本開示の実施の形態について詳細に説明する前に、本開示の実施の形態の背景について説明する。
次に、図面を参照しながら、本開示の実施の形態に係る接続部材の構成例を説明する。
接続部材100は、様々な形態を取りうる。接続部材100の様々な変形例について以下で説明する。
以上説明したように本開示の実施の形態によれば、接続点においてアーク放電が発生すると、そのアーク放電に基づき生じる熱によって溶断する温度ヒューズを備える、直流電流用の接続部材100が提供される。
(1)
導電性を有する端子部と、
前記端子部の近傍に設けられ、前記端子部を通じて直流電流が流れる際に発生する熱では溶断しない特性を有する温度ヒューズと、
を備え、
前記端子部と前記温度ヒューズとの距離は、前記直流電流の量が1アンペアあたり1ミリメートルである、接続部材。

前記温度ヒューズに並列に設けられる電流ヒューズをさらに備える、前記(1)に記載の接続部材。
(3)
前記温度ヒューズと前記電流ヒューズとの間に双方向に設けられるダイオードをさらに備える、前記(2)に記載の接続部材。
(4)
前記端子部は、前記温度ヒューズの両端に設けられる、前記(1)~(3)のいずれかに記載の接続部材。
(5)
前記端子部は、直流電流を流す電線とネジによって締めつけられる構造を有する、前記(1)~(3)のいずれかに記載の接続部材。
(6)
前記端子部は、直流電流を流す電線に圧着される、前記(1)~(3)のいずれかに記載の接続部材。
(7)
前記端子部は、直流電流を流す電線と磁力により結合される構造を有する、前記(1)~(3)のいずれかに記載の接続部材。
(8)
前記温度ヒューズは、溶断温度において溶断する金属と、該金属と接して設けられ、前記溶断温度付近において曲がり方が変化するバイメタルと、を備える、前記(1)~(7)のいずれかに記載の接続部材。
(9)
前記端子部と前記温度ヒューズとの距離は、前記直流電流の定格容量に対する安全基準に適合した線径が選ばれる前提で1アンペア当たり1ミリメートル以下である、前記(1)~(8)のいずれかに記載の接続部材。

前記(1)~(9)のいずれかに記載の接続部材を備える、移動体。
(11)
直流電力を供給するバッテリと、
前記バッテリから供給される直流電力による駆動する駆動部と、
前記バッテリと前記駆動部との間に設けられる、少なくとも1つの、前記(1)~(9)のいずれかに記載の接続部材と、
を備える、電力供給システム。

- 導電性を有する端子部と、
前記端子部の近傍に設けられ、前記端子部に接続される温度ヒューズと、
を備え、
前記温度ヒューズは、
前記端子部との距離が、前記端子部を通じて当該温度ヒューズに流れる直流電流の量の1アンペアあたり1ミリメートルであり、
前記端子部を通じて前記直流電流が当該温度ヒューズに流れる際に当該温度ヒューズで発生する熱では溶断せず、前記端子部においてアーク放電が発生した際の熱により溶断される特性を有する、
接続部材。 - 前記温度ヒューズに並列に設けられる電流ヒューズをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の接続部材。
- 前記温度ヒューズと前記電流ヒューズとの間に双方向に設けられるダイオードをさらに備える、請求項2に記載の接続部材。
- 前記端子部は、前記温度ヒューズの両端に設けられる、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の接続部材。
- 前記端子部は、直流電流を流す電線とネジによって締めつけられる構造を有する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の接続部材。
- 前記端子部は、直流電流を流す電線に圧着される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の接続部材。
- 前記温度ヒューズは、溶断温度において溶断する金属と、該金属と接して設けられ、前記溶断温度付近において曲がり方が変化するバイメタルと、を備える、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の接続部材。
- 前記端子部と前記温度ヒューズとの距離は、前記直流電流の定格容量に対する安全基準に適合した線径が選ばれる場合に、1アンペア当たり1ミリメートル以下である、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の接続部材。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の接続部材を備える、移動体。
- 直流電力を供給するバッテリと、
前記バッテリから供給される直流電力による駆動する駆動部と、
前記バッテリと前記駆動部との間に設けられる、少なくとも1つの、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の接続部材と、
