前記蛍光体混合物(21)は金属ナノ粒子(5)を含み、
前記ポリマー(20)の総重量に対する前記金属ナノ粒子(5)の比は、前記ポリマー(20)の1.5から3.0mmol/kgまでの間の前記金属ナノ粒子(5)の含有量によって与えられ、
前記蛍光体混合物(21)は、黄色蛍光体(22)、緑色蛍光体(23)及び赤色蛍光体(24)を含み、
前記黄色蛍光体(22)の一般式は(YGd)3Al5O12:Ceであり、前記緑色蛍光体(23)の一般式はLu3Al5O12:Ceであり、前記赤色蛍光体(24)の一般式はCaAlSiN3:Euである、蛍光体配置(30)。 - 前記黄色蛍光体(22)、前記緑色蛍光体(23)及び前記赤色蛍光体(24)は、重量で1:3:1の比率で混合されている構成である、請求項1に記載の蛍光体配置(30)。
- 前記黄色蛍光体(22)、前記緑色蛍光体(23)及び前記赤色蛍光体(24)は、重量で1:5:1の比率で混合されている構成である、請求項1に記載の蛍光体配置(30)。
- 前記金属ナノ粒子(5)は、銀ナノ粒子、金ナノ粒子、銀被覆酸化亜鉛ナノ六角形、又は金被覆酸化亜鉛ナノ六角形を含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一に記載の蛍光体配置(30)。
- 前記金属ナノ粒子(5)の直径は、20ナノメートルから100ナノメートルまでの範囲である、請求項4に記載の蛍光体配置(30)。
- 前記ポリマー(20)は、二成分ポリマー又は二成分シリコーンを含む、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一に記載の蛍光体配置(30)。
- 前記二成分シリコーンは、屈折率が1.52と1.56の間であるフェニルシリコーンを含む、請求項6に記載の蛍光体配置(30)。
- 前記基板(10)は、ポリスチレン、ポリメチルメタクレート、又はポリカーボネートを含む、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか一に記載の蛍光体配置(30)。
- 前記ポリマー(20)の膜厚は、15から20マイクロメートルの間である、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか一に記載の蛍光体配置(30)。
- 蛍光体配置(30)の製造方法であって、前記製造方法は、
基板(10)の実装表面(11)に蛍光体混合物(21)を有するポリマー(20)を配置するステップ(S1)と、
前記蛍光体混合物(21)に金属ナノ粒子(5)を添加するステップ(S2)と、
前記蛍光体混合物(21)及び前記金属ナノ粒子(5)を有する前記ポリマー(20)を架橋することによって、前記基板(10)の前記実装表面(11)を封止するステップ(S3)と、を含み、
前記ポリマー(20)の総重量に対する前記金属ナノ粒子(5)の比は、前記ポリマー(20)の1.5から3.0mmol/kgまでの間の前記金属ナノ粒子(5)の含有量によって与えられ、
黄色蛍光体(22)、緑色蛍光体(23)及び赤色蛍光体(24)は、前記蛍光体混合物(21)の中に均一に分散され、
前記黄色蛍光体(22)の一般式は(YGd)3Al5O12:Ceであり、前記緑色蛍光体(23)の一般式はLu3Al5O12:Ceであり、前記赤色蛍光体(24)の一般式はCaAlSiN3:Euである、蛍光体配置(30)の製造方法。 - 前記金属ナノ粒子(5)は、前記蛍光体混合物(21)の中に均一に分散されている、請求項10に記載の蛍光体配置(30)の製造方法。
