向弁は、前記一方向弁の前後の圧力差が前記一方向弁の前記所定のクラッキング圧力を下回ると閉じるようにさらに構成される、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記バーブと前記一方向弁との間に画定される前記通気管の第1の部分は第1の直径および第1の長さを画定し、前記一方向弁の近位に画定される第2の部分は第2の直径及び第2の長さを画定する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の直径が前記第2の直径よりも小さい、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の長さが前記第2の長さよりも小さい、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の長さおよび前記第2の長さは、前記ドレナージチューブの長さにほぼ等しい、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の直径と前記第2の直径とが等しい、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の直径が4mm未満である、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の直径が2mm未満である、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の直径が0.2~5mmの範囲である、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の直径が2mmより大きい、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の直径が0.2~5mmの範囲である、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の長さが10cm未満である、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の長さが2cmより大きい、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の長さは、5~10cm、10~20cm、20~30cm、または30~50cmの範囲である、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の長さが50~150cmの範囲である、請求項7に記載のシステム。
