Claims (3)
- 人のための向き変更プロトコルを自動的に制御する方法であって、
前記人がベッド又は他の支持表面により支持されている前記人の支持状態中に前記人のための前記向き変更プロトコルを実施するステップであって、前記向き変更プロトコルは、経時的な前記人のスケジュールされた向き変更又は配向変化に関連づけられた向き変更プロトコルパラメータを定義するステップ(130、230-255、281-290)と、
少なくとも一つのセンサ(305)を使用して、前記人に関する位置データ、加速度データ、又は配向データの少なくとも一つを示すセンサデータ(110)を生成するステップ(271、275)と、
プロセッサ(125)を使用して向き変更プロトコル管理アルゴリズムを実行するステップ(120)と
を含み、
前記向き変更プロトコル管理アルゴリズムを実行するステップは、
少なくとも前記生成されたセンサデータ(110)に基づいて、前記人が前記ベッド若しくは他の支持表面から出そうなこと若しくは実際に出ることを示す離床状態、前記人が立っていることを示す起立状態(277)、又は前記人が歩いていることを示す歩行状態(278)を決定するステップと、
前記人の前記離床状態、前記起立状態又は前記歩行状態の決定に応答して自動的に、前記向き変更プロトコルの少なくとも一つの向き変更プロトコルパラメータであって経時的な前記人のスケジュールされた向き変更又は配向変化に関連づけられている向き変更プロトコルパラメータを調節し、少なくとも一つの調節された前記向き変更プロトコルパラメータを含む向き変更プロトコルを少なくとも所定期間であって前記人が前記離床状態、前記起立状態又は前記歩行状態のままである所定期間中に実施するステップ(279)と
を含む方法。 - 人のための向き変更プロトコルを自動的に制御する方法であって、
前記人がベッド又は他の支持表面により支持されている前記人の支持状態中に前記人のための前記向き変更プロトコルを実施するステップであって、前記向き変更プロトコルは、経時的な前記人のスケジュールされた向き変更又は配向変化に関連づけられた向き変更プロトコルパラメータを定義するステップ(130、230-255、281-290)と、
少なくとも一つのセンサ(305)を使用して、前記人に関する位置データ、加速度データ、又は配向データの少なくとも一つを示すセンサデータ(110)を生成するステップ(271、275)と、

前記向き変更プロトコル管理アルゴリズムを実行するステップは、
少なくとも前記生成されたセンサデータ(110)に基づいて、前記人が前記ベッド若しくは他の支持表面から出そうなこと若しくは実際に出ることを示す離床状態、前記人が立っていることを示す起立状態(277)、又は前記人が歩いていることを示す歩行状態(278)を決定するステップと、
前記人の前記離床状態、前記起立状態又は前記歩行状態の決定に応答して自動的に、
前記人のための前記向き変更プロトコルの実施を少なくとも一時的に保留するステップ(279)、
前記向き変更プロトコルの実施が保留されている期間のための減圧尺度を決定するステップ(279)、
前記人が前記支持状態に戻ったと決定するステップ(279)、及び、
前記人が前記支持状態に戻ったことの決定に応答して自動的に、前記向き変更プロトコルの実施を再開し、前記向き変更プロトコルの実施が保留されている期間に対して決定された減圧尺度を考慮するステップ(279)と
を含む方法。 - 前記向き変更プロトコルパラメータは、人の身体の減圧のための減圧速度又は減圧時間を含み(279)、
前記人の前記離床状態、前記起立状態又は前記歩行状態の決定に応答して前記向き変更プロトコルの少なくとも一つの前記向き変更プロトコルパラメータを調節するステップは、
前記減圧速度又は前記減圧時間を調節するステップ(279)と、
